Thanksgiving vacation

The property was in great shape very clean, we had a problem with the one toilet not wanting to flush the tank wanted to over flow, we let the office know and they fixed it that day,other then that we had a very relaxing time.

Great location and great place to stay

This is a lovely condo and great place to stay. There are a lot of other families around in other condos but if you don’t mind hearing kids then that should be no problem. Would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful condo with AMAZING VIEWS

We spent 9 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The most relaxed vacation we have ever had. The view from the balcony was stunning. This will be our next go to when we visit again.🏖☀️

Paradise

The view was absolutely breathtaking! We loved how easy it was to get to and from the beach everyday. The unit was modern, super clean, and homey. The chairs and umbrella were definitely appreciated to save us from paying the extra fees to rent them all week. We will definitely be back!

Great Location for Beach & Shopping

Condo is very nice and updated. Balcony is perfect for the two of us and has great views of the ocean. Beach is just a short walk across the street, and we had no issues going back and forth with our beach gear. Quick drive to the outlets, great dining, and a very nice Publix in Sandestin. This condo would probably be a little small for a family, but for just the two of us, it was perfect.

Best unit we have ever stayed in by far.

From the point of booking the property manager was extremely helpful, prompt, and answered any questions we had. The room was ready early and when we walked in it was immaculate! Everything was spotless, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths available. The two beach chairs were also a plus! The views here are incredible and the staff that work at the property are very friendly! I would have no hesitation booking with this property or specifically this unit again! A+++ can’t say enough, thank you so much!

Check in/out was neat via app. I did, however, try to use it to message the property manager but never get a response. Even though it rained (stormed) all day every day we were there it was a nice getaway. A bad day at the beach is better than a good day anywhere else! :)

Cozy for Couples

We enjoyed our stay in 409B. We arrived to find easy music playing. Very nice touch. The unit was clean and equipped with kitchen basics. The balcony has a patio table and a small glider, and great views of the beach. There’s a washer/dryer unit in the extra bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided, saving us the expense of renting from the beach service. The unit is nicely decorated with modern contemporary furnishings. We had everything we needed here. We’ll absolutely rebook this unit for future getaways.

In close proximity to grocery stores, outlet malls and lots of other malls. I would recommend the place to anyone. I have no complaints at all. The only thing I would mention is that it could have a bit more cutlery ( tongs, oil or pastry brush, lobster crackers, etc).
