Beautiful Cuenca

This is a wonderful Condo to stay in while visiting Cuenca, Ecuador. The owner was very kind and shared important information for our stay. The Condo was spacious and the kitchen was new and had everything we needed. The appliances were wonderful. It had everything we could have wanted for preparing food. This Condo was in a great location. It was a little outside the Central Area in a very good neighborhood with many restaurants and some good shopping for meals, pastries, and sundries. As it says on the sheet describing the rental, there is parking for one vehicle, which makes it wonderful for taking cabs into the heart of Cuenca. It is in a quiet area for those of us who are not used to being in the city. It was easy for us to get around in a city we didn't know well. The cabs are really inexpensive and provided us with a lot of good information. Only one of us spoke Spanish well and the rest of us tried really hard to understand and speak it when we were able. It was a wonderful experience and this Condo was perfect as a place for our stay!

Great apartment and great location!

The unit is very well stocked with everything you need during the stay. It’s conveniently located close to the River and to small convenience stores and restaurants that will make staying in an apartment very convenient. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful during booking, check in and check out. Very smooth stay and will definitively recommend booking this place and will book again if we go back to Cuenca.

Very nice apartment

This is a very nice apartment. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Walking to the city center takes about 40 minutes along the river. What could be improved? Having some toiletry items like hand soap and soap for the washer. I had to go get it from the supermarket when it would be more convenient if it were available at the unit.

Very nice condo, comfortable and easy to get to.

We had seven people staying here and it was nice for each of us to be able to come and go as we pleased. The property is on a main street so it was very easy to get a taxi. Everything worked well, all the appliances and hot water whenever we needed it. That may seem like a simple thing but previous experiences in Ecuador we were not able to count on these conviences. They have direct TV so we could relax and watch TV in English when we wanted. The condo was set up nice, it felt like home

Amazing property

The condo was great near from everything, Elvis who assist us was great to, we have a little misunderstanding about the parking that was not included in the rate but they managed to acomodate us in the building parking lot for the 3 cars we had!!! for an extra charge, thanks Juan and Elvis for everything we had a blast.

Spectacular LARGE CLEAN condo

Perfect location, large 3 bedrooms, very clean, fully equipped with all appliances including full laundry room. 24 hour security at door. Excellent WiFi signal. Loved walking along the tomebamba river behind condo. Very accessible to the whole city with taxi always along avenida Ordonez lasso. Strongly recommend this condo if you want a secure, clean and quiet location. Eric Kemp

Beautiful Spacious Apartment.

Our family of 6 had plenty of room to enjoy games and cooking together. Beautiful furniture and pictures on the walls.The master bath is NOT a combination tub/shower as advertised. It is a large shower stall but there is no way to fill it with hot water for bathing. We walked briskly to the center square and it took 45 minutes. The kitchen had nice appliances and utensils for cooking. Reliable Wi-Fi.
