Enjoy holidays on the countryside in this Majorcan cottage set in Llucmajor. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Resting peacefully within a natural environment, guests benefit from a 2.3m x 4.1m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.3m and 1.4m. Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the loungers or have lunch on the porch furnished for 6 people, overlooking the pool and the countryside. You will have access to the garden with fruit trees like plum and orange trees. It is a very idyllic place surrounded by meadows with sheeps. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you'll enjoy your privacy.

The rooms are distributed over one floor and 190m2. When entering, there's an ample and bright living-dining room with satellite-TV, stove and a dining table for 8 people. The spacious kitchen with gas hob, fireplace and cooking utensils has another dining table for 6. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed, fan and wardrobe - additionally, one has a bath with bathtub en-suite. The third bedroom comes with two twin beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Another shower bathroom is available for the whole house. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The house offers a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This nice house is located at the foot of the hill Puig e Randa. In Llucmajor, 4.5km from the house, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay. The beautiful beach Es Trenc with crystal clear waters and fine white sand is 24 km from the house.

There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Das Ferienhaus ( Alleinlage. ! ) ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Inventar ist hochwertig, Geschirr und Gläser in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und in guter Qualitat, die Betten solide und sauber, die Bäder top. Die Vermieter Juan und Maria sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zuwegung ist ein Schotterweg. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und können das Haus mit 5 Sternen nur empfehlen. Pasamos unas vacaciones muy buenas. El propietario vino a un punto de encuentro para mostrarnos el camino, afortunadamente, porque no es fácil de encontrar. La villa es muy muy tranquila, pero es una pena que no haya aire acondicionado, hay ventiladores, pero realmente no lo suficiente para refrescarse. Hemos tenido mucho calor. En la villa hay todo lo necesario. La piscina nos vino bien para refrescarnos.

Das Haus ist sehr groß, schön und sehr sauber. Die Kücheneinrichtung war sozusagen neu und es ist alle vorghanden, was man braucht. Selbst Kaffee und Tee und auch Gewürze sind vorhanden. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben alle ihr eigenes Bad. Der Besitzer kommt täglich vorbei um sich um die Hühner und Schaafe zu kümmern, die dort leben. Der Weg von Llucmajor bis zur Finca ist ein wenig kompliziert. Es ist nur eine sehr schmale Straße und der letzte Kilometer ist ein Schotterweg, der auch sehr unwegsam ist. Man benötigt etwa 11 Minuten für die 4,5 km. Allerdings haben wir immer wieder Obst von der eigenen Plantage bekommen und auch Eier von den Hühnern vorort. Eine sehr nette Geste vom Vermieter.

toller Pool, schön Aussicht, richtig viel Platz, ruhige Umgebung - wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Airbnb 100% weiterempfehlen. Einziger Hinweis: das Haus liegt tatsächlich sehr Remote und man muss mindestens 15min über eine Schotterstraße Auto Fahren, um in ein Restaurant oder zu einem Supermarkt zu kommen. War für uns gar kein Problem, aber ist ggf. gut zu wissen!

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Es gab immer wieder frische Eier von den Hühnern auf dem Gelände. Der Pool oft zwar nicht riesig, aber durchaus ausreichend. Das Objekt ist perfekt und umfangreich ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Es herrscht eine himmlische Stille und dennoch ist man schnell im Ort, wo es alles gibt, was man benötigt. Entfernung zum Strand es Trenc 30 Minuten, playa de Palma 15 Minuten

La maison est située dans un cadre exceptionnelle au pied des collines, dans un endroit très calme. Notre fils a adoré les brebis qui paissent juste à côté. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement attentionnés et sympathiques. Un must pour les familles ou groupe d´amis avec enfants qui veulent passer du temps au calme tout en restant à 30 min de Palma et des plus belles plages de la côte.

If your looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay then this villa will tick all boxes. Beautiful home and swimming pool. The scenery is breathtaking and the owners are so lovely and accommodating. Please note that local amenities are not within walking distance, so this is may be something you need to consider if you have a young family. Great place, very quiet environment we were completely surrounded by mother nature waking up with the sun going to bed with the moon, no neighbours in the surroundings just great! For the rest everything was just great the house which was spacious, the swimming pool which was enough for our three kids they loved it and the communication with the hosts which were so kind they offered us fresh oranges, limes, tomatoes they were so kind we will definitely go back when coming back to Palma with our family. Thank you!

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen,- etwas ausserhalb vom Ort. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Das Haus und die Umgebung entsprechen der Beschreibung und den Bilder absolut. Wir wurden von der Besitzerfamilie mit frischen Einern und Gemüse aus dem Garten beschenkt. Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist das Notwenige vorhanden. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein erfüllt aber den Zweck. Herzlichen Dank durften wird Gäste sein in der Villa Ca'n Rumbet. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
