歴史的なメンドシノビレッジにある「シービューガーデンのペントハウス」へようこそ。 メインストリートのウエストエンドに位置するこの2階と3階の豪華なペントハウスアパートメントには、ジョードロップオーシャンビューがあり、メンドシノの街で唯一のラップアラウンドデッキが自慢です。

以前はアートギャラリーでしたが、完全に改装されたこの2階建てのペントハウスは、オープンコンセプトのキッチン、ダイニング＆リビングルーム、美しく仕上げられたハードウッドフロアを備えており、効果的に装飾されています。

南への素晴らしい湾の窓と西への広大な窓を特徴とするこのユニークな設定は、メンドシノ湾と太平洋の砕ける波の最も素晴らしい景色をキャプチャします。

広々とした、新しく建てられたDREAM KITCHENは、ステンレススチールアプライアンス、ダイアモンドカスタムキャビネット、メープルのオープンシェルフ、CAESARSTONEカウンタートップの「Vanilla Noir」、4つの回転バースツールがあり、息をのむビューと可動のクレート＆折りたたみ式のリーフとたっぷり収納できるバレルブッチャーブロックアイランド。 この豊富な品揃えのモダンキッチンは、エンターテイナーの喜びです!!!

ホールの下にあるカスタムデザインのマスターバスルームには、イタリアから輸入された「シエナ」トラベリンストーンの巨大なシャワーと美しいフローリングが備わっています。

Best view in Mendocino

This is our second time at the Penthouse, and it just a lovely property. It is on Main Street, on the second (and third) floors of a building near the entrance to the Mendocino headlands. The deck and front windows overlook Mendocino Bay and the views are gorgeous at any time, in any weather. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, there is a fun music room / library / Tv room upstairs, there is plenty of space for a larger group though we are only two. The property manager, Lisa, is so helpful and very responsive. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Lisa is an amazing host, very kind and very easy to contact. House is amazing and perfectly located in Mendocino. Access to Mendo Cliff Trails is literally across the street. House is a 3 minute walk from all the great stores, restaurants, and other attractions. My wife and I had as amazing trip and we will be back....Thx Lisa, you're awesome!

We have stayed at the Penthouse before, it is a real treat, the location is the best in the area and the rental is so beautiful , welcoming and comfortable. We are grateful and always come away with happy memories.

Perfect Getaway

This was my second time staying at the Penthouse! Absolute best view, location and so cozy and comfortable! Clean, fully set up kitchen. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Lisa is a perfect host and very communicative if questions arise. Cannot wait to go back again.

Fun in the Village!

Fabulous Stay! So much fun staying in the Village!!! Excellent property with super easy access to shop Mendocino & Fort Bragg, tidepools, beach activities, history, wine tasting, best clam chowder at Sea Pal Cove at Noyo Harbor... Everything! Really enjoyed the Trumpeter on the headland so cool!

THE BEST!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 nights to escape our small children and celebrate our marriage. We stayed in three different rentals throughout the week and this one was by far superior to the rest. The decor is so beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the upstairs library filled with books, movies, and 2 acoustic guitars. Mendocino in general is such a charming town with delicious food and a really laid back vibe. The views from this property cannot be beat and the host Lisa was very accessible. Don't think twice and book this property. It's worth every penny!

Penthouse paradise!

We felt warmly welcomed by Lisa even before we arrived. And her warm welcome continued after (the easy and remote) check-in. The home is lovely - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The location is just wonderful for beach access, nature and town walks, dining and shopping. The entire experience was superb and we will definitely return.

Awesome Views in Comfort of Home

This was the perfect location for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The town is an enchanting place for walking, exploring, dining and shopping. We enjoyed wonderful views, when we felt like a “quiet day at home.”

Perched on the edge of a dream

This was a magical experience for my wife and I. The property is in the literal best location in Mendocino. The views from the deck were breathtaking and ever changing—the slow morning fog burning off, the sunlight bouncing diamonds off the horizon, a huge shimmering moon lighting our way home at light. It was dreamlike and magical. Lisa was a gracious host and you can see how much she cares in all the small details (fresh flowers, some snacks and a personal note greeted us upon arrival to name but a few). Really thoughtful and heart felt experience and we just loved every minute.

Amazing Property and Host!

The Penthouse is lovely … well equipped and decorated with a feel of being at home! The view is spectacular and location is perfect! Host, Lisa is kind, personable and communicates clearly. Another Amazing Stay on Main Street

This property is so well and thoughtfully maintained, that it's a pleasure to repeat stays. The kitchen is beyond well stocked that it's as good as being at home. Everything is so clean. Not just the main areas, but the nooks and crannies too. The dishes look like they're ALL washed between guests. Not a spec of dust. The downstairs beds are very comfortable and warm. You really can't beat the location and view.

One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in!

My partner, myself, and our baby dog stayed for 3 nights at the Penthouse and it was simply perfect. We had asked for a slightly early check in, and without us even texting to remind them that day, Lisa texted with an update and the earlier time. The place was immaculate, and you could not ask for a better view or location. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy the Penthouse again. We loved it so much!

beautiful and peaceful

My husband and I love staying here (our 2nd time). It's a beautifully decorated, clean and well-stocked property. It's in the best location, right in downtown Mendocino, with easy access to all the shops. The best part is the large, wraparound deck with views of the headlands and ocean. We spent most of our time on the deck. It's also easy to hike around and even go down to a small, but quiet beach. The owner is very accommodating and wants the guests to have fun. We'll definitely be back again, along with our two small dogs!

Lisa's Penthouse is the very best place to stay in Mendocino

We always have a relaxing time, everything about the Penthouse contributes to a truly wonderful stay. We always feel more like distant unseen cousins, spoiled rotten with goodies and a warm welcome. No need to rave about the fascinating views, and sleeping to the sound of grandma Ocean.

Fantastic experience!

We had a blast! We had 4 adults and 2 dogs and the accommodations were perfect! The location was amazing - you can’t beat the view! The upstairs loft was so fun with a TV, games, guitars and books. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very convenient so we didn’t need to have every meal out. There was plenty of space with comfortable furniture to relax. The wrap around deck was fun for the dogs and they enjoyed every minute. The patio furniture on the deck was so nice to enjoy the sunset. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The host was warm and welcoming and made our stay personal and special. The local shops and restaurants are wonderful. We were really impressed with the charm and decor of the Penthouse and we’d love to stay here again on our next Mendocino trip! Thank you for a fabulous experience!

Birthday Perfection!

We stayed at the Penthouse for a long, birthday weekend. Being the beginning of March, the weather was cold, wet and stormy, with breaks of sunshine in between. It felt cosy watching the whales from the comfort of such a beautiful, clean and well-appointed home. When we arrived, there was a vase of lovely flowers, a birthday greeting and a box of chocolates! I felt SO spoiled! Lisa, the host is wonderful, and always available if there are questions. The 8 and 5 year-old children had a ball in the library room upstairs, playing some of the many games provided, while the grown-ups enjoyed relaxing by the windows, watching the terrific waves in the cove and ocean. I can't wait to get back there again. Thanks Lisa!

Waves, Seals, Ducks and Waterfalls

Lisa, our hostess, could not have been more solicitous of our welfare. We had to delay our arrival by one day due to a large storm. First of all, Lisa, was very concerned about the heating and the power, ensuring that the propane level in the tank and its functionality wound guarantee our comfort. We were completely comfortable, snug for the afternoon and evening. She responded to all of our queries so promptly. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking. We did not want for any kitchen supplies as well, including baggies and wrapping materials. I told Lisa, that I would give her a glowing review though out of self interest I wouldn't want to share such a treasure and fuel my competition for a return visit.
