Excellent vacation

Excellent family vacation, the villa was superb with amenities within a short walk. Could not fault the villa. The beautiful beach was less than a 5 min walk. The management were extremely helpful. I would recommend this villa and management company. I will definitely be booking my next villa holiday here.

The stay was very nice and we really enjoyed the house with the pool and the sea.

The large pool is very nice. The living room and terrace are also very good sizes. There are enough bathrooms in the house. The rooms are spacious. When all three burners on the stove were being used while cooking, and the oven was also running, the fuse would repeatedly blow. That was a bit of a hassle. When there are as many people as we are in the house, it&#039s best to hand over more than two house keys.

We will check the electricity installation, referring the comment of fuse blowing with accessive use of electiral applience. 10KW is more then enought to maintein the normal usage. Family Get Together, 19 May 2023

Our overall experience was excellent. Our party consisted of four brothers and their wives, we hadn't been all together for 6 years and the villa was in the perfect location. There was plenty of room, one bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite suited my husband's older brother and his wife. Each of us had our own bathroom, although two were next to the bedrooms, not ensuite. Loved the swimming pool and it was serviced twice in the week we were there. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, although not all were open as the 'season' was only just getting ready to open. Wide range of food. Eclipse restaurant stood out for both food and staff but all restaurants we visited were friendly, helpful and good food. Good location for Barcelona, Tarragona, Salou and Reus. Thanks for a great holiday.

Vacaciones en familia con privacidad ycomodidad

Nos gusta la casa y la ubicación es cómoda aunque hay varias cosas que se podrían mejorar. Colocación de mosquiteras, ahorraría mucho en aire acondicionado, así como instalar ventiladores de techo en todos los dormitorios y en salón y comedor- También es muy molesto que no haya persianas en la planta baja, la luz del sol molesta mucho a mediodía y en el dormitorio también al amanecer- Tendría fácil solución colocando cortinas de foscurit (como en los hoteles) bajo los visillos que hay. El aire acondicionado está mal ajustado en la planta 1, tiene mucha fuerza en el dormitorio principal pero se pierde en el del fondo y enfría escasamente en la habitación de las 4 camas en la que se pasa calor. El menaje de la cocina se podría completar con una airfryer, no son caras y ahorran tiempo en la cocina y energía, pues evita usar el horno.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Vor, während und nach dem Urlaub war der Kontakt mit der Agentur äusserst zuvorkommend, kompetent und freundlich. Die Villa war schlichtweg der Hammer! Und in top Zustand... Anlage und Agentur sind absolut zu empfehlen.

Nos encanta la casa, es muy cómoda y tranquila La ubicación excepcional El trato con el personal de Arenda ha sido muy agradable y competente Un año más, muy contentos Los sofás del salón son muy incómodos Hacen falta mosquiteras en los dormitorios y el salón El menaje de la cocina tenía deficiencias(2 sartenes no eran aptas para la placa) y no hay sartén grande ni cazuela grande para la capacidad que tiene la vivienda de personas El recogedor y la escoba estaban muy estropeados El WIFI era un poco inestable, a veces se cortaba la señal

La casa está reformada en su interior, es muy grande y cómoda. Está muy cerca de la playa (7 min andando) lo cual es una gran ventaja. La piscina es grande también. El césped que bordea la piscina es artificial, y los días de calor quema al ir descalzo.

Estupenda villa cerca de la playa

La casa es muy grande, con habitaciones muy amplias. Cada una de ellas dispone de baño propio, lo cual es muy cómodo y ayuda a gestionar la convivencia, especialmente con niños pequeños. La zona de jardín con la piscina y la barbacoa está muy bien, y el porche es ideal para las comidas y sobremesas. La cocina está bien equipada y hay bastante espacio para almacenar. Sin duda, es una excelente casa para pasar unos días en familia y con amigos. Al ser una casa para capacidad de mucha gente, se echa en falta una nevera más grande o un elemento adicional de refrigeración. Además, la habitación de la planta baja no tiene persianas! Esto es ciertamente incómodo, y más para una casa de estas características. Si no hay persianas, al menos debería haber una cortina más opaca, como las que se ponen en los hoteles, para que la luz no entre tanto desde primera hora de la mañana. Además, se agradecería algo más de flexibilidad para las entradas y salidas, aunque entiendo que esto puede resultar complicado.

Muchas gracias por su comentario, Carlos, y los consejos. Vamos a mirar poner otra nevera en el garaje y cortinas oscuras en la habitación. Lo del horario de entradas y salidas es muy difícil cambiar algo.

Was auf den Bildern im Internet versprochen wurde haben wir in Echtzeit auch wirklich vorgefunden.

Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen. Sowohl bei der Übergabe, trotz unserer Verspätung, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und gut instruiert. Vielen Dank!!!!
