Cousin camp 2025. This property had everything our big family needed. Plenty of space, plenty of activities at the house and right on the Toccoa river made it easy for our kayaking adventurers to start from the property or end at the property. This was by far the cleanest rental we have ever had!!! Check in was easy and the location was beautiful!!!

Weekend Trip

Our crew had a wonderful weekend in Blue Ridge and loved staying at Toccoa River Front. The view was beautiful and so was the home. The home was spacious, decorated wonderfully, and allowed all our guests to feel comfortable. The basement rooms were so much fun - the juke box, video games, pool table, and movie room allowed for wonderful entertainment on a rainy afternoon. We loved it and will definitely come back.

Blue Ridge reunion

Fantastic place for all ages, big and lots of room for games and relaxing by fire at night, swing set for children and pool fun. Highly recommend for a big family getaway!!!!
