This modern design villa is located close to Villamartin Plaza you will not believe your eyes when you walk through the gate into this detached new build villa standing in its own private plot.

The first thing you will see is the beautiful private pool for you to enjoy day or night (6m x 3m). The area around the pool will allow you to chill and enjoy the Spanish sunshine in the luxury of your own home. Should you want to escape the sun for a while the villa has an awning installed for this purpose.

The villa living space is all on one level, as you walk through the front door you will see the very modern kitchen which is open plan so you can chat to the family even if you are preparing food or drinks. The lounge area again is furnished to a high standard so that you can enjoy chilling in front of the TV should you so wish. You will find that the villa has free wi-fi and English TV as well as a droid box installed with access to all stations via the internet. You will find a further TV in the master bedroom. The villa is fitted with electric blinds throughout to allow you to let the sunshine in or keep the property cool in the summer months.

The master en-suite bedroom is light and airy and has large patio doors overlooking the outside area, you will find fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The second 2 bedrooms also has fitted wardrobes. The whole house has air conditioning installed for your comfort in the warmer months which will also give you warm air in the colder months.

When you go upstairs to the roof terrace for your final WOW of this property you will be amazed at the beautiful views that you can enjoy, the daytime and night time views are very different but equally impressive. This level is fully equipped and grassed out with a lazy chair and table a great place to go to chill with some sea breezes coming through to cool you off.

The villa is only a 18 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza giving you approximately 30 restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket, pharmacist, medical center and dentist should you need them. On your walk to the Plaza you will come across a couple of bars and restaurants which you may want to visit on route less than 10 minutes walk.

Next door to Villamartin Plaza you will find Campo de Golf Villamartin where you can enjoy a round of golf and then maybe a beer at the 19th where you will find an outdoor area to chill and discuss your golfing achievements. You will also find other local golf courses close by Lax Ramblas, Las Colinas, Campoamor and La Finca which are all within a short driving distance. Why not take out the hassle of bringing your golf clubs and just use one of the local hire companies. Online tee times are available should you want to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant, sun loungers and parasols for hire. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.

€100 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
