Fabulous Detached Villa with full aircon as well as free WI-FI. Private pool, garden with loungers and BBQ area as well as a large roof terrace. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the property has all the space you need for up to 8 people. Limited inside space but plenty of outside space.

Ground Floor: 1 bedroom
Upper Floor: 2 bedrooms
The home is spread across 3 levels, offering privacy and space for all guests.

The lounge with air con has an American style open plan kitchen and a gas fire for the colder months. Shops, bars, banks, and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. Grills on all doors and windows will keep you safe.

Blue awarded beach is 2km away and boasts magnificent scenery as well as cleanliness. The beaches in the Orihuela Costa are well maintained and benefit from a courtesy bus.

The Orihuela Costa is a picturesque location perfectly located on Costa Blanca South of Spain. Courtesy of the surrounding airports, hotels, and many golf courses, Orihuela Costa has very much become a sought after and lively golfing destination.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

€140 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm.
€25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.

A great villa for our stay with 7 family & friends - plenty of space, seating, bathrooms & a lovely pool. We hired a car which was handy as was a walk to nearest shops & bars. Check in worked well, especially as our flight had a long delay & we didn’t arrive at the villa until very early morning. We were still met at the villa & shown round. Would recommend.

Het huis was perfect enkel en heb dit ook gemeld aan de persoon die ons opwachtte. De woning heeft op het gelijkvloers een slaapkamer met een mini raam en geen airco dit wordt nergens in de advertentie vermeld met de hitte in juli niet ok en spijtig dat jullie dit niet op voorhand vermelden. Daardoor hebben 2 mensen noodgedwongen moeten slapen in de kamers boven terwijl er plek was voor 6 bedden. Alsook kan je het toilet op de begane grond niet gebruiken gezien het water daar overloopt ook geen melding van gekregen tijdens het boeken. Voor de rest ws alles echt perfect kraaknet, veilige buurt en heerlijk rustig. Dus die 2 minpunten ben ik echt teleurgesteld zeker als je een volledig huis boekt en een deel gewoon niet kan gebruiken

Lovely Villa, Great Pool

Lovely villa, exactly as it is in the photos. We got there early and met the cleaning team who happily took our cases in so we could pop for something to eat. Kitchen and bathrooms good. 3 out of 4 bedrooms are good with comfy, clean beds. The pool is excellent. Good size and deep. It was really clean - with a midweek clean. The communication with the property company was excellent. Issues were dealt with efficiently and they went out to get 2 more sunbeds so we all had one. Overall a really lovely, comfortable villa with everything you need. We did have a few niggles; The cleanliness could have been better. We couldn’t use the bbq as it was dirty - still small bits of meat on it. The patio door in the living room was filthy - a big chocolate smudge on the frame and just grubby. Few sticky marks on wardrobe doors, toilet, didn’t use some glasses as they were dirty. Plasters on the floor by the pool. Hair and dust in places. There was a broken tile outside which we had to cover with a chair as it was dangerous. The bottom bedroom is uncomfortable with no air conditioning and barely any natural light. The toilet next to this room gets blocked and the plumber told us it’s an ongoing issue and not to go a number 2 down there. Location is fine. Supermarket and a few bars and restaurants in walking distance. So is VillaMartin. Had a lovely time though despite the niggles as it is a great place to stay with the family.

Good holiday rental

The property had plenty of space as we were 4 friends wanting our own room. The property catered for everything we needed and had a nice pool. Location was quite central to what we wanted but the walk to the local restaurants/bars is up a steep hill so in the heat probably not what you would want to do. Villamartin plaza is a 5 minute drive but too far to walk (again if it's hot). The rental agency that look after the property are very accommodating and easy to deal with, highly recommended.

Fabulous villa in a good location

We absolutely loved our stay in the Villa, it had everything you could possibly wish for. Located in a quiet location with not far to walk to a great supermarket and some local restaurants. The outside area at the villa was just brilliant, the safety fence around the pool was amazing, especially with little ones, there was just no need to worry. The villa was exceptionally clean through out, great kitchen utilities and crockery, excellent showers and plenty of towels. The only tiny thing I would add to each room would be a mirror, with them only being in the bathroom and main lounge it was more tricky when getting ready but no biggy what so ever. We definitely hope to return!

Excellent villa.

The villa was perfect, newly refurbished kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, all done to a reasonably high spec. Spotlessly clean. Only 2 minor negatives 1) the aircon units probably need cleaning/ servicing as black bits blew out of them 2) you have to walk up a hill to get to commercial centre for bars and restaurants. So, could be difficult for people with mobility issues. Having said that, it was a wonderfully relaxing break with peace and quite around the villa. I would definitely go again
