アパートは広々としていて広々としていて（136平方メートル）、上質な素材と細部までこだわった独��の環境となっています。 暖炉、ソファ、衛星テレビ、ダイニングテーブルが備わる広く居心地の良いラウンジがあります。 リビングルームからはテラスとキッチンにアクセスできます。また、とても広々としていて、自分で食事を用意したり、自分だけの料理をするシェフを迎えたりするのに必要なものがすべて揃っています。 キッチンにはダイニングテーブルと暖炉があります（バーベキューとしても使用できます）。 リビングルームとキッチンの両方に、渓谷を見下ろす窓があり、環境を明るくして息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。 寝室には、ダブルベッドルームとツインベッドル���ム（必要に応じてダブルに変換可能）があり、どちらも露出した梁と寄木細工で飾られており、落ち着きと家族の暖かさを感じられます。 シャワー付きのバスルームが2つあります。 アパートも寝室を見下ろす小さな研究によって完成しています。

Perfect Location in Cortona

Our five night stay was just wonderful in Cortona. This is our third stay in Cortona and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Just steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was just like the photos and description said. Comfortable, quiet, stunning view.

The apartment was wonderful! It is in a great location right in the center of town. It has a lovely view of the valley and is quiet and well appointed for heat in the winter. The kitchen and living/dining room are very large and comfortable. We hosted a dinner for 8 that was enjoyed by all. The bedrooms are likewise large and comfortable. The bathrooms were great - plenty of hot water. There were limited amenities, such as soap for the sinks, but it was sufficient. We appreciated the coffee and filters for the coffee maker. We could not get the clothes dryer to work and disposal of trash is difficult in town as there is no easy place to dispose of it and instructions for disposal are impractical. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment so it wouldn’t work for everyone. We appreciated that the host manager met us at the apartment for check in and showed us details in the apartment and were very responsive for questions. We would definitely love to stay here again if went to Cortona as the apartment is very nice and comfortable.

Perfect spot in Cortona

My family had a great stay for 4 nights the week of March 25, 2024. 2 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect - right on the main road in town with shops, cafes, pharmacies etc. Check in was a breeze, communication with property management easy and quick, and apartment is as shown and described. The views from the terrace are stunning!

Convenient and beautiful views.

We have stayed 8 times in Cortona and always within walking distance to the old town center. This particular location was our 2nd time to rent. This should explain how happy we are with the location and the easy access to restaurants and English speaking agency. It both times exceeded our expectations! Kelly H

This was our second visit in less than a year to this fantastic apartment in Cortona. The apartment is centrally located, has an amazing terrace with commanding views of Lake Trasimeno and the Chiana Valley and is really, really comfortable. Alice, Angela and the Rent in Tuscany crew go out of their way to make sure your arrival is comfortable and that all of your questions are answered - and can offer great suggestions on things to do in Cortona and the surrounding area. We will return to Cortona Charme each and every time we visit Tuscany - and hope to do so often. One pro tip - it is a walk up with serious stairs, so if mobility is an issue this may not be the unit for you.

You guys were wonderful. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. We enjoyed all of our time with Francesco and learned a great deal about the area. Appreciate all the efforts on the AC and thanks for taking care of our last meal. That was very kind of you. We really enjoyed the food and people at Il Cacciatore and I'm pretty sure came close to sampling everything on the menu. We will recommend all of our friends make a trip to Cortona. It was a great vacation for Heidi and I will remember it fondly for years and hopefully will make it back again. Thanks for helping to arrange all of our activities which were wonderful. Paradise in the center

Wonderful location in the middle of town on the only flat street. 2 floors up but stairs are easy. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The patio and it’s view are amazing. A/C works fine. Great place to stay. Hope to return!

This is probably one of the very best locations to stay in the whole of Cortona. Splendid views over the countryside surrounding Cortona, from an excellent terrazza. It is in the main street of Cortona, with all the pleasure this can provide (cappuccino 5 meters from our house entrance, excellent restaurants very closeby). As the house is orientated towards the valley, this is also a very quite place. Furniture and equipment is good, appartment is clean. We love Cortona (this is our 5th time, 1st time in this house) and we will certainly comeback to this appartment.

We had an amazing week at La Terrazzo Cortonese. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and had outstanding views of the Tuscan countryside. Kirsten was very helpful both before and during our stay. She arranged for day trips, wine tastings, cooking classes and dinner reservations. We would definitely use Rent in Tuscany in the future.

This is my 3rd time staying in this beautiful apartment and it will certainly not be my last! The apartment is spacious but warm and welcoming. The terrazza is AMAZING! We spend every morning and evening looking over the beautiful Valdichiana and taking in the sights and sounds of Cortona. Alice and her team have been perfect in every aspect of the rental process. I have already recommended her and Rent in Tuscany to friends! We will see you again!

This is the best apartment in Italy. The veranda overlooking the valley is spectacular. Added to that is the fact that the apartment is in the center of Cortona yet when one is in the apartment one feels like she is in a villa in Tuscany. The photo below is from the veranda

My wife and I, and my in-laws shared this incredible suite for 3 weeks during the Fall of 2018. We've visited Cortona many times before and stayed in many different accommodations, but this is our absolute favorite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with nice appliances, and plenty of cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. And the terrace is absolutely amazing. It's an excellent space for entertaining or relaxing. We're hoping to make this our regular rental whenever we visit Cortona. More than that, the wonderful ladies at Rent in Tuscany are the best. They're attentive, kind, and very helpful. They couldn't have been better hosts for us. Thank you so much!

This apartment made my trip to Italia so easy. Situated in the middle of Cortona on the main “street,” it gave us easy access to all Cortona has to offer (with few stairs!). Perfect for our group of four - from the well-appointed kitchen to the stunning views from the terrace. Free parking at the base of the hill was a bonus. It was very hot during our trip so the air conditioning made sleeping a “breeze!” I would return and enjoy again in a heartbeat. Grazie mille!

What did we love more? Cortona or our amazing apartment? It’s a tie! The apartment was perfect for us - starting with a stunning view from the terrace to a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and all the amenities. We thought Cortona was going to be our home base for numerous day trips, which we did, but we found exploring and enjoying Cortona kept us at “home” several days. Beautiful, beautiful Cortona.
