Loved our stay!!

This place was so beautiful, clean, and the view was amazing. Our 4 kids loved the pool area and quick access to the beach!! Highly recommended

Lovely beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. Loved how close to the beach we were and shopping. Had a little trouble trying to figure out the tv remotes. Maybe some instructions would help. We would definitely stay again.

It was a Girl trip and the accommodations were excellent

Very convientient to restaurants and the pool area was really nice. good access to the beach! we had a great time and plan on staying at Sterling Shores again next year. Hope to get same condo.

Very Nice. Has all the amenities!

We enjoyed this condo very much! Has all the ameninities that are needed and was very clean. It even had beach chairs that could have been used. I do recommend replacing the skillet as it is very used and it's starting to flake when cooked in. That did not affect our stay though and just something that I saw because I used it. We will stay here again! Great place for a family vacation!

Comfortable

The condo was very accommodating for our group. The place was pretty clean and it felt comfortable. They had a lot of beach toys stocked and an extra cooler. We brought our own, but it is a nice bonus. It is right across from an elevator, which is very convenient for bringing up luggage and groceries easily. Sterling Shores was pretty quiet when we went. Even though it's not on the beach, there is a nice view. The location is convenient.

Appliances could have been more updated. Washer didn’t wash clothes very well. Better daily cleaning supplies (small battery vacuum, etc.) could’ve been available.

Great Location

We stay at this condo complex every year. This particular condo hasn't been updated in a while but is reasonably clean and communication from the managing company was great, which made the process easy. Be advised that, unlike most of other rentals we have stayed at, this one has zero supplies in the pantry, i.e. you will be buying your own salt and other basic necessities.

Excellent experience

From the get go this rental was top notch. RealJoy was easy to work with and was on top of every detail. The bedrooms were spacious and kitchen had plenty of room to work in. We did use the bbq area and that was perfect for us. The pools were heated which was a plus for the few days it was colder than normal. I loved how the whole property was gated definitely made me feel safe for being in a different town. All in all great location right in the middle of everything and right at the beach. We will definitely stay again.

1st birthday trip

Overall the trip was very nice. Housekeeping did a terrible job. There was hair everywhere including the showers and bed. My child now has hand, foot , and mouth disease which I believe he caught while staying in this condo. (My child isn’t in daycare or around other kids and he had symptoms 3 days after leaving the condo).

Super convenient

This is the perfect place to stay for several reasons. 1.) It's near anything you need, which makes it super convenient whether you want to go to the beach or to dine. There are also activities nearby for children or the whole family. 2.) It has a lot of space. It's much more comfortable than a typical hotel room atmosphere due to the spacious rooms, and this also means that there is more privacy within the unit. 3.) It's clean and luxurious. You feel comfortable here. 4.) It has a beautiful view. You can enjoy the beach right from your condo.

The condo and properties were great. But in the condo there was no dust pan, no cleaning supplies, we had to go to walmart and buy so much that should have been in the condo, to help keep it clean. Not the best for a family with small kids.

Review:

Overall we had a good stay. The location was perfect for us; beach view, 10-15 minute drive to good restaurants and shops and only a few minute walk to the beach. The cleanliness of the property was not great but it was manageable. The oven takes an hour just to preheat which was a little frustrating. Also we were not provided with wristbands so we messaged RealJoy. They replied within a few hours and brought us some but only brought 4 which was a little strange. Overall we had a good vacation and would consider staying here again.
