Spacious, Family-friendly Home With Deeded Popponesset Beach Rights

1st floor has open concept living room, dining room and modern kitchen. Separate study with Queen size pull out couch and 1/2 bath complete the first floor. Sliding doors from kitchen lead to oversized deck with grill and patio set. 2nd floor has 3 large bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds) and 2 full baths. Third floor has another living room with queen size pull out couch and separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. Unit contains all the modern conveniences of home, including washer/dryer, central air, gas fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, and internet access. Within walking distance to beautiful sandy Popponesset beach. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Great natural light and tastefully decorated. Located near New Seabury market place, which contains cafes, raw bar, shops/boutiques, mini-golf, and live entertainment in the summer.

Made a wonderful memory

Wonderful stay at a Cape Cod Oasis!

Dawn’s property was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, clean and welcoming, and looks even better in person than in the pictures online. Dawn was a great host as well—very communicative and promptly responsive to any of our questions. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would recommend any large group to stay at Dawns!

Dawn is fantastic to work with, her house is stunning. This house has everything. It is gorgeous and immaculate. We had ages 3 to 67 everyone loved it. Walked to the beach, see the beautiful sunrise, kids loved the beach. Lunch at Popponesset Market Place, and Bobby Bournes Pub delicious!! Bowling was fun with excellent food. Wedding at Bourne Farm Fantastic.

Couldn't have asked for more!

Very impressed with this property and had the best stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to a private beach. The house itself was very clean, well stocked, and more than enough room for three families (including extra sleeping areas for when our babies inevitably woke up in the middle of the night!). Included toys for the kids, lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies, comfortable beds.. can't recommend the property enough and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location

Dawn’s house was immaculate! Plenty of space for a girls trip! Dawn helped with finding someone to do a private yoga class for us too which was amazing! Excellent location close to the beach, just a quick walk. Parking was a little hard with 4 cars and the girls coming after work so we used the Sagamore park and ride - in case you have overflow cars, that worked nicely. Thank you to Dawn!

Wedding weekend

Perfect house for us! We had a family wedding at the club and this home was prefect! Spacious, great location and access to the beach. Very appreciative that there were plenty of beach chairs and a few bikes to borrow! Very thoughtful hosts. Enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

Girls Weekend

We there for a girls weekend. The place was great! Clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Dawn was very accommodating by letting us check in early. We just wish the weather cooperated!

Perfect family gathering

The home and its location were perfect settings for our family gathering for a family wedding nearby. The place was spotless with ample space for 8 adults and 3 children. Everything we needed was provided: plenty of linens & towels for the many bedrooms, toys & games for my grandchildren, a well-stocked kitchen with plates, cookware, etc, beach supplies, and even hairdryers. We were able to gather and relax in the large family room adjacent to the kitchen and all its state-of-the-art appliances. I can't say enough about our weekend as a family in this gorgeous home and how welcome and inviting it felt. We will cherish these memories always!

Perfect home for multi generations

The home had tons of space where we could spread out as well as an amazing entertaining area between the open concept kitchen and family room. It was more than we expected and was perfect for the home base to our daughter's wedding at the Poponesett Inn.

Absolutely wonderful!

The property was even nicer than the pictures & the description! It was incredibly clean (we could slightly smell bleach in the bathrooms when we first got in, which we greatly appreciated, knowing it was truly cleaned between stays!) The house was roomy enough for our girls weekend (11 ladies total) and gorgeously decorated while still walkable to the beach. The neighborhood was great - everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Dawn was also available and helpful when we had a slight issue with the laundry. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing vacation home in sweet Popponesset

One of the larger homes in the area, with a easy and short walk to all the best locations - playground, several different beaches, Popponesset Marketplace and the Beach Club. We walked everywhere! Home was clean and pristine and comfortable and owner is delightful. Would highly recommend!

Loved this Mashpee house

We enjoyed a three night stay here. Beautiful house, large deck perfect for family meals. We walked to the beach several times and really appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs available for guests to use. Well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds. The master bedroom is really spacious and private.

Excellent Accommodations

Not only was the house GORGEOUS but Dawn was so friendly and so responsive and even let me check in early without a problem! Honestly, every expectation of this house was exceeded. I was blown away by the cleanliness and the beauty of this home. The pictures dont even do it justice. The deck is so spacious and surrounded by trees and nature and the bedrooms were stunning. Not to mention the open concept living room and kitchen, stunning stunning stunning! Highly recommend this property if staying in the New Seabury area!! Thank you again Dawn! You made my weekend!

This house and location have it all. Large enough for multiple families or friends to share. All the conveniences of home, with a short walk to the private, sandy beach, or to the recreation center or New Seabury marketplace. Quiet, friendly and serene community to walk, jog and ride bikes. Mashpee commons is less than a 5 minute drive, with boutiques, restaurants, ice cream/candy/toy shops, movie theatre, bowling, etc. Cape Cod children's museum is also just a short drive away.
