On the extreme tip of a small valley not far from the center of Noto and services, I present Villa Tuffetto, built within a centuries-old olive and almond grove with a sea view that will leave you enchanted. If you love unspoiled nature, having the freedom to walk barefoot on the lawn and among the flowers, then Villa Tuffetto is the perfect place for your holiday, trust me.
The photos fail to fully give the idea of this unique and wonderful place, because it is very special, customers are surprised when they arrive. The villa is a splendid residence, it is said that it was the country residence/retreat of a man of great culture who belonged to the nobility, he had carved out this place to collect his thoughts. Over the years only the external walls remained, we renovated it trying to maintain the same line externally, a typical Sicilian country house with a touch of modernity. The thick walls provide refreshment on hot Sicilian days.
Large bright patio with a garden around it that slides gently towards the pool, if you have children you can keep an eye on them at all times from the patio by letting them play in the water. Villa Tuffetto is within walking distance of services such as supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and places of great cultural, historical and natural interest.
Built on the extreme tip of a small valley overlooking the sea, the valley of Gioi, where the silence, peace and coolness make it unique, I am sure you will love it. Villa Tuffetto entering from the main door leads to a large living room with kitchen, hallway, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the sleeping area there are therefore two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower in the pool area. From the outdoor patio next to the main door there is a second French window that leads to a single bedroom with an independent entrance, suitable for adults and children who want the room with more privacy. In this single room we have placed a desk useful for those who work in smart working, thus becoming a workspace.
Each room is very bright and has a French window that opens onto an exclusive outdoor patio belonging to the rooms. Villa Tuffetto has a covered outdoor living area and an additional outdoor patio seating area together create a large living space on the garden facing the pool, shaded by olive trees. The customers and I love this villa.
The villa is essential in its furnishings, the great strength of this residence are sea view, the pool area, the greenery around with olive trees and centuries-old almond trees. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa, maximum privacy. Nature has created a natural fence around it, delimiting the areas of relevance.
The villa has fast wi-fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. If there are children we add cots and high chairs, in case you are more than five guests we can accommodate a second bed in the single room with external entrance, the space is reduced but perfect for two children or two adults.
Having a huge garden in the morning you can find corners to do yoga after a nice bath, have breakfast under the olive tree, pick some lemons or oranges, and thus enjoy the residence.
The pool is four meters wide and ten meters long, excellent for swimming, there is a fixed umbrella, deck chairs and sunbeds and around all soft and fresh green lawn, having the green lawn is a unique value. You can be naked in the pool.
For those who visit this area for the first time do not know that Noto is in a strategic point, in fact, it is absolutely not necessary to make a trip in stages, the best way to start planning the holiday is to fix Villa Tuffetto as a point, and then from here every day organize your itinerary, a week will not be enough, so much to enjoy and so much to see.
