Wonderful house at a great location

Great house, close to all the bars and restaurants and beach. Without the inconvenience that could come with being close to “the strip” (noise etc). It’s clean, got good beds, enough kitchen equipment and great outside area. I would highly recommend this apartment! We’ve been here for the second time and when we would come to Lanzarote again, we would definitely rent this house again!

It's a must!

The design and quality of the accommodation was exceptional. The roof area was impressive. The ability to view all UK channels and sports on TV was comforting. You can't improve it but parking was problematic.

Perfect location!

Casa Capricho is in the perfect location in Puerto del Carmen. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and main strip, just around the corner from the local Spar shop, has fantastic views from the rooftop terrace and beatuiful views of the sunset over the mountains. Communication with Sarah & Andres of the management company is easy, friendly, informative and they made us feel very welcome - thank you! I highly recommend this apartment & wouldn't hesitate to return.

A Perfect Stay

Upon arrival, we knew we had picked well. The accommodation was immaculately presented throughout and had a really good vibe. The small welcome pack was really nice and everything within the accommodation was well thought through. For example, the addition of beach towels, a hairdryer, extra towels. The top level terrace was a joy to use. The location is spot on for being in the centre of the resort and just a minutes walk to the promenade and beach was excellent. There are some lovely restaurants in the area. The road outside is fairly quiet as it is one way but the pavements are quite narrow so folk just need to be mindful of that. Having visited Lanzarote for the last 11 years Puerto Del Carmen has become our go to place. We have used this company for another stay which was as equally impressive. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and we can't wait to return. The hosts were amazing and any query was dealt with very promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their accommodation app was a new concept for us and this was brilliant. It gave all the advice a person could ever need. All in all a ten out of ten Couldn't fault anything. Top huis op super locatie!

Communicatie met eigenaren verliep soepel. Andrès regelde ook de taxi voor ons naar het vliegveld en we mochten tot 14:30 blijven tot het tijd was naar het vliegveld te gaan. Huis was netjes schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. De foto’s bij de advertentie geven prima weer hoe het eruit ziet. Je zit overal dichtbij, maar toch buiten de herrie van de boulevard. Wij komen graag terug!

An oasis in PDC

From greeting by Andres through interactions with Sarah and housekeeping team, the level of service and response was outstanding. Facilities are cleverly maximised and interior design is thoughtful clean and contemporary, especially compared to the hundreds of PDC properties we researched before booking. Location is a huge added bonus a five minute walk for a morning swim or an evening cocktail, but far enough from the avenida to be unaware of it in the evenings chatting on the patio. The perfect PDC stay.

Superb location

Had a lovely week here. Good communication beforehand with clear instructions re arrival. Greeted by Gina who showed us round the villa and ensured we had her number in caseof problems (which there weren't any!) Spent many peaceful hours sunbathing in the yard -it is an absolute sun trap. Didnt really watch tv but there were several uk channels and good wifi. Villa very clean with everything you might need, the only (very small) negative is that there is no oven , just a hob (there is a microwave) didnt matter to us as we ate out all week but might deter us from longer rental. Location is very quiet at night yet literally 2 minutes and you are on the strip with lots of bars and restaurants. Beach is 5 minutes. We were very lucky with the weather too! All in all, a wonderful week, lovely villa, comfy bed, nice welcome pack (including wine!) We will be back and recommend.

Wonderful holiday

The apartment was lovely, so well presented in a great location for the beach and shops. Booking and check in were excellent and having WhatsApp access during our stay was very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great location 2 minutes from main strip

We were met at the villa where the check in was easy and quick. Modern interior everything you need. The only down side was no air con at the end of June, nights were really warm, although there are 2 fans, they can be a bit noisy.

Loved Casa Capricho

Everything about this house is great - especially the location. It is literally minutes to the beach, the shops and the promenade while still being quiet and peaceful. It is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean with plenty of linen, comfortable seating and two bedrooms. We loved it !

Great apartment in a great location

We have stayed in Puerto Del Carmen a few times and this is in the best location for access to everything within a few minutes. The apartment is very well equipped and stylish. I had a few queries and they were responded to immediately. I would recommend this and would happily stay again

Casa capricho is in a lovely position near to the beach,shops, supermarket and the main strip. The place is furnished to a high standard and is very clean and well equipped.
