This house is really beautiful and was a great stay for our group of 4

There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well as a nearby Frutería that had all the staples! A 13 minute walk from the house is Restaurante Es Porxo which was really lovely. Overall a great stay and lovely house! Location is central to drive to other great spots. Be sure to read through the description fully as they do charge a fee for a late checkin among other things. It is all laid out, but you may miss some details! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash not provided and we were only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper. You can stock up on what you need at the Frutería down the road (near Sauvage Restaurante). Italian restaurant across the street is good and open late.

As a group of 6 ladies travelling, this villa was perfect

As a group of 6 ladies travelling, this villa was perfect. It was decorated and maintained to a high standard and the location was incredibly peaceful. The garden and pool area are beautiful and we made use of the abundance of fresh oranges and lemons growing in the garden. The living spaces are large and airy. We did not have a car but used the bus from the stop just a minute away which ran frequently and was very reliable. The journey takes around 25 minutes at a cost of 2 Euros. If you want authenticity, the small bar and bakery next door are real gems, as is the Italian restaurant opposite. The only watch out is that if you are getting a taxi you must ask for the address in Establiment as our driver took us to a different town with the same road name around 15 minutes further away. We couldn't fault this property and can't wait to go back.

Nice house, building sight next door

The house is lovely. Erick & Toni were very quick to respond and help with requests. There were two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice gesture but no basics as salt, pepper etc. Unfortunately the house next door was being totally renovated. Between machines and load musik from early morning until late night 7 days a week it was impossible to sit out side by the pool. Because of this our friends left after one night. Erick kindly offered to repay the tourist tax for them. We spent little time at the house because of the noise. My opinion is that the house should not be rented out until the work next door is finished. Our holiday and our friends holiday were spoilt. Every day was stressful. Erick was polite and friendly all the way but should have given us a part refund as I suggested.

This was an incredible experience for us

This was an incredible experience for us. We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the quiet and sunshine by the pool. The place was very very clean and the hosts met us in person to give us keys and give us some nice restaurant s to go to, that were both amazing. Definitely recommend getting a car as it is so much easier to get around. Overall would love to come here again. The only thing is that they do not provide any soap for hand washing for anything for the laundry detergent.

Great stay for two families with small children

Great stay for two families with small children. The pool is great, and the backyard in connection with the kitchen is great for evening meals. It was very easy to get to Palma with the bus, which stopped right outside the gate.

The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The decor was lovely. The pool was perfect to cool off on a hot day and there's and excellent number and variety of chairs/sunloungers outside. The no. 16 bus stop is right outside and it's 2euros to go anywhere en route to Palma city centre. It's 17 mins to Palma,about 8 mins to the big Carrefour supermarket via the no.16 bus. There's a pizzeria just over the road which serves delicious huge pizzas, pastas and has the most fantastic views over the mountains. Bedside lamps would be a nice touch, and pool towels.

We had a great time in this beautiful house

We had a great time in this beautiful house. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t enjoy the gardenthe pool as much, so in summer it would be even more amazing to stay here. The house was even more beautiful in real life and decorated wonderfully. The house was located perfectly for exploring the island when you have a rental car. The kitchen had a lot of amenities for cooking.
