Perfect location, lots of room, good amenities

This location is perfect - market, restaurants, and beach are right down the street. The weather on our trip was downpour and windy but because of the location we were able to catch openings to make to the beach to fly kites. The hot tub was ready to use. Will be back to enjoy riding the bikes to town.

Perfect for our stay…

This was the perfect place for our brief stay. When we left, our thoughts were that if we had more time in Seaside, this would be the ideal place for us— great location, the accommodations were nice and we had enough space to be together or spread out for our adult family of 6 (3 couples).

Seaside house

This is a very comfortable, inviting house located quite close to the beach. They have many books and games for children, and a user-friendly kitchen. Very nice place. Hope to visit it again soon.

Celebrating Family

Loved the location! Our family gathering of 8 were quite comfortable with set up, the house just needs a deep clean and replacement of some of the bedding as I previously stated. Having a yard is a real plus for little ones and the short walk to the beach is perfect.

Really Fun Vacation Home

This home worked out well for our family vacation of 8 . Only three blocks to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, lots of “toys” for the beach and for the house. Comfortable bedrooms, two living areas, nicely appointed kitchen. We loved Seaside. Want to come back!!!

Peace at the beach

This house is in a great location with very easy access to the beach. Large enough to sleep everyone in our group comfortably. Added bonus of bikes on site for the kids to ride down to the heart of Seaside easily along the boardwalk.

Family Friendly Beach House - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this family friendly beach house in a great location, close to the beach. The house was clean, but not super well kept up. Had the online photos reflected this, we probably would have stayed elsewhere for the price. Overall we had a great stay though. We loved the hot tub, the sand toys for the kids and you can’t beat the location, super close to beach and the boardwalk.

Perfect family get-away

With 4 bedrooms and 2 living room areas, this house is very comfortable for a family plus a friend or two. Backyard with hot tub is great, and we really loved the location. It's close to the beach and promenade. A corner market and few cafes are easy walking distance from house. Being able to walk some place for breakfast or to pick up a few supplies contributed to a relaxing few days. We would love to stay here again.

Great space for families!

Close to the beach and easily accessible (they had one of the beach walkways out), we were able to walk to Seaside turnabout via the beach and the promenade. Lots of space to spread out and relax for the whole family. Large dining table to accommodate games played at the end of the day. Plenty of towels! We loved it all.

Perfect

My family visits the Oregon Coast every summer and I never review our beach house, but this one was at the top of our list of favorites. The location was spectacular and the amenities in the home were top notch. We are very pleased with our experience.

Nice place very close to the beach

We came with family and the house was spacious enough for us. It has two living rooms which is nice when you have children. Unlike other places there actually is enough dishes for everyone and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. They truly made it family friendly. The hot tub and BBQ were clean and in good condition. You can tell they care about your experience because the manager is quick to respond and made sure we got in okay and that the house was clean and to our liking. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and say we will be back.

Phenomenal

Not only was the house absolutely gorgeous, it was so conveniently located by the market, and beach. Not to mention, only a 10-15min walk from town, as far as where all the cool strip of stores are. Had a blast with my kiddos here and the Jacuzzi was a wonderful touch to make it feel like the mini vacation I needed. Thank you so much for the chance and experience and hospitality. It was breathtaking.

Beach time

Had a great time with out-of-town family! Perfect beach weather even with the fog. Nice, quiet end of town. Convenient small grocery and restaurants across the street. A few small maintenance items… upstairs master bath left sink drains slowly, kitchen faucet handle is very loose and 1 barstool seat comes apart. The house was very accommodating for the 8 of us.

Large home in a great location.

This home was pretty spacious—there were two living areas, one right off the kitchen, and the other was kind of wasted space, I felt like. It was just a sitting area with a fireplace that was unused by our group. It had a nice fenced backyard, which was nice for all of our kids to play in with windows looking right out at them. There were also tons of beach toys, wagons, camp chairs, a nice BOB stroller, bikes of all sizes—anything you could need for a group with kids to go to the beach, which was nice. There were a ton of games and toys, too. All in all, I’d say we were all pretty happy with this house, it was great with all of our kids.

Functional and convenient

This was our second stay in this house with the first being in the summer of 2020. Ours was a big group (6 adults and 2 kids), and we were able to stay there fairly comfortably. All of the basic amenities were provided, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The highlight of the house is its location - it's a few blocks from the Ocean, so it was very convenient for us to go to the beach. The sheets on the master bedroom's bed had a few spots on it which we were able to cover up with other fresh sheets, but that was the only issue we had in terms of cleanliness.

Very cozy, kid friendly and dog friendly home.

We felt at home. Very comfortable and cozy. Love the convenience of the market across the street. Very close to the ocean. Our dog loved being a part of our family get together as well. Our 2 grandkids enjoyed all the toys available to them. The hot tub was used almost everyday, which was an added bonus for our vacation stay. I had to call Vacasa regarding child gates that I couldn't locate. They answered and had 2 new child gates the next day. We didn't need them after all. Our stay was very enjoyable by our whole family! It made our first time vacation renters stay positive and a definite in future use. Thank you!

South seaside

Neighborhood is nice and laid back. Convenient location with a few good restaurants and seaside market across the street. Beach is just a short few blocks. Our stay was very nice, there were a few things we tried calling to report but our connection was lost. Called back the next day requesting an email I could report to and was sent and incomplete email. Called a third time and finally verbally sent our concerns like sand in the jacuzzi when we arrived and a couple broken window screens on top floor. Management needs better service especially when people are paying what they pay. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
