Wonderful house & location. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen, nice hot tub and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend it and will consider renting it again. Thank you so much!

Very nice house!

Great house, just make sure the property team is actually done cleaning by 4 because they were late for us and acted inconvenienced thay we showed up on time.

I would give it a 3.5 if that was available. The house was surface clean and in a good location. It was close to the beach, good restaurants, the golf course and the promenade. However, the white doors were grimy with hand prints, under the couch was a thick layer of dust, hair, and food droppings. In the primary bath, on top of the floor mat was the previous guest's deodorant lid showing that that rug hadn't been shaken out or vacuumed. There is a note stating that the house doesn't have air-conditioning so to open windows, however there is only 1 screened window downstairs so opening windows isn't ideal. Finally, only half of the kitchen outlets worked.In addition, it was under-stocked. Two beach towels for a house that sleeps 8, no laundry soap or dryer sheets, only a few packets of dishwasher soap, no small glasses other than kid plastic cups, three teaspoons, kitchen cooking utensils that appeared to be hand me downs from great grandma's kitchen. The king size bed in the primary had a king duvet cover, but the filler inside was only queen size leaving one side with no blanket. Yes there were extra blankets in the closet, but just do it right in the first place.We made things work and my family enjoyed the stay. We loved having the Bob stroller, sand toys, and the location. However at the price point, we expected it to be spotless and well stocked.

Excellent house in an incredible location

The house was great, check in/out was super easy, and the location is incredible. Being across the street from a market as well as a restaurant with great drinks and Mexican food is the most convenient thing ever.

Annual family vaycay

This is our second year in a row at this location. Property was clean and comfortable. Location to the beach was fantastic, although there were several nights in our week stay that we were awakened or kept awake by noisy and disruptive neighbors. Not the fault of the property owners at all, just something to be aware of.

Perfect location, lots of room, good amenities

This location is perfect - market, restaurants, and beach are right down the street. The weather on our trip was downpour and windy but because of the location we were able to catch openings to make to the beach to fly kites. The hot tub was ready to use. Will be back to enjoy riding the bikes to town.

Nice place very close to the beach

We came with family and the house was spacious enough for us. It has two living rooms which is nice when you have children. Unlike other places there actually is enough dishes for everyone and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. They truly made it family friendly. The hot tub and BBQ were clean and in good condition. You can tell they care about your experience because the manager is quick to respond and made sure we got in okay and that the house was clean and to our liking. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and say we will be back.

Seaside house

This is a very comfortable, inviting house located quite close to the beach. They have many books and games for children, and a user-friendly kitchen. Very nice place. Hope to visit it again soon.

Celebrating Family

Loved the location! Our family gathering of 8 were quite comfortable with set up, the house just needs a deep clean and replacement of some of the bedding as I previously stated. Having a yard is a real plus for little ones and the short walk to the beach is perfect.

Family Friendly Beach House - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this family friendly beach house in a great location, close to the beach. The house was clean, but not super well kept up. Had the online photos reflected this, we probably would have stayed elsewhere for the price. Overall we had a great stay though. We loved the hot tub, the sand toys for the kids and you can’t beat the location, super close to beach and the boardwalk.

Really Fun Vacation Home

This home worked out well for our family vacation of 8 . Only three blocks to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, lots of “toys” for the beach and for the house. Comfortable bedrooms, two living areas, nicely appointed kitchen. We loved Seaside. Want to come back!!!

Beach time

Had a great time with out-of-town family! Perfect beach weather even with the fog. Nice, quiet end of town. Convenient small grocery and restaurants across the street. A few small maintenance items… upstairs master bath left sink drains slowly, kitchen faucet handle is very loose and 1 barstool seat comes apart. The house was very accommodating for the 8 of us.

Perfect for our stay…

This was the perfect place for our brief stay. When we left, our thoughts were that if we had more time in Seaside, this would be the ideal place for us— great location, the accommodations were nice and we had enough space to be together or spread out for our adult family of 6 (3 couples).

Phenomenal

Not only was the house absolutely gorgeous, it was so conveniently located by the market, and beach. Not to mention, only a 10-15min walk from town, as far as where all the cool strip of stores are. Had a blast with my kiddos here and the Jacuzzi was a wonderful touch to make it feel like the mini vacation I needed. Thank you so much for the chance and experience and hospitality. It was breathtaking.

Great space for families!

Close to the beach and easily accessible (they had one of the beach walkways out), we were able to walk to Seaside turnabout via the beach and the promenade. Lots of space to spread out and relax for the whole family. Large dining table to accommodate games played at the end of the day. Plenty of towels! We loved it all.

Peace at the beach

This house is in a great location with very easy access to the beach. Large enough to sleep everyone in our group comfortably. Added bonus of bikes on site for the kids to ride down to the heart of Seaside easily along the boardwalk.
