My original booking was canceled due to the company overbooking, and I was not notified until just three days before our scheduled departure.While the property appeared clean at first glance, the bathroom and kitchen were still unsanitary and not up to standard. Additionally, the property management had ongoing issues with my licensed service animal, which made the stay even more stressful. At one point, I was even told by someone from the company to board my service animal, which is completely unacceptable.We were repeatedly locked out of our room and were unable to reach anyone for assistance, as calls went unanswered. On top of that, I was charged for multiple parking passes without clear justification.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The only positive aspect of the stay was being located on the second floor. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations.
