Beautiful Place

Great location! Loved the view of the beach from the bedroom and the big balcony with lots of room to stretch out. There is also a smaller balcony over looking the pool.So nice restaurants close by too! The hosts were very great!We would definitely stay here again.

**WONDERFUL**

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my sons college graduation. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very functional for our family celebration! The balconies had beautiful views and parking was very easy. Loved everything about it! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

When we first arrived it was late, our flight is the reason. I didn’t have the code for the door in the last message. I didn’t think to look at something sent a month early. Once figured that out, we got in no problem. They have a lot of things for their guest to use. Chairs and umbrellas for the beach was great! They also had laundry, dish soap, some spices. Which is amazing, we travel a lot, we buy things then throw them away. This was a pleasant surprise. The pier was destroyed, so that was disappointing. We still enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need. We will definitely think about coming again!

Great views!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property, beautiful beach views from balcony. Pool area was clean , water warm, short walk to the beach..Owners were available with a quick text to answer any questions or requests. Condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful Beach Cottage stay.

We have been renting this condo for a few years now at Christmas. The apartment is very clean and organized. The kitchen is very well stocked and easy to cook in. It has very nice views with good access to the pool and beach. The owners, Ken and Ellen Frey are attentive, but not overbearing. Amazing spot

We fell in love with the view from everywhere in the apartment. The beach was quiet and private. The apartment was clean, spacious, plenty of room for four adults and two children. It is also loaded with all the basic necessities for your stay. The parking is easy and convenient. The owners are a delight to work with. We had a fantastic time and we would definitely rent this place for a longer period of time. We had a blast!

Can't rave about this place enough!

This condo is literally paradise in the continental United States! Everything is EXACTLY how it's depicted on the listing. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need, side balcony has everything you'd want for a beach day. Great communication with owners. Just returned from a fantastic stay at this condo. Owner did a great job providing all the check-in information well in advance. Unit was exactly as it appears in the photos. Clean, comfortable, with great views from the balcony. Beach chairs and umbrella were great to have for those of us flying in. I woyld definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Gulf front condo with lovely views

Corner unit condo, roomy, well equipped, clean and tidy. Beach towels and umbrellas, beach chairs were available— always a plus. Owners were friendly and responsive. Condo building has nice size pool, and hot tub, outside grills and reasonable amount of outdoor space with lounge chairs and places to hang out. Location is great. We highly recommend!

Wonderful! Loved our stay!

My 3 teenage children and I loved our stay here! The condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The balconies were second to none and being directly on this beautiful beach was as good as it gets. We loved the pool deck and walking downstairs and directly onto the sand. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. I researched a tremendous amount before choosing this condo and I couldn't be happier.

Great Views, Close to Everything

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this well equipped condo unit overlooking the beach. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises have filled up my phone. A short walk gets you pretty much anything you need. The building is older but this unit has been updated nicely. The pool area is vast but the pool is tiny. Did I mention there is a beautiful beach right in front, so not an issue. We stayed with family in a separate unit on another floor so it gave us privacy and ability to be close all at once. Great beachfront property!

We wanted a property north of the more crowded sections of Clearwater Beach, and this location was ideal. The listing is accurate and check-in went smoothly. The host was responsive to all inquiries. We had originally scheduled a stay on Sanibel Island; however, Hurricane Ian's destruction made this impossible. I missed the shelling as the finds here were minimal. However, the sights and sounds of the Gulf from this property made up for it! We had a great time.

We are a Midwestern couple from LeClaire, Iowa. We both grew up in the Midwest and met later in life. We met on Match.com(Yes there are success stories!!) which was a miracle because my husband was from a very small town in Illinois about an hour from me and we never would have met without technology!
We are now empty nesters and moved to the Clearwater area several years ago. We love to travel, scuba dive, fish, kayak, golf, and basically anything in or near the water! We still love the Midwest too but do not care much for winter. Like most people, we love the Sunshine State and that's why we are here!
We have 3 children together and they are all very successful and happy young people that we are very, very proud of. We now have our first grandchild and hope for many visits on the beach!

We bought this property because it had everything we were looking for…The most fabulous views of the water and beach in all directions, an open large feel for our entire family to visit, and the most sought after resort style building complex! It was already in fabulous condition from the previous owners and had a great rental history and reputation.

Views, Views and more Views…Walkout from the living room or your Master suite to a 21 X 8 balcony…This condo has updates that most condos simply do not have…Updated ceramic tile, nice furniture, bedding and electronics...
The complex is highly sought after and has a geothermal heated salt water pool and hot tub!! The location is perfect, the beach is wide and it is close to all of my favorite restaurants. Having an under building assigned parking spot is great to keep your car cool and protected….It's just wonderful at the beach!!!!
