We were very happy to receive your comment and to read that it has nothing to do with the villa, its services or the way it is attended but with something out of our range. We try our best for the well being of our clients however unfortunately we have no legal means to control our neighbors activity on a Sunday afternoon. Dear Guest, we were sorry to receive your comment and your evaluation. Our garden does get a regular maintenance however due to our full calendar we had to postpone it in order to be most respectful and as less intrusive as possible with our clients. We must point out that we are always reachable (24/7) and keen to assit on any issue of any nature that might arise during our client´s stay so we regret not having been informed and not having been given the opportunity to resolve the mentioned issues. In any case we thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We will take your comments into consideration and will try to improve our villa wherever possible.
