Cute fisherman house at busy beach

- cute fisher house with an extraordinary view directly at the beach, view is really beautiful - pretty dining area inside - terrace with hose to clean feet - nice to have private subbed area - kitchen had basic supplies like oil, vinegar and herbs from previous visitors - kitchen was even equipped with a microwave and washing machine - bed very worn out - terrace furniture very uncomfortable - The bedroom is directly below the terrace of the neighboring house, so you can hear every movement of chairs very loudly, which can be very disturbing in the evening - The surrounding hotel and restaurants dispose of their glass waste early in the morning or clean their terraces with leaf blowers - loud - be prepared that even in September the beach is very busy, so you won’t have any privacy on your terrace, in the evening people pass by to go to surrounding restaurants - parking nearby can be a challenge during the day time due to all the beach visitors

A dreamy beachfront stay in a quiet town

We loved the incredible location right on the beach – the view from the window was simply amazing. The town is peaceful, safe, and charming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully functional, making it easy to cook at home, and street parking nearby was convenient. Breakfasts with that view were unforgettable! A few tips for future guests: bring dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, baking paper (if using the oven), warm slippers (the tiles get cold), and good earplugs (if the upstairs neighbors are having a party, you can hear everything). The nearest fair priced supermarket is a 9-minute drive away. Overall, we felt the price, location, and quality matched well. Only downside: the mattress is worn out and too soft, which might cause back pain – a replacement would really improve the comfort.

Rincón mágico

La ubicación del alojamiento es espectacular, a pie de playa y con increíbles vistas al mar. Un pequeño apartmento y rincón con mucho encanto. Volveríamos a repetir, sin ninguna duda. Lo único que resulta mejorable es el check-out, considero que las 10am es demasiado temprano. Una hora más para futuras estancias se agradecería.

Pep’s place was beyond words

Pep’s place was beyond words. The views match the photos. It was beautifully situated—surrounded by great restaurants, all within walking distance of the villa. There was a slight climb up and down to the villa but well worth it. House was equipped with everything you could’ve needed. Great getaway, would stay here again!

Amazing spot right on the beach

Amazing spot right on the beach. Probs the best location in Cala sant Vincenc. Apartment has everything you need. Restaurants all round it. A shop a short walk away. Great place for snorkelling. Beach is always busy but in a good way.

On the beach

Excellent location. Restaurants nearby. Beach within a few metres. Bus stop within approx 100metres if you don’t want to drive to near towns etc.. If no car worth asking your taxi from airport to stop at supermarket en route as local shops have limited options. This is a quiet resort and this property is in an idyllic setting.

Love to come back

Wonderful place

This little cottage is a slice of heaven - quiet, restful and in a stunning location, just a few steps from a beautiful beach with great snorkelling, swimming and lovely restaurants merely steps away. Communication with Pep is easy, check-in wasincredibly straightforward and we were given lots of ideas about where to visit. We had a truly wonderful time.

Quiet place

The place was amazing . It looks exactly the same as in the pictures . Pep was the guy who greeted us, showed us the place and gave us very useful tips . Sparkling clean with all the necessary amenities . Located in the quiet part (in Pollenca)which is just perfect to enjoy the silence. Nice host

Pep and Maggie are really excellent hosts. Maggie was so helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The apartment is an absolute gem, kept beautifully clean, and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed it so much we didn’t want toleave!

There are many activities to do

We were lucky to experience wonderful days in fishermans house 3 in the bay of Cala Barques. The everchanging weather offered differents sounds and views of the seashore- swimming and snorchelling in all the bays just wonderful and the goats andboats ( we had Kiss, Intrepid & Infinity for a couple of days to observe even with the helicopter moving) offered entertainment. The surrounding hotels didn't disturbe us at all. Only on the second last day we discovered the netflix- option on the telly. We only went out once to eat at Marina- good value for money and otherwise were very happy with the well equipped kitchen. Only slight criticsim -if one wants to hear one - would be the softness of matress and pillows..

Stunning views

Beautiful cottage right on the sea front with stunning views. Really enjoyed our stay here. When the kettle broke while we were there it was replaced within hours. Easy check in and check out. Nice relaxed vibe to village and lovely sun loungers forrelaxing on- the best spot on the beach! Definitely recommend.
