Small and charming property by the sea in Cala San Vicente, Pollensa.



This fisherman's house is located in the quiet area of Cala Barques and has been recently renovated.It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity.



It has a beautiful living room open to the dining room and kitchen. It has a cozy bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm and a bathroom. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

In front of the holiday property there is a nice terrace with a table and four chairs. Here you can, for example, have breakfast in the morning or enjoy the beautiful view of the sea with a glass of wine in the evening. IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Cala de Sant Vicente is a small resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches as well as some bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.
