Small and charming house set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in front of the sea and the beach, with astonishing views. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity.



This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area. There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside there is a friendly terrace with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. “If your group consists of more people, you have the option of booking the neighboring accommodation 'Blue fisherman house 3', which offers space for 2 more people.



There is also a terrace with sun loungers that belongs to the property, near the sea. A wonderful place to enjoy the sea, the calm and the views for an amazing holidays.



There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful beaches and excursion centres are all nearby.



It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet (1000 MB) to be able to telework.

IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Cala Sant Vicente is a small resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches and a few bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.

The place is made for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, in a secluded location.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are close by. The beautiful crystal clear beach of Cala Molins is only 50 metres away.



The old town of Pollensa is only a 10 minute drive away and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. There is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafes to suit the individual tastes of visitors.

For many years artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others have also chosen this beautiful village as a holiday destination.

The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which there is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
