Lovely house with private pool welcomes 5 people in Mancor de la Vall
In this house, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, you are going to enjoy an authentic vacation of peace and calm. Outside, enjoy the surroundings and the wonderful views after a refreshing dip in the beautiful salt pool. It sizes 8x4 meters and its depth goes from 0.8 to 1.8 meters. The place is ideal to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds while listening to the chirping birds or having a drink on one of the several tables outdoors. The area provides rest and relax from the everyday life in the middle of an extraordinary setting. It features also a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables and a playing ground area where the little ones will spend funny moments. There's an exterior bath with bathtub. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The beautiful rustic style house counts with 100 m2 in just one floor. The inside is characterized by the wooden beams and the traditional but comfortable and functional furniture. When you get in, you find a great living - dining room where you can sit on the comfortable sofa an watch the satellite TV (only German channels). The dining table has capacity for 5 people and is placed by the chimney, ideal to be warm on the coldest days. The kitchen is independent and it offers a gas stove and oven, microwave and electric coffee machine among others. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house.

The house features 3 bedrooms in order to rest. There is a double bed, a wardrobe and a fan in the first bedroom and two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan in the second one. The last bedroom offers a single bed and a wardrobe. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare cot and a high chair. A bathroom with bathtub completes the accommodation.

This house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by mountains, but at the same time, only 1.3 km from Mancor de la Vall. You will find the basic services at the village. Supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants can be found in the city of Inca. The house is the ideal starting point for cyclists and hikers. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, 26 km from the property, where apart from the sea and the sun you can practise water sports or enjoy the night life. If you like golf, the nearest course is in Pollensa, 26.3 km from the house.

There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

We had a great stay!! The house is beautiful and the view even better than on the pictures. Both bathrooms have been completely modernised, new sofa and there is an third small 1p bedroom. Only thing was a very sagging matrass in one 2p room and a loud refrigerator. Private and very centrally locaticated to discover the island by car. No traffic noise, only sheep, birds and dogs. Would definately recommend!!

We had a wonderfully peaceful getaway with our 2 year old daughter at this beautiful house nestled among the sheep in the hills. The tranquility of the location was beyond our expectations, and the views even more breathtaking in person than in the pictures. While the interior was sufficient, it did show its age and could benefit from a bit of an upgrade. Despite that, we truly relished our stay and found it perfect for a relaxing escape and exploring the gorgeous island of Mallorca.

Beautiful rural location, quiet but not remote with panoramic views and the sound of sheep bells. Property was clean and cared for with huge and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Quirky layout.... there is in fact a 3rd single bedroom as well but the 2nd bathroom is in an attached room without direct access from the main house. Both are finished to a high standard and we had great water pressure and enough hot water for a good shower. In the kitchen, the saucepans could do with an update and I struggled without success to get the gas oven working but the hob rings were fine....could have been operator error! There was s shortage of drinking glasses but enough for us. Also, there were 2 out of 5 blown bulbs in the light above the dining table, but these are tiny niggles which I'm sure will be resolved.The pool was immaculate, well maintained and warmer than I'd expected.We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace at night taking in the sounds of the countryside including a Scops owl which was a regular visitor to the pine tree outside the front door.In short, would we recommend to friends/family?.... absolutely. Would we return?....for sure.The only thing that worried me was that we had to wait until 15 mins before the 4.00 p.m check in to receive a message with the number to enter in the key box to get in. However, it worked without a hitch to our relief.

Ya era nuestra tercera estancia en esta hermosa casa rodeada de ovejas, burros y olivos. Nos encanta la gran piscina privada y la ubicación aislada y tranquila. Al igual que la hermosa vista por la noche de las montañas de Tramuntana al atardecer. El pueblo cercano de Mancor de la Val ofrece una pequeña tienda y una panadería, a la que se puede llegar fácilmente por la mañana con un corto paseo.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Die Finca hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Wir wurden mit einem Blumenstrauß begrüßt. ? Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein schöner Pool lädt zum Baden ein. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Auch bei Fragen haben wir sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit tollem Pool. Die Lage im Zentrum Mallorcas ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren ist: Gerne können einige Küchenutensilien mal ersetzt werden.

Es war alles perfekt! Super schönes Haus in toller Umgebung. Insbesondere der Außenbereich war top. 2 große Sonnenschirme am Pool wären schön gewesen, sonst gibt es keinerlei Kritik.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Finca.

Wir waren zu dritt dort und waren sehr überrascht wie groß das Grundstück ist und dass wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer aufgefunden haben als beschrieben. Die Lage der Finca ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig, die Schafe und Esel in den Nachbar Wiesen waren sehr authentisch. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist extremst schön gestaltet und bietet viele Sitz- und liege Gelegenheiten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Ölen, Tellern sowie Küchengeräte ausgestattet, hat Spaß gemacht, dort zu kochen. Was in der Küche gefehlt hat war ein weiteres Feuerzeug mit Gas und Schneidebretter. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, etwas zu kurz für mich und nicht die bequemsten Kissen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Finca.

Schöner Pool mit Liegen und toll gepflegtem Außenbereich. - etwas kalt in der Unterkunft (heizen mit dem Kamin war nötig, obwohl es draußen schon angenehm warm war). Viel zu warme Decken. Leider ist der Durchlauferhitzer ständig ausgefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Homerti hat nicht weitergeholfen. Generell war die Kommunikation mit Homerti etwas schwierig aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. Küchenausstattung war OK, essentielle Sachen zum Kochen wie ein Schneidebrett haben gefehlt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön ruhig und abseits gelegen

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön ruhig und abseits gelegen. Es gibt einen sehr großzügigen Garten und viele, liebevoll eingerichtete Ecken zum Verweilen, sowie einen sehr gepflegten Pool. Auch die Finca ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges Problem, welches leider auch über den gesamten Zeitraum bestand und nicht repariert werden konnte, war eine defekte Warmwassertherme. Diese musste teilweise mehrfach am Tag neu gestartet werden, was sich - befindet man sich allein vor Ort - als sehr aufwendig darstellt.

Communication was excellent even when we got lost in the dark. The villa was clean well equipped with beautiful views and a lovely pool. The location is perfect for a quiet non tourist holiday with access to the mountains in mins. We will be going back

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Schwächen

Schöne Lage, großer Pool und Traumhafte Aussicht. Leider kam in den Duschen nur Kaltes Wasser und an der Aussendusche waren sehr viele Wespen. Man muß sehr vorsichtig sein das man nicht gestochen wird. Es geht auch ein ständiger Wind auf der Finca, da das Objekt ziemlich offen liegt. Für Ruhesuchende aber sehr zu empfehlen. Am schönsten war Morgens beim Frühstück die Aussicht von der Terrasse.

Einfach super.

Einfach super. Eine ganz tolle Finca, in der man sich gleich heimisch fühlt. Neben den nett eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten und dem großräumigen Gelände hat uns besonders der wirklich wunderschöne Ausblick über die tolle Lanndschaft gefallen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Trubel sucht man in der naheliegenden Umgebung vergebens und zum nächsten Ort sind es ein paar Meter - aber das war auch genauso von uns gewollt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ebenso der Garten und der Pool - alles tiptop!
