CASA MARGARITA (MORELLA) - Villa with private pool in Andratx.

Great house with private pool located in a natural environment in Andratx, south of the island. It has capacity for 6 guests.
Treat yourself to a break on the pool terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. The 7 x 4m freshwater pool has a water depth of 1.40 - 1.80m and is cleaned with chlorine. Sun loungers, different furnished corners with trees and shady vegetation are perfect for spending the whole day outdoors. For meals on the terrace there is a porch with large sliding doors. A mobile grill is available. The finca is fenced and there are some neighbours.

The house is one-storey, has 140m2 living space and convinces with a rustic interior. From the veranda you enter to the living - dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace and dining area for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and has all the big and small helpers that makes cooking a pleasure. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

After eventful days, a total of 3 bedrooms entice you to rest. 2 of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, 1 room has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each have a wardrobe and the bathroom with shower or bath "en suite". On request, a cot and high chair can be provided.

Andratx is a well-known city in the southwest of Mallorca. In the village there are the main services such as supermarket, bar, restaurant, etc. for an independent holiday. The sea is very close and next to Puerto de Andratx there are the bays of Sant Elm, Camp de Mar and Cala Fonoll to discover. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday. For small adventures we recommend trips to "La Trapa" or a hiking tour from "Coma Calenta" to "Coma Freda". Golfers can practice their favourite sport on the nearby golf course.

Relaxing

The property was exactly like the images, with wonderful views and a superb size pool. We had an excellent holiday enjoying the pool and surrounding places. Expect rustic Mallorca rather than soulless decor. One or two issues, coffee machine and parasol holder but no way spoiled our holiday

Basic and bland

We’ve never stayed in a property with such a total lack of any comfort. Nothing is supplied except one scourer and 2 t towels! That’s it. The stove was crawling with bugs and ants everywhere. Sun loungers were broken and bed linen and towels well past their sell by date. Duvets had no covers and cooking facilities were basic. All in all … a very basic not overly comfortable stay!

No help at all from Homerti regarding complaints!

Worst experience EVER! We had booked this house, to 6adults. The 2 single beds are way to small for adults! They are only 180 cm long. We contacted Homerti, 2 times by phone. They were totally ignorant, and just saying, : You can just leave, if you are not satisfied! The info regarding the house facilities are so fake. Only 4 beds for 4 adults and NOT 6. Do not go there! No service and help at all when you need help from Homerti.

Außen hui, innen nicht so doll

Eine frühe Anreise, wir erhofften etwas eher die Anlage beziehen zu dürfen. An dem Tag war keine Abreise, das habe ich im Buchungsportal gesehen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Homerti hieß es sobald der Reinigungsdienst durch wäre gäbe es Bescheid. Kam nix. Waren dann um 15.00 Uhr wieder am Objekt, zeitgleich kam der Reinigungsdienst für 45 Minuten. Da kam ich mir das erste mal verschaukelt vor Außen eine schöne Anlage mit Pool und Garten Die sonnenliegen waren sehr alt und verschlissen, es war nur ungemütlich, keine Auflagen etc. Ebenso die Betten in den Schlafräumen sehr durch, ein Schlafraum vor Geruch nicht zu nutzen Fehlende Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern, bei der Mückenplage. Badezimmer mit abgeranzten Duschvorhängen, auch nicht entsprechend dem Preis Möbel der Innenausstattung lösten sich auf, und oder ebenfalls alt und durchgesessen. Fotos gemacht und werde diese auch auf den Bewertungsportalen dazu setzen, damit sich jeder mal ein Bild machen kann Mehrfach die Agentur angeschrieben, ohne wirkliche Auswirkungen, der Vermieter selbst sei niemals zu erreichen hieß es. Mitsein wenig Investitionen wäre es wieder bewohnbar, so kann ich nur abraten. Für uns war es keine schöne Urlaubsreise Absolut enttäuscht

Wunderschön

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Ja, der Geruch... so riecht nun mal Holz der älteren Bauart. Auch gibt es mehr als genügend Geschirr. Auch bei uns hat eine Kaffeemaschine nach 12 Tagen aufgegeben was wohl an dem hohen Kalkgehalt im Wasser liegt. Wir hsben sie gegen eine günstige neue ausgetauscht. Die Liegen müssen ständig größere Gewichte aushalten und sind natürlich etwas durchgelegen, gibt es ebenso in einem Hotel. Hat uns nicht gestört. Und Ameisen , kleine Geckos gibt es eben in der Natur. Gott sei Dank. Auch schaut abends ab und zu mal eine Katze vorbei. Die Kinder hats gefreut. Keine war aufdringlich sondern eher scheu. Die Lage des Hauses ist superschön, fantastischer Sonnenaufgang im Pool erlebbar, ringsherum Orangen , Zitronen , Granatapfelbäume. Tolle Anlage. Der Pool war immer sauber bei uns. Toni kam öfters zur Reinigung und hatte auch Tips für uns bezüglich Ausflügen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt und werden sicher wiederkommen. Danke für alles, Fam Jonas

Le tre camere sono molto carine, essenziali e tutte dotate di bagno; la casa, oltre al giardino ed ai numerosi spazi esterni, offre la possibilità di godersi anche i molti spazi interni. Avremmo solo voluto trovare qualche piccola accortezza in più per l'accoglienza del cliente (caffè. zucchero. carta igienica, ecc...) Per il resto location consigliatissima! Grazie

Holiday

The swimming pool area was good and the villa was in a quiet location. However, the owner met us and did not show us all the necessary things ie he didn’t show us how to turn on the gas for the cooking hob. There was no deep freeze as it was broken. Only 1/3 of a toilet roll in everyone’s bathroom .The kitchen was VERY short of utensils It would not have coped if there were 6 people staying in the villa.There was no washing up liquid ,only one plastic bag for the bin and no dish cloth or scrubber to wash up. These are basic essentials. The bathroom nearest the main house flooded in the storm .The middle bedroom had no hot water in the wash basin but did have hot water in the shower . The bedroom further east from the main house was fine.I hope this helps when you plan next season. I would return if these basic ( and not expensive ) problems were rectified.

Insgesamt ist die Finca aber absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage auf der Finca verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber, besonders der Pool war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Matheo war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Lediglich der Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein und ein Badezimmer war schon etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Insgesamt ist die Finca aber absolut empfehlenswert.

Villafinca was set in a beautiful location a few minutes from the amenities in Andratx town . Very quiet and peaceful location. Our only criticism was that we were cold at night and there were no heaters in the rooms apart from the air con units which seemed to blow out only cold air .

Die gemütliche Finca ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Die gemütliche Finca ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Sie wirkt auf den Bildern etwas größer als sie tatsächlich ist, was ihr allerdings keinen Abbruch tut. Wissen sollte man allerdings, dass alle Schlafzimmer nur separat voneinander von außen zugänglich sind. Mit kleineren Kindern eher ungünstig, da diese die Tür noch nicht selbstständig von innen verschließen können. Ausgestattet ist sie Finca eigentlich mit allem was man so braucht, Filterkaffeemaschine, Gasherd, sogar eine Mikrowelle gibt es. Nur die Geschirrspülmaschine fehlt und das merkt man leider auch am Geschirr. Man sollte es noch ein mal reinigen, bevor man es benutzt. Das Esszimmer hat einen sehr kommunikativen gemütlichen großen runden Esstisch mit Drehplatte in der Mitte, was das Essen mit Freunden oder der Familie zum Erlebnis macht. Morgens strahlt die Sonne direkt hinein und man bekommt Lust darauf, die Insel zu entdecken. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich an der Stelle die tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir wurden direkt vom Eigentümer persönlich in der Unterkunft zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt empfangen und haben eine kleine Führung und Erklärung aller nötigen Geräte erhalten. Er war während unseren gesamten Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar uns hat sich sofort gekümmert, als etwas anfiel. ( der Wind hatte die Satellitenschüssel verdreht und wenige Minuten nach der Nachricht kam er persönlich vorbei, aus einem der Badezimmer kam ein unangenehmer Geruch, 15 min nach der Nachricht kam ein Klempner vorbei und hat das Problem behoben) toll!!!!!! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Bei dem Preis sollten alle Oberflächen und Ecken gründlich gereinigt sein sowie sauberes Geschirr in den Schränken stehen.

This place is really beautiful!

We especially loved the pool and the great garden of lemon and orange trees. Easy access to both Port Andratx and in walking distance to the old town. A place to really fall in love with.

Tolle Lage der Finca die viel Charme hat, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sehen größer auf den Bildern aus als sie sind! Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort und gute Pflege von Garten und Pool!
