Had everything you could possibly need in the apartment. Across the road from the beach but if you dont like the sea the pool was clean and warm.

Excellent apartment

Very clean in an excellent location. Full kitchen comfortable beds loads of clothes hangers and property is alarmed. Small issue with wifi sorted by Dean quickly. Would definitely return here.

Fabulous location, although on the strip the apartment complex is very quiet. Great view to the beach from the apartments terrace. Would recommend and stay again!

WONDERFUL APARTMENT!

Myself and friends had a really great stay in this wonderful apartment.From location view ,correspondence ,amenities and cleanliness all exceptional. Having visited PDC many many times and this apartment has became my new favourite.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. Truly a standard that others should aim to match. One tiny tip…if arriving with heavier suitcases the Brian Bora entrance has less stairs to carry cases and maybe slightly easier. Thank you again to Dean and the team.

Very nice property and well equipped. Great position for everything. Shame pool doesn't have any parasols or natural shade, was too hot to sit out for long, so didn't use much. Instructions sent out before arrival are out of date. Stairs entrance as advised for entry, has no keypad as suggested. Lock was broken, so we could get in, but was fixed after a couple of days. So without a key, newcomers cant get in that way. Also QR code check-in not used anymore, which meant unnecessary messages to Dean, but they were answered quite quickly.That aside, enjoyed stay and would visit again.

The property is well kitted out with the usual Ikea implements.There is a sea view over the top of outlets from the restaurants below,but we didn't mind that.The television needs a simpler system as I had to contact Dean to sort it out which he did .Overall this apartment will not disappoint.

My wife and i stayed here for ten nights in November Everything was as advertised and we were really pleased with the apartment. The main reason we picked here initially was its proximity for swimming in the sea and the views from the terrace, we certainly were not disappointed Inside the apartment was well equipped although aircon would have been a plus as it was very warm when we were there Booking was easy and Dean called round to make sure all was ok Overall we thought the apartment was brilliant and hope to return soon

We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The apartment has a sea view and is situated at the front of the complex. The pool area is very clean and there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and welcoming. We stayed for 10 nights and half way through we had a towel and bed change which was great. Dean who manages the apartment is extremely quick at getting back to you with any queries and is very nice to deal with. I would say the only downfall was not having any air con. We managed but I think it would be very hot in the summer months. We will definitely be back and had a great holiday.

Great location

Great location, nice clean property, everything at hand. Tv package is a bonus. All sports channels . No buffering if you keep off HD. Would have been nice if there was a bottle of water on arrival. We arrived late and shops were closed and thirsty. Apart from that , nice apartment and late checkout was no problem . Dean is a nice guy.

Beachfront apartment

Lovely clean apartment only a few steps from beachfront. Very comfortable and waking up to beautiful views is a bonus. Very quiet at night despite its closeness to bars and restaurants. Many thanks Dean. Will definitely return.

Well equipped, excellent location, ideal self catering accommodation with private balcony

An excellent, self catering accommodation sits right behind/above main area in Puerto del Carmen. Stones throw to beach. Washing machine, irons, hairdryer, plenty of beach towels, all accessories etc that you’d find at home. Every channel tv for those quieter times. Private sun terrace with beds, cushions and eating area too. Booking and instructions all straightforward. Steep steps up to one side but there is another entrance that has ramps all way too so don’t let that put you off. Would definitely book again.

Excellent apartment and great location.

Property was in excellent condition throughout with sea view and short walk to pool and beach. Only downside no air con so warm at night but noticed at end of stay that fans available to hire at nearby shop. Good location for bars and restaurants can get large beer for less than 2 euros at happy hours. Bus system easy to use and cheap. Stayed for 3 weeks and would return.

Schöne Wohnung mit geringfügigen Defiziten

Gut für 4 Personen. Ausstattung neu, aber nicht 100%ig auf die Bedürfnisse auch deutscher Nutzer ausgerichtet. Kaffeemaschine und Tee/Kaffeekanne wäre schon ganz gut. Der Vorteil der zentralen Wohnlage wird etwas durch den Lärm und Geruch der nahegelegen Restaurants und Kneipen gedämpft.
