ビーチから100メートルの最初の海線、プエルト・デル・カルメンの最高のエリアにある美しいアパート、この観光地に、そしてそのためにランサローテにあるアパートの最初の複合施設の1つにあります。 これは、島の中で最高の気候とビーチがある地域に位置していることを意味します。

Comfortable flat in excellent position

Erwartungen erfüllt!

Auch einige Tage nach Urlaubsende haben wir unseren Aufenthalt noch bestens in Erinnerung. Die Lage ist top. Meer und Playa Chica sind nur 100 m entfernt, viele Gastronomien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zwar kein Luxusapartment aber recht groß und bietet an Ausstattung alles, was benötigt wird. Angenehm ist auch der sehr große Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Alles ist gut in Schuss. So auch der parkähnliche Garten, auf den man vom Balkon blickt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prima accomodatie van alle gemakken voorzien

Mooie vakantiewoning vlakbij winkel en horecaboulevard, met ruime faciliteiten, zoals handige ruin uitgeruste keuken, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Zelf mogelijkheid om te barbecueen. Net nieuwe grote Mercadona supermarkt op paar minuten lopen.

A perfect place for a beach holiday.

We stayed 9 nights at this property and had a lovely winter sun break there. The property is perfectly located beside the beach and in between the old town and new town of Puerto del Carmen. The property is perfect for two people and very well equipped with all you might need. Our host was excellent and we had no problem finding it. Only point of note would be to upgrade the chairs on the balcony. Otherwise I would highly recommend it.

Very nice appartment!

We really enjoyed our one week vacation in Puerto Del Carmen :) The location of this appartment could not be better; only few steps to the beach and few minutes walk to restaurant area. There was everything you will need for even longer staying than for one week. Jose was waiting us when we arrived and communication with him was easy, he was very helpful. Thanks again, hopefully we’ll meet again :)

Beautiful location

We stayed for 28 days until 4th February and found the apartment ideal for 2 people. The kitchen was well planned and the lounge area comfortable. The view from the balcony was idyllic, watching the activity on the sea at our leisure and a short walk through the gardens brought us to the beach. We were within easy reach of the shops, bars, restaurants and bus stops and took a few trips around the island. Jose was so helpful and was amazing when we managed to shut ourselves out of the apartment. He also organised the satellite TV, so there were plenty of English channels for the evenings we didn’t venture out. It was a very enjoyable stay and a big thank you to Jose for answering any queries promptly and professionally.

A lovely modernised apartment, everything you could need including a safe. Jose the owner was very nice and met us and showed us everything. He kept in contact via WhatsApp. Ideal for 2 people, Overall I highly recommend the apartment.

Zuhause für eine kurze Zeit

Wir hatten eine leider zu kurze, aber sehr schöne Woche in unserer "Zweitwohnung". Der Kontakt mit Jose war einfach, unkompliziert und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern im Netz und von der Lage ideal. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand für den Tag, kurzer Fußweg zu Restaurants und Bars am Abend, kurzer Fußweg zu kleinen Läden für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in nächster Umgebung oder vor der Tür gefunden wenn wir von unseren Trips zurück kamen. Jose hat uns in der Wohnung erwartet und uns alles gezeigt. Für eine gut gekühlte Flasche lokalen Weißwein, Wasser und eine Schale Obst war schon gesorgt!! Das hatten wir noch nie! Schön war's!!

The apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a self catering holiday, although there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, Jose the owner was always only a phone call away should you need him,he was really helpful,all in all would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Brilliant holiday

This apartment has a lovely sea view, plenty of room for 2 people. Lovely lounge area, bathroom and bedroom, it also has a lovely balcony and outside space to relax on two available sun beds.It also has a lovely kitchen area with free WiFi, and tv has internet (they have multiple channels but not any English spoken channels). only a couple of minutes walk through the garden area and you are down on the beach. Snorkelling and diving available from the beach shop. Nice cafe (lovely meals or just snacks reasonable prices) or bar to sit and look at the beautiful views. If you want to sit on a sun bed overlooking the sea their are some on the promenade overlooking the beach, also safe bathing for children. With being so close to the beach parking could be an issue in the day.

Beautiful apartment, Perfect Location

Lovely, lovely apartment. Fully re-furbished with all one would need for a great stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Perfect location on Playa Chico beach, next to a great selection of bars and restaurants.( old town ). Fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Lovely and bright with spacious bedroom and kitchen. Great aspect to the balcony with very comfortable sun loungers and seats. Overall I would give it 10/10. Thanks Jose. Avril and Tony Cork.

FABULOUS

We arrived on 29/12/17 and were met by the owner Jose who showed us around the apartment. We had a lovely holiday here, the apartment is situated in an ideal location between the old town and the new town practically on chica beach. The apartment was spotless with everything you would need from a dishwasher to a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and shower nice and hot, in fact there is nothing really bad to say about it. i would highly recommend this apartment and would book again without hesitation. The water, wine and bowl of fruit on arrival was much appreciated also. We have been holidaying in Lanzarote for 15 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed!
