Our host & key contact was amazing@ Carminxa was sleays prompt in replies & provided personal meet & greet chck in & gave pur family a tour of the area/town. So appreciated earlier chrck in & later chrck out. Lovey views of Florence from spot nesr apartment. Wonderful stay & visit in Florence! Many thanks! Yhanks gor arranging our taxs, too!

First night in italy

We loved our first night in Italy. Such a beautiful charming neighborhood. Carmiixa was very sweet and accommodating and very responsive. She even called us a taxi. The house was very clean and had a beautiful kitchen with really good coffee. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would stay there again.

Schönes Florenz

Wir haben Florenz für 4 Tage besucht und sind dafür bei Caminxa untergekommen. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, Caminxa ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, erklärt wo man was finden kann. Die Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt - sprich zu den touristischen Punkten - beträgt summa summarum 45 min via Bus. Eine Fahrt (90 min gültig) kostet 1,70€ und gilt für das ganze florentinische Stadtgebiet. Die Karten kann man in einem kleinen Laden am zentralen Platz in Settignano kaufen - auch dazu berät Caminxa gern. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. :-)

Beautiful

Our arrival in Florence began with a greeting/pickup from our amazing host Caminxa. With a huge smile she welcomed us to the city and was here to help make our stay enjoyable. The property is exactly as described and more, beautifully kept, clean, cozy, and feels like Italy. The location is perfect, far enough away from the city to allow for quiet evenings, yet closely connected with a short walk and easy bus connection to everything Florence has to offer. The 2 restaurants, cafe and Botaga just a 3 minute walk from the property offer very nice meals, sandwiches, cappuccino, and bus tickets. When we return to Florence we will definitely stay here again. Caminxa is absolutely wonderful, very helpful and made the stay memorable. Ciao until next time.

Perfect Stay

Staying at Caminxa’s home and being welcomed by her impeccable hospitality was one of the highlights of my 3-week-long euro trip. The home is beautiful, clean, and well situated in a charming village just outside the city center. The home’s neighborhood is very tranquil with a social scene of its own. It was perfect to come back to when I got overwhelmed with the city. Just figure out the bus system (which is super easy and Caminxa can help if you have questions) and you’ll be glad you booked a stay here. The home aside, Caminxa is an amazing host and person all around. She spent hours my first night recommending sites and spots, which were all great. She also offers a private car service which makes arriving and departing from the city so comfortable. Beyond that, she’s a vibrant person with great stories and an open heart which really made my stay special. I’ll be staying here again when I’m back in Florence.

Juste magnifique, le village est exceptionnel a 20mn du centre de Florence par le bus du village , village magnifique, hote juste adorable ,il y a tout le confort a l interieur, tout est propre et beau ,beaucoup de gout ,merci infiniment carmen pour ton accueil ❤

Niedliche Top ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Übernachtungen zu Gast :) Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Vermieterin hat erklärt wo man gut Essen gehen kann. Mit dem Bus (ca 5 Gehminuten) ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Florenz (1,50€ um 90 min in der Gegend Florenz mit dem Bus fahren zu können) Es war sehr schön und vllt. kommen wir mal wieder :) We were two guests for 2 nights :) Everything was very clean and tidy, the landlady explained where you can eat well. By bus (about 5 minutes walk) you can be in Florence within 20 minutes (€1.50 to be able to travel 90 minutes by bus in the Florence area) It was very nice and maybe let's come again :)

Great quiet location

This is a different experience to the city of Florence. It's a very nice residential neighborhood full of locals with a great view from the city. You can easily get in and out from here by public transportation
