カサデボラは最近改装された農家（150平方メートル）で、カマイオーレの丘の特権的な位置にあります。
オリーブの木に囲まれ、250平方メートルのフェンスで囲まれた庭があります。家具付きで、プール、wood、バーベキューで手入れが行き届いています。 緑の芝生の太陽の下は快適なソラリウムを構成し、デッキチェアとサンベッドを利用できます。また、木陰や傘のある部分はリラックスや読書に適しています。
屋外のランチとディナーには屋外ベランダ（18 m2）が装備されています。

Fantastic stay

We loved the house and the tiny roads up the hill. House was well equipped with a nice pool and AC in every bedroom. The nearest village "Pieve di Camaiore" is adorable and has 2 nice restaurants

Great stay up the hill

Casa Debora is a fantastic house that I would recommend for a group of friends that want to spend a lot of time in the house, using the facilities such as the pool, garden, BBQ and pizza oven. It was tidy and had everything that we could have wanted, including when Debora arranged for her brother to pop over to bring a pizza peel (we cooked pizzas and a roast dinner). As with previous messages, it's worth noting that the house is up some tight and steep roads (the house is a few minute drive above the village of Pieve, Camaiore). As we are confident drivers, it was not too much of an issue and we went down to the beach every day, which was only 20 mins. There are also a few great restaurants within 10 mins drive from the house.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at Casa Debora. The villa is beautiful and Debora a very attentive host. The road up te the villa can be a bit trying because of a few hairpin bends, but the view from the garden is worth it.

Adorable house in Tuscany

This house is absolutely adorable situated up on the hills in Tuscany. It has everything you need - magnificent views, pool, nice garden, well equipped kitchen, pizza oven, 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 9 people, adults and teenagers, and everyone truly enjoyed the stay. Debora was a great host welcoming us with wine and pastries! She was very helpful and keen to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this villa!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location

I spent my vacation in this accommodation with a group of friends. The house and especially the kitchen are very well equipped. The pool with the pizza oven and barbecue was our highlight. The communication with the hostess was great. She was flexible to our wishes regarding check-in/check-out and sent us great recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets in advance. The house is located in a quiet residential area, which can be reached via a very narrow and curvy road. The car for the journey should not be too big. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Beautiful house with lovely pool and yard!

We recently stayed at this wonderful property for 5 days with our two kids (11 and 16). We absolutely loved coming home to the house each night after being out all day sight seeing. The house was comfortable and clean and the pool was very refreshing. The owner even arranged for a chef to come and give us a cooking lesson! The location is fantastic enabling us to do day trips to Lucca, the beach, Carrara Marble tour, Pietrasanta, etc. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had and I would highly recommend this house to other families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful

Location was good for driving to various places in Tuscany. The house was lovely, and our children swam in the pool even though it was quite cold. Warning to those with large vehicles, the roads to the house are quite tricky, as they are somewhat treacherous and it's a 2 way road despite being barely one lane. We did it with a van and got into a few tight spots. But if your vehicle can make it, this place is delightful.

Very nice stay

We had a very nice stay and overall this is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We had two adults and and two 15 year old girls for 5 nights. The home is very charming with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The outside spaces are nice, especially the covered eating area. The pool was great for the girls and the kitchen was well appointed. New air conditioning units for all three bedrooms just take the edge off, but not really cold. It was in the upper 80's F for our stay. The lower level of the house stayed relatively cool except when cooking. The extra bathroom outside and the clothes washer was helpful. Debora was great at communicating, and her brother came daily to treat the pool. No really glaring negatives. A couple thoughts. The outside seating could be updated, the two pool lounge chairs were broken and the other beck chairs worn. The two outside cast iron table and chairs are older and rusted ,and not very comfortable. The hammock was nice. The outside space is really the selling point for this house and could be better appointed. It's important to note that the roads driving up the mountain to access this home are very very narrow. For someone that is not used to driving on these roads, meeting oncoming traffic and having to back down and pull to the side, navigate blind corners and drive on non-guard rail mountain roads, It can be quite nerve-wracking to get up and down the hill everyday.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Deborah war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist wirklich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt 2 Bäder im Haus, für je 2 Zimmer ein Bad. Ein Bad ist vor dem Eingang. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren als Familie mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Baby, damit war es für uns noch ausreichend. Zu beachten ist, dass im obersten Bad keine Dusche sondern eine Badewanne vorhanden ist, die Brause entkalkt bzw. repariert werden müsste. Das aussenliegende Bad ist nicht abschließbar. Danke nochmals an Deborah.

Liebe Debora,wir durften 11 Nächte mit 2 Familien, bestehend aus 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern in deinem Haus übernachten. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das liegt zum einen an der wunderschönen Lage am Hang, umgeben von Olivenbäumen und zum anderen am liebevoll und authentisch eingerichteten Haus. Der Pool war nicht nur für die Erwachsenen sondern auch für die Kinder ein Traum. Platz war genügend vorhanden und wir hatten nie das Gefühl, das es zu eng wird. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Nähe zum Meer, das man mit dem Auto in circa 15 Minuten erreichen kann. Die Strände sind sehr sauber und das Wasser schön zum Baden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in der näheren Umgebung z.B. im Dorf Camaiore. Debora war jederzeit ansprechbar und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Deswegen können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus den Berg hinauf war bei der Ankunft mit voll beladenem Auto durch die schmalen Straßen und Steigungen herausfordernd. Später, mit entladenem Auto eigentlich kein Problem mehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Stephan, Jennifer, Matthias, Sarah und Kinder

Nachdem man einen sehr kurvenreichen und engen Weg bergauf gefahren ist, erwartet einen das wunderschöne Bauernhaus. Der Garten mit Pool und den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist super zum Entspannen. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Grill und Pizzaofen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön. Diese sind jeweils durch das Bad mit den anderen Zimmern verbunden. Dies sind dann eher zwei kleine Zimmer mit kleinerem Bett und ohne Schrank. Für Familien mit Kindern super. Da wir sechs Erwachsene waren, musste man sich etwas arrangieren. Als Familie war dies gut möglich. Als Freunde hätte dies etwas schwierig sein können. Durch die bergige Anfahrt sind Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Meer schwieriger zu erreichen als erwartet. Allem in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus.

Rustikaler Charme

Unser Aufenthalt hat durch den komplizierten Anfahrtsweg etwas holprig begonnen. Die Straße in die Berge ist recht eng, und als wir leider 4 Stunden vor Check-in da waren, wollte mein Mann nicht mehr in den Ort runter fahren. Doch dann kam Debora, eine wirklich liebe und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wir konnten uns schon im Garten aufhalten während das Haus noch gereinigt wurde, was wahnsinnig nett war. Das Haus an sich ist ein klassisches toskanisches Landhaus, wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder hatten wahnsinnig Spaß am Pool, der Hund konnte sich im eingezäunten Garten frei bewegen und jeden Abend haben wir unter dem Vordach gegessen und gemeinsam die Idylle und die Aussicht auf die Berge und die anderen Häuser genossen. Es war ein wundervoller Ort zum entspannen, wir haben regelmäßig die Zeit vergessen und ich habe meinen Mann bestimmt 2x gefragt, welchen Tag wir haben. Wir haben uns sehr entspannen können, und konnten Debora immer erreichen, falls etwas nicht klar war. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Casale debora

On a passé un agréable séjour à casale debora . Point forts : la proximité des plages (20 minutes), la réactivité de debora , la clime dans les chambres , la piscine , le jardin . Points faibles : pas de clime dans le salon , cuisine trop petite pour une famille de 6 personnes , électroménagers fatigués, bcp trop de moustiques en mois d’août , on n’a pas pu rester dans le jardin . Merci à debora qui a tjs été très réactive , les pâtisseries du premier jour étaient vraiment la bienvenue !

Great Family and Friends time up in the mountain

- Great Host Debora, always supporting immediately - Cool perfect for the kids - for us driving was ok, but of course it is not close enough to buy fast your bread in the morning - kitchen was small for 10 people (limited storage) - Garden amazing - 2 large rooms, 2 small - washing machine great We had a great time there with very nice evenings!

Familie mit Hund

Wir (6 Erwachsene und ein Mops) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Debora. Das Grundstück ist über eine teileweise enge Straße dennoch gut zu erreichen und auf dem Grundstück findet ein Pkw (V-Klasse lang) bequem Platz. Hervorzuheben sind die schöne und ruhige Lage und die Ausstattung der Villa. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einer getrennt regelbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer sind durch ein Bad verbunden. Äußerst Praktisch fanden wir die Lage des dritten Badezimmers, dass vom Garten aus erreichbar ist. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der freie WLAN-Zugang konnte von allen Mitreisenden in allen Bereichen der Villa und Garten intensiv genutzt werden. Das Grundstück samt dem schönen Pool lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Gestaltung des Gartens hielt genügend schattige Plätze bereit. Die Strände von Lido di Camaiore sind mit dem Auto bequem in weniger als 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Für Fragen stand uns Debora jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder die Casa Debora buchen.Liebe Debora, nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) und einem Hund unterwegs. Unsere Kinder waren jeden Tag im Pool, die Lage war traumhaft, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Im Pizzaofen im Garten konnten wir leckere Pizza backen, Holz war vorhanden. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein, das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Dafür gab es ein tolles Restaurant, das zu Fuß erreichbar war. Auch den Grill nutzten wir einige Male. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Urlaub im Oktober

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei Traumwetter im Oktober. Das Haus war perfekt für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Die Vermieterin war super nett und immer erreichbar. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas eng, war aber auch mit nem größeren Auto machbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferien in der Toskana in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus ist genau so wie man sich eine traditionelle Villa in der Toskana vorstellt. Aber es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Einen schönen großen Pool, einen tollen Pizzaofen im Garten wo wir uns unsere Pizzen selbst gemacht haben. Hmm waren sehr lecker. Einen Grill etc. Innen alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Klimaanlage ebenfalls vorhanden. Also einfach toll. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin Debora war immer für uns da falls wir was brauchten. Alles tip top....

Dream Holidays

We really had a great time. Debora is a wonderful host and takes well care of her guests. Any problems / questions were solved / answered instantly and very friendly. The house is beutiful and works great with two families (we split up by families over the two upper floors, every family sharing one bath room). The big table on the loggia invites to familiy diners while in the garden you’ll find several spots to sit down and relax in smaller groups or by yourself to relax. The house is located in the mountains and very quiet (nearly no traffic). The road to the house indeed needs to get used to (curvy, steep and narrow) but nothing one couldn't handle. You can make wonderful hikes into the mountains starting right from the house. A trip to the beach takes about 20 minutes by car.

Haus in der Wildnis

Erreichbarkeit schlecht, Straßen bzw. Wege sehr schmal, sehr abgelegen, nur etwas für Kleinwagen. Küche klein, kein Stauraum für Lebensmittel, Wohn-Esszimmer klein und sehr dunkel, auch tagsüber. Keine Klimatisierung im Wohn-Essraum. Wäre aber notwendig, da wegen den Mücken abends Fenster und Türen verschlossen werden sollten. Nur Platz für 2 Personen auf Sofa (nur ein 2-Sitzer), Türen zu den Badezimmern sehr niedrig, kleiner als 1,70 m, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern alle undicht, Garten und Pool gut. Eigentümerin und Nachbarn sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit.
