If you want to maximize your tropical enjoyment, this ocean-view studio offers just that. The exterior wall is all glass with a large slider opening onto a spacious lanai. The sun rises over Prince Kuhio Park warming the lanai for that morning cup of coffee.

Enjoy the sparkling Pacific Ocean and Haupu Mountain views over Prince Kuhio Park. Feel like a refreshing swim? Choose between the shimmering blue pool set in a lush tropical Hawaiian garden that includes a waterfall and the beautiful Pacific Ocean just across the road.

Check out our Koi pond or take a few steps to enjoy the beach. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and, if you enjoy grilling, check out the exceptional barbecue near the pool. You may want to visit some of Kauai's farmer's markets (also called Sunshine Markets) for the island's freshest produce.

Nearby Old Koloa Town and Poipu Shopping Village offer shops and dining.

Activities nearby include golfing, sailing, tennis, hiking, bicycling, surfing, horseback riding and scuba diving.

Room was good. Close to restaurant and short walk to more restaurants and shops. Convent for getting out and about. Couple small beaches close by.

Aside from one of 4 stove burners being bent, and the screen door deadbolt being bent the place was great. Adequate kitchen, bath & furniture. Pleasant balcony, & not facing the ocean directly, so wind & rain did not blow in, and a nice breeze moved the air in the room, along with the great ceiling fan. Good location too.

Amazing little studio condo on the ocean.

Everything about this property was perfect for my wife and I. Beautiful views of the ocean off of the Lanai. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the condo served all of our needs above and beyond. The pool area was really nice as well.

My Wife & I had a great time, this place was perfect for the two of us. Very clean & had everything you need. Pool area was nice to relax around & enjoy while not at the beaches. definitely would stay there again. Mahalo !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely studio in a great location... The building is a little dated, but still very charming. Easy access to various beaches and other attractions. It is next to a park full of roosters, so bear in mind you will hear them crowing!

The AC window unit is very old and extremely loud. It is positioned right at the top on the bed where our heads lie. We would not stay here again unfortunately. The location was nice and the room was clean.

Great place

This place is a great place to stay, especially if it’s just you and your spouse. Not far from great food and beaches. The shower was really difficult to use, either boiling hot or cold, but other than that it was great! Highly recommend

Nice room with kitchen got everything wr needed.

Location: Car needed,restaurant opposite and small beach. 4 min drive to shopping centre.10 mins to Poipu & turtle beach.Room: 2 flights up no lift.clean plesant block.Nicely furnished.view of sea.clean.didnt need anything else supplied .comfy bed.enjoyed our stay .

Affordable, great condo for our stay in Poipu

This property worked very well for our stay in the Poipu area. The property was affordable and clean. The condo pool was great for us and the access to the Lawai beach was easy. It was a great place to snorkel and watch the boogie board classic that occurred while we were there. The nearby Poipu beach offered boogie boarding and kid-friendly activities. Overall, this condo was exactly what we wanted and needed for our week-long stay.

older unit, but met our needs. Convenient location. The environment of the complex was beautiful and clean. We always were able to find parking. Appreciated the availability of cooler, umbrella, beach chairs. View of water and park behind was very nice. Only complaint was the volume/noise of the air conditioner. Needs to be addressed. And check in needs to be adapted to keyless entry or keys in lock box at unit, Inconvenient to have to pick up and drop off keys

Views, nature and location

This is a well kept older building in a very convenient location across a little road from the ocean. The grounds are beautiful and is next to a sacred park with mountain and ocean views, a great sunrise and full moon experience It's also very close to shops, groceries, and scenic drives. Other than my choice of a third floor condo without an elevator, it was perfect for me and I even loved the roosters waking me at sunrise.

Older property but everything I hoped for. clean, quiet for the most part, convenient location, accommodating. Due to a flash flood lost hot water last four days, but we adjusted. Would definitely recommend.
