サンセイヘイル（サードジェネレーションハウス）は、ハワイアナの高級バケーションホームです。 ポイプの人里離れたタ��トルコーブで海と出会う、美しいプライベートワイコモストリームを見渡せます。 Sansei Haleには、3つのストリームビューとオーシャンビューのベッドルームと、見事なプライベートな雰囲気の3つのバスルームがあります。 タートルコーブは、一年中、亀が入り江で遊んで、夕方には岩の上で寝るためにここに集まるので、そう呼ばれています。

広い階下のエリアには、リビングルーム、キッチン、ダイニングエリア、1つのマスターベッドルームとバスルームを含む地上レベルのアクセスが容易で、海と川の景色を望む広々とした屋根付きのベランダがあります。

ラナイでバーベキュ��を楽しんだり、小川が太平洋に流れ込む様子を眺めたり、星空の夜を楽しんだり、小川と海の素晴らしい音に眠りについたりしてください。

2階には、海を眺めるデッ���、2つのベッドルームと2つのバスルーム、クイーンソファベッドのあるボーナスルームがあります。 大聖堂の天井のボーナスルームには、ミニ冷蔵庫と電子レンジを備えたウェットバーもあります。

設備の整ったキッチンには花崗岩のカウンタートップがあり、中央の島とバースツールが水に面しています。 6席のダイニングエリアは、サウンドシステム、DVD / VCR、42インチのフラットスクリーンテレビを備えたエンターテイメントセンターを備えたリビングルームに面しています。

高い天井、タイル張りの床、島スタイルの家具、アクセントがセッティングを引き立てます。 この快適で広々とした家は、キングサイズのベッド2台、ツイン2台、クイーンソファー1台を備え、8人を収容できます。

世界的に有名なポイプビーチパーク、スパウティングホー��、国立熱帯植物園はすべて家から1.6 km（1マイル）の場所にあります。 ベビービーチは徒歩ですぐです。 素晴らしいシュノーケリングと海岸のスキューバダイビングスポットであるコロアランディングは、家に隣接する河口の沖合にあります。

Beautiful home in ideal location

Comfortable amenities and all as described. Scenic setting with stream behind the home. Walking distance to a kid friendly beach, coffee shop, thai food truck and small grocery store.

Kauai Vacation

Our family of 6 had a terrific week-long stay in the roomy and well kept house located ~2 blocks from the ocean. The Poipu area is convenient to lots of restaurants & beaches. Beach gear in the garage was a benefit not included in the listing.

The view is so relaxing and beautiful. Being right on an inlet to the ocean, you have the sound of small waterfalls right outside your window. Very secluded with lots of mature palm trees, flowering trees, and vegetation. There were roosters in the distance, but not a problem. If you are sensitive to the sound of frogs, this might not be the place for you. I'm not sure if it was the time of year, or what, but they were loud. They didn't bother me, but some in the group had a different oppinion. ;-) I would recommend this wonderful home, and hope to come back some day.

Fantastic home!

Sansei Hale was the perfect spot for a perfect vacation. We spent a week there with another couple and what a wonderful time we all had. The two master suites, upstairs and downstairs, gave us plenty of space and privacy and the kitchen was so well equipped and roomy enough for all to pitch in. The house is decorated so beautifully. The colors inside and out are breathtaking and the view from the decks is amazing. It rained on and off but that only added to our fun. Kauai is gorgeous whether it's sunny or rainy.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we absolutely loved it. It was a wonderful sanctuary, so quiet and serene. Your home is so comfortable, quiet and beautiful and we loved the history behind it as well. The pictures you post of the home are nice but can't capture the pure luxury of the home and it's furnishings. We loved sleeping with the windows open so we could hear the stream bubbling by, the Palm trees swaying and the birds singing in the trees. I will tell everyone I know planning a trip to Kauai about your home.. Thanks again. Aloha.

Beautiful House!!!!

Sansei Hale is gorgeous!!! What a wonderful place to stay with gorgeous views!! It made our trip to be able to walk a few steps and look at all the turtles who spend their evenings right below the creek every evening!! The birds who chirp every evening and morning are so awesome to sit and listen to. It was so great to have a peaceful place to stay and still be steps away from shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure next year!!! We would highly recommend this house for your next stay in Kauai!!!! The house is decorated so beautifully and and the beds are beyond comfortable!! We seriously felt like we were at home there!

Best Yet

This was the best VRBO experience we've had. The house is absolutely fabulous. The sound of the creek running over the rocks was soothing & peaceful. We ate all our meals on the large table outdoors on the lanai. The view from the balcony in the upstairs master bedroom is wonderful. The house had many extras. Be sure to read the history of the house which is framed and hung on the wall of the upstairs bonus room.

House was very well equipped for our large group and we felt right at home there. Enjoyed eating meals both inside and on the deck as both tables had enough chairs and space for us. House next door has a pool that is visible from the deck and there were kids enjoying it the day we arrived, but house appeared vacant for rest of our stay. The house itself is blocked by trees (including star fruit and pomelo) and their deck is on the other side of the house.

Perfect

We've just been home from Kauai and few days and we miss it already! Sansei Hale was the perfect place for us to stay while in the islands. There was plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out and enjoy the scenery. The house provided most everything we could need, but the jewel of this home is Turtle Cove behind the house. Enjoy the cove from one of the two decks, or from the upstairs family room or even from the dining and living rooms. It was heavenly to hear the flowing water everyday as we ate our meals. The only thing I would change is perhaps a cooling unit for the sleeper sofa area since it can be very humid and it was the only sleeping area with no way to cool it. Also perhaps some new pillows. The ones we used were rather flat. Otherwise the house was great and it made our trip one we will never forget. Thank you for letting us use our lovely home!

Absolutely amazing!

This house is amazing! Perfect location on the island. We loved being on the stream that lead into Turlte Bay. We got to enjoy the sound of water constantly. Throughly enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that was left in the garage. The ac units in every room was a God send when we got home from our day!! The house cooled down super quick. We had an issue with the garbage disposal the first day and it was taken care of the same day with PLEASENT help!! We'd recommend stopping by the Walmart near the airport on your way to the house to stock up on food as it's cheaper their then the markets near by. We had everything we needed for our family of 5 (2 adults, 19 year old, 14 year old and 9 year old). Washer and Dryer in the garage with detergent and dryer sheets provided. Only (small) negative is that the furniture is out of date. But still great. Thank you for our wonderful stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first walked through the door Sansei Hale was beautiful and welcoming and spacious. And WOW... what a view. A peekaboo view of the ocean and a lush, green background with a babbling brook. Super comfortable and had lots of upscale amenities. After more than 10 years of joking that we never have seen a sea turtle, well.... all we had to do was walk out the back late afternoon, hop some rocks downstream and watch as 10-15+ turtles swim upstream to spend the night. The grandkids were super excited. You couldn't ask for a better property manager. We were a party of 8 and 1 of 3 beach chairs was broken. One message to them and we had brand new beach chairs and umbrella the next day. They responded to 2 other minor issues immediately. It was our best stay in Kauai yet. Still going to sleep with the sounds of the river, albeit, sadly, through our sound machine.
