We love Ocean Villa. This particular condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and very clean. The outside furniture was perfect for spending time relaxing or just taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful stay🤩

The property was perfect for our family of 6! Our kids loved the 2 pools, and my husband enjoyed the steam room and hot tub. The view was amazing, although if scared of heights probably want to avoid the balcony😉. The ocean was so warm and clear and a beautiful beach just steps away from the condo. The only downfall was the king size mattress could definitely use an upgrade. Would definitely stay again😃

Excellent Vacation

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo was clean and smelled so good when you walked through the door. The condo had everything we needed, from pots and pans to extra pillows and blankets. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The balcony was big and had plenty of room and seating. It was just down the elevator and a few steps away from the beach. My family and I had such a good time.

Absolutely perfect!!

This was a beautiful and clean condo. We only had one issue and that the day we were leaving the garbage disposal acted up. We called Real Joy vacation property management and they were very reasonable and understanding! 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone staying here!! I will definitely be back!

Clean family friendly unit!

We enjoyed staying in this unit. We loved our pent house view! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bath tub drains need a little work and we were disappointed that the daily fun pass was still advertised on the website but they don't actually offer that anymore. The wonderful customer service made it up to us though!!+

Great Views, condo was updated and clean.

I spoke with the property management the first day we were here because the bath tub nozzle was broke. They said they would be right out and never showed the whole time we were there. Other than that we had a great time.

very nice condo!!

Condo was very nice! Amazing view, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds! The condo elevators were a breeze! Getting from our room on the top 23rd floor to the pool took all of maybe 5 mins! The only thing that need to be changed is the TV in the master it makes a high pitched noise, probably because of age. The condo also needs a good deep cleaning.... There was dust thick enough to write your name on the chest of drawers in the master. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the place and location

Just a few minor complaints: 1. No way to deadbolt the front door so my 2 year could freely open the door on his own 2. No remote I'm master bedroom so that TV was useless 3. There was a bag of pretzels dumped under one of the beds left from previous guests

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was just as described. There was enough room for our family of 6. Our older three girls enjoyed the guest bedroom with two beds and we had plenty of room to set up the pack and play in the living room for our little one. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was gorgeous. We did not use the beach service because the chairs were to far away from the beach for us to feel comfortable watching our children in the water. It was awesome that it was included though! Truly enjoyed this unit and it will definitely go on the short list of ones we would stay in again!

Daughter’s 16th Birthday Trip

We needed a getaway badly! And my daughter wanted to go to the beach for her bday so we looked at places online and found this amazing place. It’s perfect! The decor, the view, the hot water never runs out in the bathroom (and their were 5 of us girls here), sparkling clean, the balcony is huge! The only minor complaint my kid had was that the door wouldn’t open in the living room to the balcony. I think the lock was stuck. But I was ok with that since I didn’t want any of the kids going outside after I went to bed anyway. Other than that our stay was perfect. I’ve already told my best friend we need a girls trip back here 😊

Great beachfront condo

The condo was one of the cleanest I've seen and everything seemed to work as it should. The elevators had very short wait times, if not immediate, even on the busiest check-in/check-out days. The condo has a very well-stocked kitchen. Has a spacious balcony. The views are amazing and make you feel on top of the world. 2 pools and a hot tub, also very clean. The Real Joy management company is very responsive and helpful. I didnt get to use the sauna, but it looked nove and clean. The work-out area is only 3 cardio machines, no weights. Unfortunately, the treadmill wasnt working. The only real issue I had was the the mattress in the main bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. Woke up sore everyday. Half the mattress has a large dip and the foot just collapses. Also, the foot board protrudes out in a way that it is almost impossible to avoid bumping into it and really hurts and will bruise (We did this several times before learning). I suggest bringing a pool noodle to cut and fit over it. Overall very satisfied, just as advertised.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need to accommodate your stay. Elevators were quick. steps to the pool and hot tub/pools from the elevator. The condo and the entire property was clean. Close to everything. Parking and check-in was a breeze. The view was amazing! The only minor issue we had was that we were expecting 8 wristbands for our stay and there were only 6 in the condo. I called to try to get the other 2 brought up as soon as we arrived, but never received them during our 6 day stay. It wasn’t a huge issue though because nobody ever questioned why they weren’t worn by the 2 people who didn’t have them.
