We were very impressed with everything about this rental. Great location, very clean, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. So conveniently located on the beach access path makes for a quick walk to the beach. Covered parking under the unit is also a nice perk. I think we'll be back next year.

We always try to stay in Wendover Dunes when we come to Hilton Head Island and this is the best unit we have stayed in. Unit was impeccable clean and every thing you could need is included in unit down to coolers to take to the beach with you. We will definitely go for this unit again next year!

Palmetto Paradise

Absolutely loved the property! By far one of our favorite places we have stayed at in Palmetto Dunes. Wendover Dunes was clean, spacious, and a short walk to the beach. Our only issue was with parking. Couldn’t park underneath the villa due to all spaces being occupied, and there was limited parking in front of the homes.

Very nice large condo with a great screened porch! Upscale area with a path to beach adjacent. Clean with plenty of linens. Well stocked kitchen with nice selection of cookware, bakeware and utensils. Bugs and spiders were more prevalent than usual for Hilton Head rentals and neighbor reported that exterminator had not been servicing regularly as contracted. Like that vehicle passes were mailed in advance to simplify check in!

This was a phenomenal home with equally phenomenal service from Island Getaways Rental. Very large house, VERY CLEAN , a few steps from beach , kitchen fully stocked , comfortable couch & chairs , lots of clean towels , beautiful view from the covered porch ❤️. Never stayed at a better unit in all of our travels. Recommend it HIGHLY . We ll definitely come back to this unit Thank You

We loved the condo and had another great family vacation in Hilton Head. Overall the condo was terrific! We loved the kitchen and large dining table which was perfect for our family of 5. With COVID-19 concerns we did a lot of carryout dinners in the condo which made for great family time. The large smart TV in the family room was also very nice allowing us some great family movie nights. The screened in porch with two fans was wonderful. The only critiques (albeit minor) were: Porch ceiling fan made a clicking noise (needs adjusted/rebalanced), the water pressure in master shower was a bit low, and would have been nice to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. We always rent from Island Getaway, they are the best!

We had a wonderful experience at 8106 Wendover Dunes! The unit was very clean and had nice updated furniture in the main living spaces. We felt very “at home” during our stay and were happy with all of the kitchen items that were provided in the cabinets. We’ve stayed in other units before that do not have as many pots/ pans, appliances, etc. My husband was also happy with the grill utensils! The unit is located right next to the beach access path which was an added bonus! We had a great vacation in this unit!

This was the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. The easy access to the beach, the pool, the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding and lovely decor made this vacation even better. We were so sad to leave but hope to vacation here again when we return to Hilton Head!

8106 Wendover Dunes is a fantastic unit. Spacious , clean and well decorated, everything worked as planned. We have been coming to the island for 32 years , this will be at the top of our list. Island Getaway made the rental process seamless and easy, always great to work with.
