Location, location, location

The location was perfect for all our favorite restaurants and bars. It was two blocks from the beach. The rooftop pool has an amazing view.

Great location in Romantica Area

Nice condo. Good WiFi if you need to work. Comfortable space for 2 or 3 people. Having a 2nd was convenient. Although the condo is located in a busy area, the bedroom was quiet. Great walking location to taco stands, bars, shops and restaurants. Loved the roof-top pool complete with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. 3 short blocks to the beach. We caught a water taxi at the pier to Yelapa. Highly recommended a stay at this place.

Modern apartment in the center of the Romantic Zone. Very clean and well maintained. Building is luxe with 24 hour doorman. Rooftop pool and deck is fantastic. Shops, restos and markets are close by, as well as the beach. Only street parking available.

GREAT STAY AT ZENITH 207

Great condo located in the best part of town with an amazing Heated pool and Hot tub! Centrally located walking distance to everything and all the gay bars.

This condo has so many pluses: excellent location, very friendly staff, beautiful roof top pool and BBQ, spacious units, many restaurants within a few blocks. We are returning next year.

Comfortable Condo in an Ideal Location

The Zenith condo building in the middle of the Zone Romantica, PV is a modern building with a wonderful rooftop pool and entertainment area. The condo has all the amenities one needs and is a very comfortable place to stay. The location couldn't be better as it's close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and is only a few-minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book this condo again.

Good: Great Building, good location, Friendly staff that manages the HOA for the condo, Great common area. And the manger who helps out was very friendly as well upon check in and walk through Bad: upon arrival the manager let me know that the blankets and sheets where stained because the owner had not allowed them to change it, The coffee maker was broken, and the unit was not very clean. I spent my first night cleaning all the dishes prior to being able to make dinner, The next day I had to go buy a coffee maker as well in order to have coffee in the Morning, The AC was down for three days until he finally sent someone to fix it. I emailed right away about all the challenges he was responsive yet Theas e issues should have been resolved before arrival. Also while I was there the common area BBQ was torn out, this is not the fault of the owner. The unit has poor ventilations if you like to cook. Also the dishes where all very dirty. Over all it was not a good experience. The owner I am sure will have a rebuttal to this but my emails and documentation will support the comments and feedback I am leaving.

First time staying downtown in 20 years

We have stayed in the marina and south at Costa Sur but never downtown. Everything you want is 200yds in any direction, great. So many good restaurants, so little time. Discovered many small family eateries that are better than the large well known restaurants. Lots of construction and traffic noise, but very quiet at night. Loved the rooftop terrace, need a few more loungers.

Very Comfortable Condo Great Location

We just spent a month at this great condo right in the heart of Old Town Vallarta. It is everything that we could ask for - very comfortable, steps away from all of Vallarta's restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach. The roof top pool/terrace is a fantastic place to spend the afternoon reading and a great place to have dinner after a busy day of doing nothing. And the gym is a great place to work off those extra pounds every morning. Zenith 207 has all of the amenities of home which made it very comfortable for the month we were here. Unfortunately now we have to head back home. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely plan to return again. The staff at PVConcierge who made the airport pickup and check in process totally seamless.Thanks Kyle and Val we look forward to our stay next year. Debbie and Alf.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We loved our stay in Zenith, unit 207. It is large, modern, and beautifully decorated. Being a one bedroom with 2 full baths was fantastic as well because that meant my husband and I didn't have to share a bathroom. ;) Being on the second level and its close proximity to the stairwell was extremely convenient for those times when we were just too lazy to wait for the elevator. Unfortunately, the ongoing construction and dust of the neighboring condo towers prevented us from enjoying the outdoor patio. There is some noise from the construction but it didn't bother us because we were not in the condo much during the day when the construction was occurring. Closing the bedroom door at night prevented us from hearing any outside noise which was nice as well. The onsite staff and security at Zenith were also extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and hope to stay there again in the future.

Cool, Close and very Clean

My wife and I stayed at Zenith #207 for the first time out of many times we have visited PV. From the time we booked the room to a special request at the end of our stay, Jacob and Valeria were quick to respond to any questions and requests we had. The Condo building is new, has 24hr security and is well maintained. The Condo unit is spacious and was perfect for both of us. The unit has everything you need from filtered "chilled" water from the fridge to a perfectly working washer and dryer. The building is in the middle of all the action and the only mode of transportation you will need are your legs. PV is my wife and my home away from home, so we love when we find gems like this one to stay at. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!

Excellent weekend

Looks just like in the pictures Great location close to the malecón and a ton of restaurant options. The pool and the view are awesome. Although there is a building under construction close by, the noise is barely noticeable. We had a great weekend and we would totally stay here again.

Location was perfect for us!

This property is perfectly located to all of the best that Zona Romántica has to offer. The rooftop pool was a beautiful and the jacuzzi was a pleasure. The communication with the owner and manager was seamless and always professional. We plan to come back and stay in the same property.

Great condo in a great location

I flew in on Friday and breezed through the airport, got the "Green" light and off I went. The condo had arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport, and it's well worth the comfort and convenience. Aaron had his assistant Yasmin pick me up and take me directly to the condo. She walked me through all of the common areas including the gorgeous rooftop pool and then explained how to use everything in the condo. The condo itself was spotless and exactly as advertised. It is beautifully equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, great water pressure, a super comfy bed and access to good quality TV. The granite counter tops, beautiful contemporary tile floors and luxurious bathrooms are also nice extras. The area has construction going on, so the patio wasn't really used (no big deal), we were up early and exploring anyway, and the rooftop pool and BBQ were AWESOME. Zenith is a beautiful location with an amazing rooftop pool and very nice amenities! We loved it!

We stayed in unit 207 in Zenith Condominiums. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was clean and well appointed. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. We had everything we needed. The best part of staying at Zenith is the rooftop pool! It is beautiful with 360 degree views of PV. There is plenty of space to entertain on the roof and it even has a hot tub with stunning views of Banderas Bay. We highly recommend this condo!!

Vacationing in the heart of Puerto Vallarta!

The condo is beautiful and spacious, well decorated and furnished.....located in Old Town PV with everything nearby......restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. The building is new and well kept by the management team with friendly and helpful assistance. The noise factor was a negative but not something over which the condo owner had any control! Puerto Vallarta is growing everywhere and as such the construction noise is unavoidable. Would be nice to see a noise control law regulating the hours that nightclubs can blast their music though!! The condo owner was most understanding and we were pleased to share a visit with him. Hope to be back in the not too distant future!

A perfect find!

We were fortunate enough to spend some time in this brand new luxury condo.The furnishings are top notch,and the condo itself was very well stocked.The bedroom was extremely quiet, comfortable at night, and nightclub noise was never an issue.Granted there was ongoing construction in the area,and as a result the balcony could be some what noisy...no problem... we spent our days relaxing by the pool..and it was fabulous! Kyle the owner was awesome to deal with ,as well as property manager Yasmin, ... we're looking forward to staying in this beautiful condo again in the near future! Thankyou!

Modern convenience in perfect location

The property is new, just a little over a year old. The condo is sleek and modern and tastefully furnished. We really appreciated the fact that our small poodle was allowed to stay there, and the location on the second floor near the stairs was very convenient. The condo was well-stocked with just about everything we needed and the property manager was very responsive when we called with a question. Although there was construction going on outside which prevented us from using the private deck, it didn't bother us because we had the gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace. And although the building is in the heart of the busy downtown area, the bedroom was very quiet thanks to the double-paned windows. The owner was also very nice. When we were considering booking the place, we contacted him a couple of times and he got back to us within the hour. Amazing!

A love for the people , the food, and of course my wife Valeria. We have been married 3 years now. investing in Puerto Vallarta seemed to me like the right thing to do. As it continues to grow and more investors pour money into the local economy, the future here seems brighter and brighter. Plus i fell in love with the way of life mexico provides me.

Zenith was a dream of mine. To own a condo in the old town area. I mean, its where everything is. All the action. Val and I are always at one place or another. And we spend lots of time at Zenith. We love Los Muertos Micro Brewery. Absolutly love it. Its a block up, it and the restaurants that we love on the beach are a few minute walk. And a day spent at the rooftop pool is simply surreal. An wonderful experience. Get cleaned up maybe a nap, and off to dinner. 100 local restaurants, all steps away from Zeniths front door. Grab a beach towel and head down to the beach, the area is lined with beach clubs, great beach front restaurants everything from 2 star to 5 star can be found. And lastly Zenith is just simply put the newest and nicest project now in the old town.

The attention to the art and details of the decorated lobby area, and quality of the finishings, the attention to detail is what sold my wife and i on purchasing in Zenith. Few projects go as planned and few reach expectations, Zenith FAR exceeded my expectations when delivered to me. My wife and i love spending time in the pool on the roof.If your looking for a luxury condo with great common areas, a specail beautiful pool, and tasteful furnishings not only in the unit but also the lobby and all common areas, look no further. You will love it here
