Wonderful stay in Solana Beach

Our family of four stayed for a handful of months. The house was comfortable, we had everything we needed, owners are great and very responsive and the neighborhood is quiet and close to all the fun of Solana Beach.

Month long work trip

Had a great stay! Very welcoming and comfortable home away from for us during a month + work trip! Loved the patio and made it a nightly ritual to watch the sunset. We had a large vehicle and parking was a bit of a chore some nights but nothing we couldn’t work with! Looking forward to being back!

Wonderful location & view from deck

Month of May in Solana Beach

This property was a perfect location and bungalow for my husband, myself and our dog. We wanted to spend the month near our daughter and her family. They live in Cardiff. The neighborhood is quiet but close, convenient and walkable to Cedros. We enjoyed the walking paths around the lagoon and Annie’s Canyon. The bike paths provided easy access to Cardiff and Encinitis. The home itself was clean, cozy and was well stocked.

I didn't want to leave!

We've stayed at several rentals in San Diego area over the years and this one is on the top of the list! Melisa was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The place was perfect for our month long stay. Our dogs had plenty of room for backyard fun while we enjoyed ocean views from the patio deck. Bonus ocean views from desk I worked at as well in office area that can be closed off from rest of house if you are having to work while you stay. Location was fantastic, diversity of paths for dog walks and easy to get to several great coffee and food locations. Driveway is a bit steep but you have an option of designated spots for 2 cars at the bottom of the short drive too so was no issue. We would definitely stay again!

Solana Beach at its best

My gf and I stayed at this beautiful house, along with our two small terriers for about six weeks. It couldn't have been better. The house is quiet, clean and well-appointed. Our morning walks to Fletcher Cove were a perfect work-out. In the evening we shared a drink watching he sun sink into the Pacific from the back yard. Communication was easy via text, and we were frankly blown away with the kitchen amenities and ample supply of towels and sheets. Yes, they thought of everything. Lastly, I appreciate having access to local tv and sports via YouTube TV, as this was during NFL playoffs. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home away from home. Can't wait to stay again.

Home Away From Home

We enjoyed the past month staying in this lovely home in Solana Beach. It was a perfect home for 2 couples, with 2 bathrooms and extra rooms that were a bonus for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and an easy space to work in. Although we had stormy weather during our visit, the house was always filled with natural light and offered a beautiful view of the sunset over the ocean at night. We used the barbecue most days and loved the sheltered area on the lower deck. On sunny days the upper deck provided a breezy, scenic view over the yard and reaching out to the seashore. The neighborhood is so quiet that you can hear the birds chirping in the morning. Chip was a pleasure to work with…thoughtful and responsive. We’d love to return!

Amazing spot in Solana!

What an incredible spot! We did not want to leave. The hosts were incredible and accommodating, and we were even surprised with cookies from a local bakery when we arrived. It was helpful that the property was dog friendly as well. Just a short distance from the beach and downtown Solana Beach we walked to the beach almost every day! Can’t wait to stay here again

Comfortable House; Gorgeous Views

Very comfortable, well-equipped place with stunning views of the ocean and sunsets, especially from the pergola at the top of the terraced backyard (great spot for lunches/yoga/meditation too). Hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to and remedy the few minor issues that came up.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home in Solana Beach with all the amenities! The Internet was great, which was important to me since I worked remotely during my stay and spend most of my days on video calls. The home was exceptionally clean with top of the line appliances. The view of the ocean from the elevated patio was a lovely place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a sunset dinner. Close to the beach, stores, freeway access, and restaurants without all the traffic you find in other coastal communities. The owners were fantastic. I will stay here again and again!

This is a house, not a condo. You get to enjoy a small patio and large deck where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. House sits in a quiet cul de sac so we appreciate pets who are well behaved so not to disturb neighbors. You will be sharing a parking spot in the driveway with our other tenant. This is a large lot which allowed us to built a small house in the back of this rental . Both houses are completely independent from each other and fully fenced. In addition, there are two other parking spots below the driveway at street level. One spot fits 2 SUVs and the other spot fits 1 SUV.

This home was completely remodeled. We take a lot of pride in our property so we put a lot of effort in making it a very comfortable and convenient home. The house has an open concept with plenty of storage. House is meticulously cleaned every time a guest leaves. We change our furniture and linens often so the colors and styles you see in the pictures may not be current. If anything, they will be newer. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and back deck. House is fenced in the back allowing for well behaved pets to roam around. However please keep in mind, you are still in a CA beach community built on a hill so noise travels quick and many of the houses in the neighborhood are close to each other . We don't have central air but we do have a mini split AC and Heat unit in the LR to keep a nice temperature in the main areas. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. We truly appreciate and respect our neighbors so we are careful when selecting tenants to try and keep it a nice and quiet cul de sac street. We've recently added ring security cameras to the property and a Tesla charger. 30 DAYS MINIMUM Rental. Property is priced very competitively for a 3 BR ,2 Bath house in Solana Beach. Rates are as listed based on 30 days minimum rental. No discounts provided.
