Beautiful house, perfect location, great views!

Great Views. Very Relaxed Vibe

We loved how relaxed the house is with no worries about our puppy being in the space. It was a nice open living/dining/kitchen space which made it easy to have our family dinners. We loved the path access to walking along the seashore and the epic views from the master bedroom and living room! We would rent this place again.

Beautiful view!

Nice location. Older home.

The oceanfront location was very nice and for the most part, the house was pretty clean. (Kitchen, baths, floors etc)…we did notice that the windowsills and sliding glass door tracks were dirty with a lot of bugs and cobwebs. It is probably time for the windows to be washed inside and out..

good house for family get away

We enjoyed this oceanfront home for a family reunion. The view can't be beat. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. A few things need minor repair- gas grill, lower rack of dishwasher, and sink drain in front bathroom. Be careful of the cute tree frog that lives under the hot tub cover!

Great place to stay with family and friends.

We love Aloha House and have come here many times over the past years. The location, the view, the hot tub, the spaces within the house are all amazing! We love having the smaller breakfast table (our puzzle or game table) and the larger dining table for family meals. On this last trip we came with my older parents, our two children and our dog. This was perfect for everyone. The home could use a little TLC/ deep cleaning, but it is on par with other homes we've stayed at in Sea Ranch and we will continue to stay here.

Perfect location and very comfortable

This house is ideal for families. Primary bedroom has an adjacent room that was perfect for the grandchildren so all 8 of us were very comfortable. Beautiful view every morning and sunset plus an easy walk to Shell Beach. The hot tub was fun and there is plenty of space for the children to run around outside. Vacasa was very responsive to help with any issues.

Aloha House awesome for my 50th day

We enjoyed the location and property. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook dinner and all meals. We loved it and would come back. The only weird thing was that the master bedroom was next to the office with a Murphy bed and no door between them. It worked as we were all close friends, but the no-door was a bit weird. However, being so close to the water and having excellent views was unique and lovely. Definitely one to save for next time!

Some minor annoyances

Wonderful location. But there were some cleanliness issues: trash by the hot tub when we arrived; dirty and/or wet (not damp) bathroom rugs; pots and pans dirty; dishwasher not very effective. Ancient microwave. BUT-- spectacular location on the meadow, very quiet.

Wonderful waterfront home

We were a family of four adults and two children. We loved the spaciousness of this house, and the views of the ocean that mesmerized us all day long. Every night we watched shooting stars, and named constellations from the deck. The home is an easy walk to paths along the bluffs. We played golf, enjoyed the swimming pool, and we were awestruck by the chapel at sea Ranch. The home was the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in, especially the kitchen. And the mattresses were ideal for adult bodies. We hope to return again next year.

Rodents

I read about an ant problem. We had that but the bigger issue is rats scratching in the walls at night and seeing their eyes when following more noises to the heating duct. We reported the problem to no avail.

The stars are beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at at this property. They had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We should have remembered to bring movies. The view was beautiful and access to the trail was great.

Family Vacation Home

Nice home with beautiful views and good access to the beach. We found the gated driveway area very helpful for our dog! We also enjoyed a big dining table inside and one outside for enjoying the views. There are a few areas where attention is needed: the stove top is very dangerous as heat emanates over the entire surface of the electric stove; there is a broken bedside light fixture in the bedroom/office; the refrigerator has a broken plastic drawer; many of the pots and pans were dirty when we went to use them and; very little kitchen cleaning supplies were provided (which would explain the preceding comment). There are not four private bedrooms so anyone renting the home should be aware that the master and "murphy bed" bedroom share one door. The Vacasa team was prompt, gracious and responsive to any questions or concerns we had and that is greatly appreciated with a family trip. We would use this home again and hope that our little list is attended to before that time.

So relaxing!

The location was perfect - close to trailheads and easy walk to a beach. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils you'd need. Good knives were appreciated! Grill was great. Beds were sooo comfortable. Games and puzzles were nice to have. All in all, a perfect getaway. Thank you!
