Perfect holiday home

Beautiful, clean and spacious property with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Great views from the roof terrace for evening meals or drinks and private sunbathing in the daytime. Clean pool which was never busy even in high season. Easy to find due to clear instructions and easy entry. Great communication with owner. Good location, a car definitely helps but driving in the Algarve is easy and lots of great day trips. Would recommend 100%.

Month long stay

Adequate size for 4 adults. Did not have a full size fridge and tiny freezer. Kitchen was equipped adequately but not great. The couch would be the biggest complaint. Extremely uncomfortable. Beds were just okay. We rented for a month and for the price thought it could have been better supplied ie. toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap. Another note worth mentioning is the terrace which is quite lovely is only accessible though one of the bedrooms. Although the barbecue is nice up on the terrace it’s not the most convenient having to walk up two flights of stairs with dishes, food etc to enjoy a meal. A couple beaches are a good 30 - 45 minutes ago as well as a few restaurants. Great super market 5 -10 minutes walk away. Steep hill going down and back up! I gave this place 3 stars but really should only be 2 1/2 stars.

Viel Platz, gute Ausstattung, schlechte Instandhaltung

Im Juli 22 waren wir in dieser Unterkunft zu Gast. Die Aufteilung und Größe der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Der Pool ist tatsächlich 2m vor der Haustür und gut gepflegt. Grundsätzlich war es ein „befriedigender“ Aufenthalt. Warum es kein „guter“, bzw. „Sehr guter“ Aufenthalt war, lag an den folgenden Defiziten: - Klimaanlage ohne Funktion - Terassentüren sind nicht verschließbar. Die Wohnung kann man lediglich durch das Herunterlassen der Jalousien „sichern“. Zwar nur zwei Punkte, jedoch sollte eine Klimaanlage, wenn beworben, bei 37grad auch funktionieren. Zu der nicht abschließbaren Terassentür braucht man denke ich nichts erörtern. Sollten diese Mängel behoben werden, ist die Unterkunft definitiv zu empfehlen.

Our stay in patroves

Property was exactly what we were looking for but was just a wee bit to far from the ameniates, and on a steep hill, found it hard to get taxis for villa had to walk down the hill to get the taxi, but when staying home everything perfect.

Una entrada desastrosa la vivienda con luces que no funcionaban puertas q no funcionaban bien. Los colchones malísimos Ducha que no funcionaban bien. La vivienda situada al lado de la carretera. Solo se escuchaban. Ruidos De coches para dormir entre. Un malísimo colchón y los ruidos de los coches. Muy mal la verdad hsta una muy mala acción del propietario. Que tenía l cuenta de neflix. Y un día llegamos A casa la había quitado. Encima en su correo. Sabiendo que éramos españoles. Me pido todo en inglés. No se molesto. En ponerlo en español

Mieux que parfait !

La propriété est encore mieux qu'en photo ce qui est rare ! La terrasse offre une vue à couper le souffle. Et chaque chambre dispose de sa salle d'eau ce qui est très agréable.

Excelente experiência de alojamento em período de férias. Espaço agradável e confortável para passar férias e descansar do período de trabalho. Casa limpa e mobiliário moderno e confortavel. Terraços muito agradáveis e espaço envolvente do condomínio muito agradável e bem cuidado. Piscina do condomínio não sendo para uso exclusivo, acaba por ser suficiente para partilhar com as restantes casas. O Sr. Stewart proporcionou os pedidos particulares e respondeu sempre de forma breve e assertiva. Obrigado e com certeza que voltarei.

Lovely week in a lovely apartment

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s big enough to easily accommodate 4 adults. Plenty of kitchen equipment. The areas main benefit is its in a lovely quiet location. There is a couple of small restaurant within walking distance. Great supermarket. The marina with many restaurants and a picturesque beach within 5 minutes in the car. The pool is great however the amazing roof terrace is where we spent the majority of our time. Definitely our favourite feature of this apartment. The view, the privacy, the space all perfect. The only thing this accommodation didn’t have was a hair dryer which I would have found useful if I had realised I would have taken one. Although the suggestion of drying it on the rooftop in the breeze with a large glass did work for me. Communication with Stewart was really accommodating and very quick and gave efficient information given for checkin and any questions we had while there. We have already started looking at when we can return.

Amazing stay for a family with a baby

We visited in April 2018, it was our first family holiday with our 10 month old baby. The property is situated in a very nice and quiet location, which allowed us to enjoy and relax. It was very clean and beautifully furnished, a cot bed and high chair were also provided which was very convenient as we didn't have bring our own. The views from the house are amazing, especially from the roof top terrace where we were able to enjoy lovely barbecues! The pool and the complex are kept clean, we used the area around the pool as a play area for our baby, it's ideal. There are lovely beaches just 5 min away by car and the marina is a short drive too. There are some shops, fishmongers and restaurants walking distance from the house which was handy as we had to eat in most nights because of our baby's routine. Overall very pleased with our stay, highly recommended and we will definitely be going back !!

My wife and I stayed at the house in June 2017 The hosts directions were great and the house is very easy to find. Once there we were very impressed, the house is a great size beautifully furnished and very clean with every thing we needed. The weather was amazing so we spent most of our time by the pool which was also immaculate and very quiet, it actually is 2 steps from the front door !!! The roof terrace is wonderful totally private and not over looked, we barbecued up there most nights, the sunsets are fantastic. A very nice place to stay and relax, really didn't want to leave.

Perfect place for a lovely break

Lovely modern house, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Roof terrace with amazing views. Swimming pool was lovely, very quiet for our whole stay and always clean. The marina was only a little walk away (5 min drive if you have a car) with some lovely bars and restaurants. Local supermarket a 5 min walk away which supply everything you need at a good price. Overall, lovely house in a beautiful area! Will definitely return :)

lovely location

The house is very modern with plenty of space and amazing views. The pool was great and we had it to ourselves for the whole week , a great place to relax, very quiet and clean. At the bottom of the road is an amazing fish mongers and from there you can also find some lovely restaurants, local bars and a great local supermarket . The marina is also a great place to eat and drink with live music most evenings. All in all a lovely place to stay and relax, will definitely return.

We stayed at the house in June last year on a golf/beach vacation, the house was great, nicely furnished and very comfortable beds, the roof terrace was amazing. the place is very quiet and the perfect position for what we wanted . Will defiantly return at some point
