Hello Linda! Thank you very much for your comment I'm glad that you liked it. For me the most important thing is to provide everything my guest needs for an excellent stay. This is one of my favorite apartments. It has a spectacular terrace with sun all morning and part of the afternoon. In winter because the days are shorter, it doesn't hit as much sun as it does in summer. The climate is mild in the Canary Islands so you can enjoy the whole year outside. Jorge

Great! Thank you very much Sabine for giving me this fabulous review. Nothing makes me more happy than meeting all the expectations of my guests to make them comfortable. I will consider your suggestions on tea towels. The apartment is very well located so it is perfect if you prefer not to rent a car. It is true that we have free parking for our guests. But not everyone comes with the idea of driving. As you have said, in the surroundings there are many shops, restaurants and of course some supermarkets. The Charco de San Ginés is an idyllic place for lunch or dinner with beautiful views of the sunset. Jorge

Thank you very much Iain! The apartment is very close to everything. You can go walking anywhere. Without a doubt the most charming part of Arrecife is the Charco de San Gines. A lagoon open to the sea and full of small boats and "Jaloteros". Here you will find many popular restaurants among the local population with views of the lagoon and the bell tower of the church of San Ginés. In addition, Arrecife has a beautiful beach and many tourist attractions with the touch of the local artist, Cesar Manrique.

Good afternoon, thank you very much for choosing my apartment to enjoy your stay in Arrecife - Lanzarote. I thank you very much for your time in evaluating your stay and that you have transmitted your impressions, since the most important thing for me is the satisfaction of my clients. I am very happy to hear your great comments about the kitchen, the bathrooms and the furnished terrace. I'm sorry they were disappointed with the bad weather that week. In the Canary Islands we were affected by a great rainstorm and therefore could not fully enjoy the huge furnished terrace of 30 square meters of the attic. It's a shame. The views are of the city and the wonderful sky of Lanzarote. We are very close to the old town and the low buildings that you see in front are actually the architectural heritage of Arrecife. They are very old low houses protected by their architectural value. The Cabildo de Lanzarote is working to convert one of the most iconic in what will be the archaeological museum on the island. I'm looking forward to it opening. Very close we have the old town, the environment of the Church of San Ginés, which I always recommend visiting to get to know the local culture. The location is ideal to know the city because you can get everywhere walking. I totally agree with you, that the car is not essential. However, it is a great way to explore the island in depth. I regret that you were not comfortable with the free parking that I offered you in the same building. The parking spaces are very spacious, they have security cameras and there is an elevator that goes to the apartments. If I had known, that access to the ramp was so complicated, I would have recommended changing the car rental model for an automatic one with power steering. It is normal to find it difficult to maneuver if, as you told me, you are accustomed to cars with power steering. In the surroundings, there are public parking buildings for large volumes of cars. Ours is a small residential building with 40 parking spaces distributed in two underground floors. Now, in order to continue improving the service, we are offering, upon request, two parking spaces on the first floor with a more comfortable access. Large cars can easily be reached in this parking area. I think that my guests value positively that it offers them the possibility of free parking in the center of the city.
