The Kitchen is fully stocked for four people and I always leave spices and K-cups or coffee to use with the Keurig Machine during your stay along with a gallon of drinking water.
The Bedroom has a King bed and a 50" T.V The Living Room has a Queen size sofa sleeper with a 55" T.V . There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway pantry for your convenience.

There are several restaurants right outside the front gate (two very popular Bars and Restaurants with live bands most weekends, Banditos & Changos). Also, the newly opened Rosmarino Limon Pizza and Pasta Restaurant, Garufa Argentinean Restaurant Steakhouse, Jalapeno & Tequila (Mexican Food), Fresh Market, Ice cream shop, massage and nails salon and pharmacy.

Max occupancy for this unit is 4 people. The rate reflected is based on the number of people in the reservation. No Pets and No Smoking. 21 + years of age to rent.
