Great apartment with shared pool where 4 guests will enjoy the beach of Puerto de Alcudia which only is 750 metres away.
The simple but beautiful shared garden with pool in this great family complex of apartments is perfect to spend a nice beach and pool vacation because you will have it all! A beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and has a water depth from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. In case you want to swim after a fantastic morning at the beach, you can wash the salt and sand off under the spray of the exterior shower. Then, you can cook delicious recipes on the barbecue and enjoy them at the private furnished terrace alfresco.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and the spaces are simply decorated highlighting the warmth and joy of the colour combination. The living - dining room is the place where you can rest while watching TV or dining all together. The kitchen is spacious and features a traditional style. It offers a gas stovetop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board right here. There is a tub bathroom for the whole accommodation and two bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and AC and the other has twin beds. A baby cot and a high chair, as well as two fans and two radiators complete the equipment.

Puerto de Alcudia is the perfect destiny for those who love the beach together with all needed services nearby. The paradisaical and extensive beach is just 750 metres away from the apartment, just a short walk. And then, you will find a variety of services like bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, and all kinds of shops all around. If you want to spend a different kind of day you can visit the golf course of Alcanada which is just 5 km away and with stunning views of the bay.

Good Value

Pros - Good size, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. Very effective air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom, 2 fans in 2nd bedroom. Pool always quiet, had it to ourselves most afternoons. 10 minutes walk from lovely beach and in quiet area, no noise at night. Few nice restaurants near by. Brand new washing machine fitted during our stay after old one wouldn't drain,. Good communication from agent and host. Cons - no tea towels provided. Bread knives not sharp at all. On arrival no cot or highchair provided for our 1 year old despite requesting and reconfirming by email in the days before arrival. The owner delivered brand new highchair within 2 hours and cot with bedding though so was swiftly resolved. No big glasses in kitchen for drinks, only very small tumblers. Pool floor old and rough under foot in some places. Kettle boiled and got very hot and never turned off - reported to agent so I am sure the owner has replaced. Shower head not fixed in bracket. Pointed this out to owner when he arrived with the new washing machine. He hooked it up but it fell on my partner and bruised his foot the next time we used it so just held shower head when using each time. Overall good value for money just a few little things to fix and decor a little tired.

Świetne miejsce, godne polecenia. Dostępne wszystko co niezbędne a nawet więcej. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jedyne co bym uzupełniła to kubki, poza tym bez zastrzeżeń. W obiekcie pralka, suszarka, ekspres. W łazience brakuje nieco miejsca, może mała szafka bądź półka by wystarczyła, ale nie ma na co narzekać. Świetnym udogodnieniem jest basen, dwa kroki od apartamentu. Każdy znajdzie tam dla siebie miejsce, również zacienione... Basen może nie najnowszy ale zadbany i czysty. Duzem plusem są dwa tarasy, jeden z grillem, tam przydałoby się oświetlenie. Odległość od plaży niewielka. Wolnym tempem można dość w 10-15 min. Po drodze mijamy sklep, w najbliższej okolicy znajdują się też knajpki gdzie można zjeść czy wypić drinka... Okolica apartamentu spokojna, idealna na wypoczynek. Z lotniska można dostać się autobusem, niedaleko jest przystanek. Odbiór i zwrot kluczy bezproblemowy, bez kontaktowy. Komunikacja z właścicielem wzorowa. Sprawnie działające wifi również przy basenie, na terenie wokół apartamentu. Należną kaucję zwrócono nam bez obciążenia, w kilka dni po wyjeździe.

Merci à Gabriel (propriétaire du logement) et à Hassan pour leur réactivité, un Dimanche, suite à un problème de plomberie. Maison conforme au descriptif, idéalement située à moins de 700 m de la plage. Quartier calme mais proche de tout. La piscine ombragée a été fortement appréciée après un bain à la plage. Merci à Hassan pour son entretien. Séjour ensoleillé, dans une ville très animée avec une plage de rêve. Les excursion à Formentera et à Torrent del pareis à Sa colobra ont été savoureuses. Le repas chez Cassai à Ses Salines a été un régal. A recommander.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen !

Wir, 2 Pärchen um die 30 Jahre, hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Die Location ist der Hammer, schöne Häuser drum herum, der Kanal macht etwas her und der Strand ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreicht, praktisch auch, dass man dabei direkt an einem Kiosk für Grtränke und Snacks vorbeikommt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles, was man brauchen könnte - von 2 Handtüchern pro Person über Bügeleisen, Saftpresse und Toaster. Weingläser haben leider gefehlt, aber das ist schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Schlüsselübergabe sehe unkompliziert mit einer kleinen veedchlüsselten Box direkt an der Haustür. Beide Terrassen sind schön zum sitzen, selbst die, die direkt an der Straße ist. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur - man hatte ihn auch fast immer für sich alleine (Anfang September). Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen !

Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe - mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Wir konnten 1,5 schöne Wochen in Alcúdia verbringen. Besondere Vorzüge der Wohnung ist ihre Lage, sowohl innerhalb des Ortes als auch die Einbindung in die Ferienanlage inkl. Garten und Rasenfläche. Der Strand ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wer gerne viel kocht, wird an manchen Stellen enttäuscht sein, weil z.B. die Ausstattung der Küche eher schmal ist. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist eher funktional als schön. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeignet (Erdgeschoss, Geräumigkeit, Veranda). Der Babystuhl war aber leider in keinster Weise kindersicher. Trotz der Einschränkungen: Eine insgesamt empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

“Es war eine tolle Zeit in der wirklich gut gelegenen Wohnung. Der Pool war sauber und zum Meer sowie zur Hauptstraße waren es ca 5min Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der kleine Garten bzw die Terrasse ist perfekt um morgens in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Leider gab es keine Auflagen für die Liegen aber das ist auch das einzige Manko.”
