We are pleased to hear that you found the property very clean and well equipped, and that Francesca was attentive and helpful during your stay. We would, however, like to clarify a couple of points regarding the location and the address confusion. Sonia Apartment is located in the city centre of Sorrento. Piazza Tasso, Sorrento's main square, is only a short walk away, and the 25–30 minute walking time mentioned in your review does not reflect the actual distance. In fact, both Sonia Apartment and Flat Margot are centrally located, on opposite sides of town, and are at a similar walking distance from Piazza Tasso. Regarding the address, the property was never changed from Flat Margot to Sonia Apartment. Your reservation was always for Sonia Apartment. The reason you initially received the address of Flat Margot is simply that, when preparing our message, we accidentally copied and pasted the address of another property we manage. We sincerely apologise for this mistake and corrected it as soon as we noticed it. We understand that receiving an incorrect address can be confusing and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. However, Flat Margot is simply another apartment managed by us; it was never the property you had booked, nor was your reservation changed shortly before arrival.
