Tasteful and upscale, this beauty offers everything you need from spacious and comfortable living areas on each floor to accommodate multiple families to multi-level decking for amazing views and lots of sun or shade options. The bright, open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gorgeous. Wine connoisseurs will also love the wine fridge in the butler's pantry. There's also a second kitchen downstairs with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave and convenient access to the pool - snacks and beverages are just steps away.

Luxury abounds with 5 generous-size bedrooms including a King suite with private bath on both the first and third floors. The backyard oasis will be THE gathering place with your own Private Swimming, a bliss-inducing waterfall and a 9" deep raised "Sun Deck" that's a perfect spot for lounging or the kids can use as a kiddie pool. After your day of fun in the sun at the beach, the kids will love the covered recreation area with ping pong table, pickleball court and corn hole game in the professionally landscaped yard. Rented at 18 different beach properties over the years, all 11 off us agree, this was the most amazing. It was perfect and kids of all ages (and adults) had a wonderful time. Clean, organized, well stocked, many things to do on property (we had a pickle ball tournament). Can't say enough good things about this property/

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect with ocean views and direct beach access. In addition to the beach, our family enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, and all of the outdoor living spaces. Cathy is a great host! We look forward to returning someday!

Lovely property

Right near (across the street from) the beach. Nice ocean views. Tasteful furnishings. Plenty of restaurants, stores, etc a short drive away.

Beautiful Home

We loved this home so much when we vacationed here last year, we had to come back! It was just a delight to say there. Perfectly equipped, beautifully decorated, and perfect fit for our family. Cathy was wonderful as always. We loved the pool, private yard, pickle ball court, and views.

Beyond Expectations!

This was one of our best vacations! Euphoria is a gorgeous home: very tastefully decorated and incredibly well-equipped. Cathy is a warm and welcoming host- attentive and helpful. It was all just perfect in every way!

Everything you could ever want or need in a kitchen. View was perfect, very close to the beach. Solid home, with the tropical storm...never knew it was happening inside. Beautiful colors. Unbelievably easy communication with owner!! Highly recommend!

Great location. It’s an easy stroll to the beach and there is plenty to do with kids in the area aside from the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided by the host. The home itself has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. The outdoor spaces were lovely— whether watching the sunrise from the porch or floating in the pool. The host was helpful and very easy to work with.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway at this beautiful Sandbridge Beach home! The home was immaculately maintained & tastefully decorated, creating a serene, welcoming ambiance. Beds incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was a dream! Fully stocked with a fantastic array of everything needed. The covered 2nd floor patio facing the beach became our favorite--sunrise coffee was a highlight! One very minor hiccup: the pickleball net was broken. The abundance of games & puzzles available turned it into a non-issue and keep everyone happily entertained. The house delivered on comfort, elegance and fun. We're grateful for the wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

This house was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed including beach umbrellas and chairs that we ended up using due to a storm damaging our umbrellas the first day. Cathy was responsive and courteous. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach is uncrowded easy to walk to and can see it from the house. 10 out of 10

My whole family is still talking about the wonderful week we spent here the week of May 10-16, 2026. The house was exactly as described and so very well furnished with anything you'd need. The host, Cathy, was so very nice and even delivered a brand new air fryer when I made inquiry. She was very easy to contact.

Family Vacation

This property served the size of our family well. We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool with the baby pool was fantastic for our 2 year old nephew. The overall area of Sandbridge was very nice. Cathy was very accommodating of us getting in the house a little earlier and was very timely with all communication/questions.

Just as listed this beach home was perfect for location, activities, and comfort. Cathy, the owner, was available if needed, the home was superior in having everything a family would want/need for an enjoyable vacation. Our group ranging in ages from 5 to 77, had plenty of room for meals

Excellent

The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The main kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses and utensils we needed. Ten beach chairs and two beach umbrellas and a dresser full of beach towels were available for our use so no need to pack them. The directly across the street beach access was great. Next to being oceanfront this was fantastic. The beach was not crowded at all. Our Host Cathy was fantastic. She answered all of our pre trip questions in a timely manner. The different colored lights in the pool are cool. The first morning the microwave in the main kitchen quit and Cathy replaced it the same day. Grocery shopping is less than 15 minutes away. Restaurants are also about 15 minutes away. We definitely would stay there again!

Exceptional family vacation!!

We expected Euphoria to be amazing from the photos and details online and our stay did not disappoint!! The home is in a phenomenal location, the house has everything and more anyone can want, and it is beautifully decorated leading guests to think of the beach and your seaside stay at every turn. To top things off, Cathy is very responsive, flexible, and friendly! She really made our vacation a phenomenal experience! We will return for sure!

An excellent home for our family vacation!

The house was very clean upon arrival. All accommodations were great. Cathy was a very responsive host. Beach access was fantastic. Amenities in kitchen were perfect for the cooking we wanted to do. The kids in our group loved the pickle ball court and the pool. Would definitely stay again!

Euphoric Experience

In short, it was great. Best access to the beach in the neighborhood (not beach front, but still best). Beautiful home with excellent layout for multiple families. Lots of places for meals inside and outside. Pools, pickleball court, ping pong table, outdoor bar with TV and covered space for eating and relaxing. We could not find anything of significance that we did not absolutely love. Will definitely be back.
