The cabin and property were exactly as described. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The cabin was super cute. It was the perfect place for me to relax and unwind in the quietness of the area. Todd was an outstanding host. I will absolutely be booking this property again for my next getaway.

Once again, this cabin delivered a fantastic vacation!! The cabin and property are very well maintained and clean. The Keuka outlet trail is right at the edge of the property and you can hear the water flowing in the ravine below. We brought our bikes and rode the trail as planned. Thank you Todd and Mary for a peaceful get away

This is our third stay at the Vacation Rental Cabin. Since my husband and I know what to expect, the trip is much simpler for us now. We are campers normally. The weekend we chose to visit Penn Yan we did not want to deal with adverse weather, i.e., rain or heat. The cabin is equipped with heat and AC. Just our luck, the weekend we chose was one of the wettest for this Spring. We managed to coordinate the activities in the area that we wanted to attend, even with the rain. We enjoyed out stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the coffee on the porch every morning. Location was close to the trail for early morning walks with our dog and a short drive to town for restaurants and breweries. Check in and check out were easy. Will be staying again.

Cabin was private. Owner was awesome and very responsive. Very well run. Note bath and shower are in a separate outside building. Area is very scenic and quiet. Thanks we had a very nice stay.

My wife and I stayed at this cabin for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The cabin is very secluded and private! If you’re looking for a nice getaway to unplug and enjoy nature and the Finger Lakes, this is a great option. We had a camp fire both evenings as we watched the sun set through the trees and listened to nature all around us. The Keuka Lake Outlet Trail is within walking distance from the cabin, but there is also a parking area just down the road. The Seneca Mills Falls is less than a mile walk from the cabin and was an impressive sight! Penn Yan is less than a 10 minute drive with many great restaurants. Geneva is less than a 30 minute drive. There are many great wineries located all around the area. The owner is very responsive and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay! I did just want to let people know that have T-mobile that the reception at the cabin is intermittent, but there are areas in the front yard that we were able to get reception when we wanted to check in. That said, it was really nice to be disconnected for a while and to be able to really relax and enjoy nature. We saw deer running through the woods just beyond the yard and we would sit in the Adirondack chairs and just listen to nature all around us. We had a fantastic time, thanks again!

Small cabin, big yard!

Lots to do in the area and right on the property. The cabin is small, but very nice, well maintained and cleaned. I would definitely stay there again!

Sweet Slice of Heaven in the Woods

A perfect place to spend a few days outside! The cabin had everything we needed in a beautiful setting. Our dog loved chasing her ball around the yard and we enjoyed hiking and biking the Keuka Outlet Trail.

It's a beautiful, well kept 5 acre parcel in a prime location bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. Two lakes (Keuka and Seneca) both within 4 miles. The Cabin is brand new (Spring 2016) New Shower building added April of 2017. We offer an incredible value for those traveling on a budget.

The property borders the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail which creates plenty of no cost, fun things to do for our guests. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that connects Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. Guests can fish the Outlet or take a short drive to Keuka or Seneca Lake, both are less than 4 miles away. Quiet peaceful and private setting, close to nature. Guests can enjoy the beauty of the Outlet Trail which is 6+ mile walking/biking/horseback trail. The Cabin has a tiny house feel with most of the comforts of home. More than a dozen wineries within minutes of this location and the Windmill Farm and Craft Market which is open on Saturdays has been a big hit with our guests.
