Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft befüllt und es gab leckeren Kuchen für uns. Der Gastgeber Dario war immer erreichbar und hat uns viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen/Einkaufmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants geschickt. Der Pool war perfekt, sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig geprüft. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub, es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber Dario uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Einfach nur zum empfehlen

Wir waren zu 4 dort, man kann einfach nur sagen….. Top Haus und alles wunderschön. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder kommen. So einen zuvorkommenden Vermieter kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Man wird mir frisch gebackenen Kuchen begrüßt. Top

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Alles war sauber und wie vorher angegeben. Wir wurden außerdem sehr nett und mit ziemlich viel Essen und Trinken empfangen. Tipps für die Umgebung gab's auch. Wir können die Unterkunft 100% weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank

Fantastic Villa & Owner!

Even before we arrived Dario, the owner, looked after us really well. The villa is really very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday in Croatia. In addition, to all the equipment included, we were given so much in terms of food and drink when we arrived. This was in addition to the homemade cakes (thanks Dario's Mum!) which were superb. All in all we would recommend this villa to anyone considering visiting Croatia, although a hire car is a must as it is an isolated position; which for us was another positive. Thanks for everything Dario!

Traumhafte Hosts

Wir waren Ende August für eine Woche im Haus von Dario und seiner Familie. Wir wurden liebevoll aufgenommen und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und direkt vor Ort noch schöner. Der Pool ist großartig und man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe. Toll das so viele Spielsachen vorhanden waren für unsere Kinder, so waren Sie die meiste Zeit beschäftigt. Dario‘s Familie hat uns mit einen gefüllten Kühlschrank begrüßt und wir wurden reichlich mit Kuchen eingedeckt! Dafür nochmal vielen lieben Dank! Ich hoffe wir sehen uns bald wieder!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Dario‘s place. First off we got there very late dario was there to wait for us and greet us and we found a refrigerator full of all the things that we need for a good breakfast the next morning and then some. Very considerate very clean property. We enjoyed the pool a few days it was that nice. The location is breathtaking the evenings were nice and cool and the beaches are not far away overall a very very good experience I would recommend it to anybody. Dario thank your mom for being such a great hostess and the chocolate cake she made at the end was delicious. Once again great experience

Super empfehlenswert!!!

Für ruhigen Urlaub mit Kindern ideal. Traumhafter Pool, eine super nette Familie, die uns unaufdringlich von Beginn an mit Herzlichkeit, Selbstgebackenem und einem gefüllten Kühlschrank empfing. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und fühlten uns dennoch perfekt aufgehoben. Hoffentlich nicht zum letzten Mal.. P.S. Die 5 Sterne beziehen sich auf Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, es gab keine Agentur

A well equipped and maintained villa in a peaceful location with the added treat of fresh produce!

Dario is the perfect host, going to great lengths to ensure we had all we needed but without being intrusive. He was always on hand in case of problems, like a faulty suitcase lock! The pool is a good size, nice and clean and a good depth. The area around the villa is very nicely kept with flowers, herbs and even tomatoes. The BBQ is large and well equipped. The villa is peaceful with good views of the countryside- your only neighbours are locals and cats! The kitchen is also well equipped and we were lucky to have freshly baked treats provided by Dario's mother. You will be happy in the villa and by the pool all day if you want. There are also some lovely walks to the Cetina river where you can swim in cool and beautifully clear water. If you want to explore further you will need to hire a car. If google maps don't take you to Villa Katja, we found Srijane 160A got us right there! As for places to visit, we liked Trogir, followed by Sibenik for the best towns. For a countryside tour, you won't beat finding the source of the Cetina river at Cetina, just southeast of Knin (don't get confused with the other Cetina, near the villa as this is the sign for the river!). Mostar is an easy cultural trip but it has quite a different 'feel' to Croatia. In short, we thoroughly recommend Villa Katja for a restful holiday and wish you a wonderful stay.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The house offers two separated bedrooms with double bed , living room with sofa bed together with dinning room exit to balcony and full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower and one small separate toilette. On the ground floor there is separate room with wooden dinning furniture . On your disposal will be washing machine, dish washing machine, Coffee Maker ,Wi-fi and satellite TV, air-conditioning (dining room and livingroom) ,iron, hair dryer……
Outside there is pool 30 m2, sun deck , outdoor dinning furniture next to the barbecue, large garden… Around the house you can enjoy playing football, badminton, table tennis …or explore surroundings with bicycles.
Entire area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and fishing or just long walks along the river Cetina.
The house has its own private swimming pool, but if you enjoy see ,the beaches is only 30-35 minutes away..
For lovers of active holidays we recommend rafting on river Cetina.
To the nearest grocery store is in 1.5 km distance , supermarket is in 15 km distance, and large malls are some 30 minutes driving, in the suburb of Sp
