Positiv: Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick zum Meer war das absolute Highlight. Man konnte von früh bis spät die Meeresluft einatmen und das Meeresrauschen hören. Der Strand ist super schön, sauber und nicht überlaufen. Die Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr leckeres Essen. Das Appartement war für 4 Personen schön groß. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Die Agentur konnte man jederzeit telefonisch erreichen, super Service.Negativ: In dem 2. Schlafzimmer wäre ein Doppelbett vorteilhafter gewesen anstatt eine Auszugskombination. Das Geschirr müsste nachgerüstet werden. Es fehlten auch Geschirrhandtücher, wir kauften diese und ließen sie dort. Fazit: Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub buchen!!!

Wunderschönen Lage, direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und voll ausgestattet. Perfekt zum spazieren und lecker essen in den schönen Restaurants die überall in der Nähe sind. Der Vermieter und die Leute von der Agentur waren immer sehr nett. Alles ist unkompliziert gelaufen.

Relaxing in Valencia

This property was amazing. Beautiful beach views from the outside veranda. If you want to stay on the beach all day everything including delicious restaurants are in close walking distance. And a trip into the city of Valencia is so easy by catching the bus.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, en el paseo marítimo, limpio, cómodo, moderno y muy cerca del centro de Valencia en coche (10-15 minutos). La terraza y las vistas muy agradables. El check in y el contacto con la propiedad muy profesional. Muy recomendable.

Absolutely great location and place!

This was our first time to Valencia and we're pleasantly surprised to the place and the location. We viewed it on Google maps but that didn't do enough justice to the location. The apartment was great, just perfect for a family of four. The kids had their choice of room(s) - and the view of the beach from the apartment is just breath taking. The Check-in process was smooth and Antonio was very helpful. The apartment was clean for most part, and had all the necessary items. Being from US, we were wishing the apartment had paper towels ;). The market to get some food, groceries was very close by and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The city center is about a 15 min cab ride, but there is good public transportation facilities as well. Highly recommend!!!

Valencia - Not to be Missed

This apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, spacious and had views of the beach and ocean to die for. We loved every moment of our stay and the apartment is exactly as advertised. We would not hesitate in the least to stay here again when we return to beautiful Valencia. The host was always available, responsive and helpful to every need or request. Perfect place!

The apartment is as advertised and the communication was excellent. Great location on the beach. The city center is about 13 euro cab ride. Wonderful veranda is a gorgeous spot to sit and relax.

Perfect Place to stay

We loved the property and the management! Their communication with us was fantastic and started at least a week before we left for Spain. They were available and timely in meeting us at the apartment. The apartment was clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Family birthday weekend!

The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s situation was superb with great views of the beach in front only a stone’s throw away. Watching the lightning from the balcony the other night was stunning. It was also quiet at night. Breakfast bakery and a couple of small supermarkets are two minutes walk away. Really good restaurants on the beach front 10mins walk that also do a cracking breakfast. It is 25mins by taxi from the airport (€23) and 10-15 mins (€13) from the city centre. A No31 bus (stop literally just outside the apartment block) every 20mins takes approx 30mins (€1.5). Valencia is a fascinating city with a lot of spectacular features to explore. We will be back!

Para disfrutar cada minuto de vacaciones

Es un apartamento moderno y bien decorado, la ubicación en primera línea de playa, la terraza es fantástica. El dormitorio principal enorme y cómodo. Las camas del segundo dormitorio son para niños, los colchones son finos y ya se les nota el desgaste. Para nuestro caso que hemos sido todos adultos, no han resultado cómodas.

Beautiful holiday home with sea view

The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need or could wish for in order to spend a comfortable time. The terrace overlooking the beach and sea is simply breathtaking. The building is situated in a clean, calm and friendly neighbourhood. Check-in and check-out were real smooth and flexible. All in all, we can totally and sincerely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia and at the same time at the beach. We really had a great time!
