アルクディアの城壁に囲まれた歴史的中心���にある魅力的な復元��ウンハウ��。

家は2階に分かれており、1階にはダイニングルーム、リビングルーム、キッチン、バスルーム付きの小さ�����パティオへのアクセスが可能なキッチンがあります。
 
 最上階には、2つの非常に大きなベッドルームがあり、1つはシングルベッド2つ、もう1つはテラスにアクセスできるダブルベッド1つで、両方ともバスタブ付きのバスルームを共有しています
 
 家にはエアコン、Wifiインターネット、衛星テレビが備わっています。

家は歩行者ゾーンにあり、100メートル未満のレストラン、バー、ショップ、薬局、スーパーマーケットはわずか400メートル、公共駐車場は約100メートルです。

最寄りのビーチは、わずか1.5km先のモレル・ヴェルメルのエス・バルカレスです。プエルトデアル��ディアのビーチは1,7 Km

Nice townhouse (ex cloister) in Alcudia. Two bedrooms, Two bathrooms, One kitchenette, One livingroom. All the electoric equipment worked well (we did not use the TV).The location is great: parallel street of the main street of Alcudia. Close to parking lots. Silent.

The location is very nice and the apartment is clean.There was a minor problem with one of the toilets releasing a tiny bit of water continously, however the feedback was quick but it couldn't be solved during our stay despite ensuring it would be looked at. A temporary fix was instructed though, which was helpful.The tourist tax was supposed to be collected by someone in person however we were out everytime so this had to be payed afterwards via Airbnb.Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great house in a beautiful setting within the walls of Alcudía. The town has lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and is a 25 min walk to a fabulous white sandy beach. We also enjoyed the port and Como en Casa restaurant was a favourite. The house has good air conditioning, comfy beds and nice living space. Easy access to buses so we didn’t miss not having a car. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to return soon.

Typisches mallorkinisches Stadthaus, geräumig und liebevoll restauriert. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten und großes Sofa. Der Satellitenempfang bietet zahlreiche deutschsprachige Fernsehsender. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht alle Unternehmungen in der Altstadt zu Fuß. Trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig in einer Art Fußgängerzone. Wenige Gehminuten vom Haus befinden sich außerhalb der Stadtmauer zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze. Dort kann man im „Merlet“ auch sehr leckere Tapas essen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
