Top-floor apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with private swimming pool. It is centrally located on calle Cervantes, near Plaza de la Encarnación, and 10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral.

The apartment is distributed over 2 levels. With 110sqm inside + 80sqm of outdoor space.

The main floor overlooks the central patio of the house. Large glass walls and windows let light flood in, while roller blinds allow you to have privacy inside.

The modern kitchen is immediately to the right of the entrance. It is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances, washing machine and dishwasher included. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. There is a seating area with 2 armchairs.

A passageway leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 x 200cm), fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90 x 200cm) and a fitted wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with shower, next to bedroom 2.

On the upper floor is the living room with a sofa. There is a home theater projector and free wifi internet access.

Large sliding doors give direct access onto the charming private terrace and swimming-pool, which can be used all year-round (unheated). Pool measures: length 4m, width 3m, depth 1.40m. The terrace has been decorated and equipped with plants, flowers, canopy, parasols, deckchairs, table and chairs.

The apartment is on the second / third floors of a contemporary building built in 2016, with elevator. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of friends. 2 good size bedrooms with storage. All basic kitchen items are provided. Pool and terrace area are brilliant, South facing so sunny all day. Pool not heated but nice for dipping toes after walking all day! Location great, 10mins walk to everything. Aldi and Carrefour supermarket a couple of minutes walk

Schöne Wohnung mitten in Sevilla

Schöne, helle und freundlich gestaltete Wohnung in einer tollen Lage im Zentrum von Sevilla, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten selbst bei großer Hitze fußläufig erreichbar. Super freundlicher und flexibler Check-in und Einweisung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, vor allem sehr bequeme Betten! Perfekt für Familien mit zwei Kindern, da eines der Zimmer zwei Einzelbetten hat. Aber auch zum Arbeiten top mit gutem WLAN. Der Pool ist klein aber gerade morgens oder abends wunderbar zur Erfrischung. Das Gebäude ist trotz Renovierung insgesamt etwas älter, was spürbar, aber nicht schlimm ist. Zahlreiche Ameisenstraßen in der Wohnung, die aber nicht sehr gestört haben und vermutlich auch nicht so einfach zu entfernen sind. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Winter Visit to Culture and Sunshine

We loved this apartment! The location was realy idea - so close to everything for walking, but not in the mobbed tourist area. The apartment was very cleaned, and we LOVED the roofdeck! It was warm while we were visiting and were able to use the pool, which was lovely. The VeoApartment staff were super helpful and responsive and made a few trips to the apartment to help us with figuring out the coffee maker and bringing extra blankets. They met us at the apartment at check in and explained everything. We were grateful for the elevatory to the third story apartment so that my elderly mom did not need to climb the stairs. Very safe. Overall excellent -we hope to return!

Endroit idéal pour découvrir Séville

L’appartement est parfaitement situé en plein centre de la vieille ville, dans une rue très calme et à proximité de tous les spots à visiter. Les lits, le mobilier et les équipements sont de bonne qualité. Le plus étant évidemment la (petite) piscine privative au niveau de la terrasse, très agréable pour se rafraîchir entre deux visites !

Perfect Place for a Family of 4

The apartment was just as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to everything. A couple blocks from Las Setes, lots of restaurants nearby (our favourite was Le Sede), quiet street, quiet, secure building, perfect for a family of 4. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out exploring Seville. Beds were comfy, good showers, AC worked when we needed it. Highly recommend this place - everything went smoothly with no surprises.

amazing vrbo experience

my husband and i had a wonderful time in sevilla - this apartment made the experience all that much better - we set out to explore early in the morning, back in the afternoon for siesta, a dip in the pool, and out again late night for dinner - the location was ideal for our vacation - markus was most helpful with getting us acquainted with the apartment and parking recommendations - we would happily stay in this location and use the rental company again

Excellent apartment with fantastic pool

Apartment was perfect, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Aircon was terrific. Pool was great for cooling down in the afternoon. Location was good for all sights. Be wary of trying to drive to the apartment - streets are very narrow and you have to park in a nearby car park.

Terrific property in a great part of the city!!

The property was wonderful for a week stay. Very comfortable, quite building. The upstairs terrace was perfect for cooling off during the day and especially for the night. Wonderful views with the Setas in front, you can even see the Giralda! Property owners were very attentive. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful apartment. Great location.

This place was perfect. Close to town. Close to a square with loads of restaurants. Quiet part of town. And the pool on the roof meant siestas were very relaxing. Seville is so beautiful, and if we come back, this will be our first choice place to stay.

Lovely apartment in central location.

Loved the terrace, wasn’t warm enough to use the pool but enjoyed sitting in the sunshine. Good amenities. Could walk everywhere, lots of cafes and restaurants.

excellente prestation !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis sur place, avec proposition de petits services (impression des cartes d'embarquement à l'agence), dans des conditions toujours très symathiques. Appartement magnifique, calme, très bien placé pour tout faire à pied avec les enfants un peu habitués à marcher (9/11 ans).
