Happy to stay in this apartment

We had a lovely stay. Anne helped us with everything we needed, she was even able to arrange a babysitter for the evening. We loved the garden view from the terrace and having some good take away options in the neighborhood (like Punta Paraiso for paella & pizza at Temptation). We also enjoyed good coffee in the morning at nearby Rosa Center (including a good supermarket with lots of organic options). For a child friendly beach we had to drive 15 minutes. This was the only thing we'd liked to have more close by.

Amazing

We had a fantastic time at Maika's apartment. I would not hesitate to recommend the accomodation to friends and family, fitted out with the very best of everything it made our holiday one to remember. like the other reviews have said Maika supplies a complete information pack even down to the local bus times! We enjoyed the local bars and restaurants, We didn't hire a car but found local transport very economical. Thank you again Maika We hope to return soon! Shareen & Clive

Wonderful Winter Getaway.

We had a fabulous stay at the Paradise Suites! The property was spotless and very welcoming and comfortable. Anne, the owner was excellent in her overall communications and made it very easy to acclimate. The Pool Bar & Restaurant was also top notch in terms of Service, Food and great Value. There is also a great Italian Restaurant called Tentation less than 250 yards away. The apartment is situated in a really nice area called Playa Paraíso and is only a few miles from Costa Adeje and is perfectly placed to enjoy short trips up and down the West coast. We had rented a car and that made the vacation all the more memorable as there are so many places to see. I would recommend that, but if all you wanted to do was sit by the beautiful pools, then you wouldn’t need one. There is also a frequent bus service close by so it’s still well connected in the area. The apartment also had good internet which was ideal for watching Netflix. My wife and I will for sure be back at some point, thank you once again Anne! Jim, USA.

Although my stay was very short, the accommodation was a wonderful surprise. The decor is elegant and full of thoughtful details, and everything was truly spotless. Adeje paradise

Super séjour, la résidence est calme et sécurisée, les différentes piscines sont très agréables et le bar restaurant au bord de la piscine est plus qu’appréciable! L’appartement sur 2 étages est très confortable, bien équipé, spacieux, avec une vue sur la piscine. En terme de communication Anne est très réactive, tout comme Irene qui a pris le relais sur place (et qui parle français). Quelques restaurants et supermarchés proches de la résidence et nous avons sinon fait quelques excursions avec une prise en charge sur place. Logement à recommander!!

Sehr schön mit kleinen Abstrichen

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einem schönen sauberen Objekt. Kleiner Nachteil: es gab keine Filterkaffeemaschine, so dass wir uns anders behelfen mussten. Die Küche ist recht klein, und einiges ist doch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Maria, die Assistentin war sehr freundlich und versorgte uns noch mit Tipps zu landestypischen Lokalen in der Nähe. Neue Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage auch. Einziges Manko ist das nahegelegene Hotel Bahia Principe, welches wirklich jeden Abend laute Animation bot, Ruhe auf den schönen Balkonen hatte man da leider nicht. Mietwagen empfiehlt sich, ein Parkplatz gehört zur Ferienwohnung. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

A wonderful week in the sun

Paradise Suites duplex apartment is in an upscale complex about 20 minutes from the airport. The complex itself is beautiful all white and in Arabic style. We spent a lot more time than planned around the Lower main pool.(there are 2 large pools and 2 smaller ones) We had lunch most days at the pool bar/ restaurant. Great cocktails, mocktails, sangria, iced coffee and beer for reasonable prices. The food was also fantastic. Salads, tapas, toasties and more. When we did manage to drag ourselves away from the sunbeds we took taxis to the main local sandy beaches which were very busy but with a huge choice of restaurants and shopping. It was nice to return to the tranquility of Adeje Paradise apartments. The 2 small nearby supermarkets are open late and stock everything you need, fresh bread, wine, pool floats, suntan lotion and there is also a cash point next to them. We recommend the nearby restaurant Tentation next to the supermarkets 5 min walk from apartment. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4, and the beds were really comfortable, everything of high quality. Dishwasher, kettle and washing machine very useful! Highly recommended, Can’t wait to visit again. Many thanks Anne.

Superbe appartement à Tenerife Sud

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement situé dans une résidence à Adeje. L’appartement est très confortable, pratique, bien équipé, et très agréable. La literie est excellente. La résidence sécurisée est très agréable, très propre et bien entretenue. L’espace piscine vraiment super, avec le bar qui propose repas et boissons à des prix très accessibles. Bref, un séjour parfait qui nous a permis de profiter de l’île et d’en découvrir tous les charmes. Et merci à Anne, la propriétaire et Mary pour leur accueil !

Ferien trotz Covid-19

Alles perfekt. Gute Lage, aber mein braucht ein Auto. Eigener Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Das Appartement ist sehr nett dekoriert und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Anne und ihre Assistentin María sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Ein Tag vor Ankunft wurde uns eine Wohnung genannt, die wir jedoch nicht bekamen. Beschrieben war Parking vor dem Haus, was nicht stimmte, 50 mtr den Berg hoch, Spülmaschine verschimmelt, keine Tür im 2 Schlafzimmer, dafür statt Bettcouch im Wohnzimmer für die 5. erwachsene Person bekam man ein Campingbett im 2. Schlafzimmer, das Haus war nicht für 5 erwachsene gemacht, eher für Famile mit Kinder, man wollte uns ein anderes Haus geben, aber das wollte man nochmal bezahlt haben???? usw...,

We enjoyed our stay

We stayed there for 3 weeks and enjoyed ourselves. Nice 2 king size beds. Very nice 2 balconys and 2 decent size bathrooms. We loved the pool area and the food at the poolside bar was great. Only minus was slightly uncomfortable sofas and the apartment has thin walls that aren't very sound isolated inside the apartment.

Great view and nice appartment

Nice appartment with downstairs bedroom and bathroom and upstairs as well. Nice kitchen with all equipment. We liked the view from our balcony. We could see parapenters landing nearby which our kids did as well.

Beautiful apartment. Lovely complex. Very helpful owner and management

We stayed at this apartment over Xmas and New Year. A family of five and we loved it - it was a real home from home and very nicely fitted out with everything we needed. We are a family of five but the upstairs bedroom is huge so the owner, very helpfully, put a camp bed in there to go with the existing two single beds (although the mattress was actually more comfortable on the floor as the wooden slats of the bed could be felt through it - no problem for us though. There’s also an en suite bathroom upstairs and a balcony. On the entrance floor, my wife and I had the other room. Very comfortable beds although would have preferred a double rather than the two singles that were there. A further bathroom downstairs although not en suite but right next to the bedroom. WiFi was great. There was a washing machine and a slim dishwasher and some towels were provided although we were glad that we took our own towels for the pool as none of the towels provided were what you would usually think of as ‘beach’ towels. We had a parking space - as other people have said, you really need a car when staying here. It is on a bus route and they seemed regular and taxis are plentiful aswell, however, a car just makes it that bit easier. There are a couple of restaurants down the hill which were good - only about 10 minutes walk. The main part of Playa Paraiso (where the Hard Rock Hotel is) seems quite a way but only took us 20 minutes to walk to and has loads of bars and restaurants (the Indian restaurant was fab !!). All in all, a great place for a very relaxing holiday and recommend it without hesitation.

A really beautiful stay

We were greeted with a lot of kindness and availability, despite the late arrival time (after midnight). Our stay was enlivened by wonderful sunny days and we were perfectly comfortable in the apartment, very spacious, well furnished and equipped with useful comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron). We found everything very comfortable and of high quality, as well as the residence which is very nice and with high quality services. The temperatures were very favorable (25-26 degrees in the day, 18 in the evening), the pools usable without problems (even the unheated ones); the area is quiet, but a few minutes by car you can find any comfort with shops and restaurants. We have discovered a very pleasant type of holiday, and it is likely that, sooner or later, we will return to Tenerife for a holiday: in this case we certainly know where we will stay!

A perfect stay in a perfect place

The apartment is a perfect place to spend a holiday. The south part of Tenerife is a very good base to visit nice beaches, cities, and parks. The apartment complex is very good located and easily achievable by car (you need to have a car). There are some small shops in the neighborhood, but a few minutes by car you can find Lidl and Mercadona. The complex consists of houses in Moroccan style, really nice. Swimming pools are a great deal, and they were not very crowded. The apartment is big and really nice furnished and decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I would strongly recommend this place and I hope to visit it again in the future.

Schöne Anlage, gutes Appartement, jedoch...

Die Anlage ist gepflegt, in einem guten Zustand und ortsüblich voller Engländer. Sie verfügt über 3 schöne Pools. Die Poolbar hat wirklich gutes Essen und coole Drinks für kleines Geld, jedoch ist die kleine schwarzhaarige Bedienung meist übelgelaunt. Es gibt ein wirklich großes Minus zur Anlage und zwar, dass die wirklich schönen Sandstrände (playa del Duque, playa Fanabe) direkt in Adeje sind und die 12 km nur mir dem PKW oder Taxi zu erreichen sind. In der Nähe der Anlage gibt es fußläufig nur 2 Naturstrände (meist felsig). Gut hörbare Musik bis ca. 23/24 Uhr gibt es gratis vom Hotel Bahia Principe. Das Appartement selbst ist gut eingerichtet verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (das im Obergeschoss ist offen), 2 Bäder, 2 Terrassen (eine mit Tisch und Stühlen, die anderere mit Liegen) die Küche ist mit allem komplett eingerichtet. Wir wurden von Anne im Vorfeld sehr gut und ausführlich informiert, Mary hat mit uns vor Ort die Übergabe gemacht und alles sehr ausführlich erklärt.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Goed apartement met alles er op en er aan. Prima bedden. Goed ontvangen door Belmary. Zwembaden zijn mooi, bewakers wel streng. Bal in het water niet toegestaan. Apartement is zeker een aanrader. Ligt wel wat afgelegen maar met een auto goed te doen. Eigen parkeerplaats erbij. We had a great holiday. Lovely apartment and nice pool. The apartment was well equiped. Beds were very good. Belmary very kind. The pools are nice but the gard is very strikt. No bal allowed in the pool. The apartement is remote but we had a car so that was no problem. Parking place near the apartment. Thank you to Belmary and Anne for our nice holiday.

Schöne Anlage mit hübsch eingerichtetem Appartement

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man mit 4 Personen so braucht. Die Terasse hat bequeme Möbel und einen Sonnenschutz. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm und bietet eine offene Bar mit Cocktails und Gerichten. Einziges Manko ist die nahegelegene Hotelanlage, die abends bis ca. 23 Uhr ein "buntes" Programm bietet. Es ist laut und stört die Ruhe in dieser tollen Anlage. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr freundlich und nett und hat reibungslos geklappt.

Very lovely apartment and complex. Exactly as advertised.

The apartment is wonderful although it would be nice to have some basic essentials provided in the kitchen on arrival. My granddaughter spent a lot of time in the pool but it was a bit cold for me even though it is said to be heated. The snacks at the pool bar are delicious and the staff are very welcoming. The whole complex is very well looked after with good security. I would recommend a car which we did not have as we had read great things about the bus service. However, we found it a bit unreliable and the bus stop is quite a distance from the apartment which is on a very steep hill. Strong legs are required for walking anywhere from the apartment. A taxi is an alternative and is quite reasonable. Siam Park is a must for anyone who enjoys water parks and my daughter and granddaughter visited 3 times during our 10 day stay. One small concern is that we could not see any smoke detector in the apartment. Perhaps Spanish safety regulations are different but it would certainly be a UK requirement and did worry us a little. We did love our holiday and are missing the sunshine and the Paradise Suite already. We hope to return sometime soon. Thanks to Anne and Belmary for a lovely stay.
