Here is the feedback from our stay at Villa Laura.
As luxury rental property owners, we want to provide you some feedback to better improve the overall experience of your guests.
The check-in process was easy. Laura met us and made us feel welcome.
The villa was well presented and clean.
Missing items,
Oven mitts
Dish cloths
No cleaning materials

Having Laura, her boyfriend living and or staying/using the garage under the villa was not disclosed, which it should of been.
We had a squeaky garage door opening and closing early in the mornings and in the evenings.
Reccomendations.
All beds and pillows should have protective covers on them.
Linens
Sheets should be better fitting as some of them seemed to be the wrong size or did not fit properly.
TV
A German satalite service with very few English channels, which is not useful for English speaking guests.
Hot water
Limited hot water in the evenings.
Master bedroom
There looks to mold growing on the ceiling, this is a serious issue and should be addressed ASAP.
Note, this did affect our sleep and is caused by poor ventilation which should have been mentioned when checking in.
MISC - Missing villa guide book and information on the area.
This is ideal for any guest who is unfamiliar with the area and is great for the villa tv, wifi, lights and how things work generally.
