Luxury Apartment in the Centre of Lisbon



At 110m², this 5th floor apartment with a lift comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. It has two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a bright living room with a sofa bed, ideal for an additional guest (upon request). The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and all kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays, excluding holidays, located at Cais do Sodré.



On the day of departure, please ensure that:

- you take everything with you;

- the rubbish has been placed in the respective containers outside the building;

- the apartment keys are on the table;

- the apartment and the building are locked.



Please be careful not to make noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Great Stay in Lisbon

Two of us from California and two of us from Denmark (family) shared the condo, which was immaculate and spacious and had supermarkets, restaurants and many other shops nearby. Communication with the property managers, who spoke English, was great, and we appreciated their help.

Lisbon, Home Away from Home

It was a wonderful apartment in a Great location. The host was quickly responsive to any questions after check-in. The only Slight issue was, at check-in, we didn't know enough about the property to ask questions. But, we managed; and, like I said, the host was quickly responsive and helpful. We would easily recommend this apartment to any visitors to Lisbon.

Great location and a good management

Overall, the apartment is a great place to stay while exploring Lisbon. Clean, functional and modern. A few things to consider for the management: Iron board and iron could be supplied. The check in on weekend charge should be reconsidered. The construction is ongoing but it was reasonable. Overall, I would recommend the place.

Huge Apartment

We stayed here for 5 days and it was Fantastic. The apartment was awesome. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The kitchen had everything that we needed to be able to cook our meals. The location was pretty good with a grocery store a block away and 2 different metro station lines a short walk away. Unfortunately we were unable to use the master bathroom due to it having been damaged by the previous guest. This was ok as there were 2 other bathrooms to use. The only other downside was the construction in the building next door. They started using the jackhammers at 7am. So, no sleeping in late. Even with the 2 problems i would have stayed a few more nights but it was already booked. Fantastic apartment and would definitely stay here on our next visit.

Would stay again pending the following improvements

We booked for 10 nights and had some communication issues with the host/management company during our stay. A few time-sensitive messages that went unanswered across all contact platforms: Whatsapp, VRBO, and their website messaging platform for a few days. But once we reached out via direct email their responses were prompt and customer service was excellent. They really took care of us and remained accountable to the issues we encountered, moving us into a bigger/nicer unit due to our original unit having an overwhelming mold issue. Assuming they properly treat the mold issue in this unit, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. It was super spacious, and modern, with a great layout for 2-4 people to relax and feel comfortable. Also, one of the few places with an elevator! Unfortunately, our request and initial confirmation to extend our stay one more night was lost in the earlier miscommunications, so we had to abruptly leave when the maid came..but there is a hotel directly next door, and considering we did move units mid booking we don't fault the company too much for that. Overall would book again, if mold and communication gets improved! Very easy fixes I have no doubt they will rise to ◡̈

Amazing place for the price, but some shortcomings

The good: The place is huge and well situated. We really enjoyed the space we had as a couple. There is an awesome ramen restaurant in the same building. The apartment is modern and cozy. There were more AC units and washrooms then we were! The listing mentions noise because of construction, but since we were there in the weekend, it was fine for those days. The bad: First, checking in was a bit annoying as you have to pay a surplus if you check-in on the weekends and also the tourist tax, and both in cash only. The fees are mentioned so this didn't bother me, but I wish they could make you pay it all online before check-in instead of requiring cash payment. The person doing check-in did not have enough change so it we had to run out to get some. When we arrived, there was an issue with the WiFi which made it unusable. Although it was fixed two days later, we weren't too pleased as we could not plan and check stuff without using our data, or relax at night and check Netflix. There are many washrooms, but we only had one roll of toilet paper for our whole stay. Not one per washroom, one for the whole apartment. Lastly, this is mentioned already by the owners but there is still a lot of jackhammer noise early in the morning during the week, suprisingly. Construction is not done yet even though reviews mentioning this date back to 2018. Conclusion: We had a great, confortable stay. The place is very nice, modern and well situated. Make sure to test the WiFi and check for toilet paper at check-in.

Great Property, Awful Construction nearby

Check in was easy, you called the property management & they sent someone to meet you at the apartment.You pay your tourist fees which they still owe me 4euros. Overall the place was okay. We stayed for 5 days and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 big and 2 small towels for the whole stay. No towels in the small bath. Maybe in the description they should mention that. There also wasn't basic things, like paper towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper, sugar... There was no toaster which I felt like it could use one. The MAIN problem with this location is that there is construction right next door with a jackhammer every morning at 8am until 6pm. Overall place was okay.

Quelques points à préciser: *réveil matin à 8h avec marteau piqueur en raison des travaux de l'immeuble jouxtant le nôtre. * lavabo de la salle de bain avec baignoire qui se detache du mur. * batterie de cuisine trop réduite :1seule poêle, pas de gril pain ni de presse agrumes. Pas de plat pour aller au four. Tout le reste des prestations sont ok: climatisation, lave linge, et confort général.

O apartamento é espaçoso, bem situado, limpo e os hóspedes gozam de total privacidade, sem a interferência dos responsáveis, que no entanto estão sempre prontos a prestar qualquer tipo de assistência a qualquer hora. Great find in Lisbon

This apartment was amazing! The location was in a residential, safe neighborhood, within 5 minutes walking distance from the metro stop, and under 30 minutes walk to the lovely old section of town. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. Everything was updated with great kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We stayed for 4 days and would recommend this property without reservation.

The jackhammers start at 8 am and go all day non-stop, except for lunch time

That was a nightmare. We had to abandon that property on the day we checked in., as drilling with jackhammers started at 8 am and went non-stop. The company that manages the property, TravellingToLisbon, refused to relocate us and refused to refund the fees. They keep saying that the note about construction was placed o the site. That note was not there when we made a reservation back in January 2019. I do check very carefully for notes like that when I make a reservation. We arrived to the property at 7 am (paid for the night before to make sure we can check in and rest right after our transatlantic flight). The early sun was shining through the dirty windows, but I said to myself that washing them should not be a big deal and I will do it with no problems. I did not even mention it to the check in guy. The counters in the kitchen were worn out, and so did not look clean although they were washed properly. The apartment did not look cozy and welcoming, but I decided I will buy several flower vases, place flowers and make it all look pretty for our 10 days in Lisbon. But drilling with jackhammers started at 8 am and did not stop. We were hoping it's just a burst, that will come to an end soon, but then I looked out of the bedroom window and realized that the adjacent building is under serious long term construction; and so the noise will be there for the duration of our stay. We got on the Internet, spent several hours to find another apartment to stay, found it via Booking.com, went to check that apartment, came back to this apartment, where the drilling was still going on, got our suitcases and left. TravellingToLisbon informed us that they were going to notify HomeAway about us leaving the premises. We do not know if they did. We filed the complain with our credit card company in a hope to get the payment for 10 night back (we paid for 11 nights).

Modern, clean, well-located

This is a nice unit with all the modern amenities. Close to Avenida Liberdade with lots of great shopping. Con: the street below the unit is noisy at night.

Great apartment,large clean and recently renovated.The location is just 300 metres from Avenida da Liberdade ,Marques de Pombal and underground.Could do with in-house information and general info for new visitors in the area. Checkin took couple hours for someone to meet although we made a 4.00pm booking.
