The villa was in an amazing location, walking distance to everything, beach restaurant, groceries, shops, marina with boat tours. The villa was ample accomodations for my family of 9 adults with a wonderful sitting room, and full kitchen. Communication with the host was amazing.

Fabulous property

The house was in a fantastic position between the town and the beach which was ideal for our type of holiday. The Property itself was clean and very well equipped with lots of space. The roof terrace was huge and a great area for chilling. All in all a fantastic experience.

We had a great holiday in Alvor

The property is exactly as shown on the web site and was perfect for our needs. Communications and arrangements for access to the property were made easy by Ian. The villa was clean and well equipped. It has a spacious roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing and a shady courtyard for when the heat gets too much. The location is perfect, situated between the beach, the town and the waterfront, everything you could need is within a short walk.

It is interesting that your comments on the location and accessibility to town, beach and waterfront are exactly how we felt the last time we stayed at Casa Palmeiras!

Lovely place and communication

We loved to stay here (again). Communication with the owner, Ian, was very cool. I did a specific request and he does exactly what I ask. Very attentive. The house is very good and near beach. It was very clean, except the terrace that has too much dust (again). We stayed here for a second time and I believe that this is not the last. Thank you very much.

A casa é ótima. Cozinha super bem equipada. Comunicação com os donos super confiável. Adorámos a experiência. Muito obrigada

Ar condicionado enganoso

Propriedade mt bem localizada.

Great host and great house

Ian is a great host always promptly replying to all queries and giving us local numbers to solve any issues that could arise (there was never an issue though) The house is lovely and hosts a family of 9 with 2 fridges and plenty of cutlery. It is very near to the beach and supermarket making it very convenient. Definitely recommend
