Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having traveled on occasion to beach property, this location was the very best. All the balcony's faced the Gulf. I could have thrown a baseball to the beach from my balcony. The water temperature was low 80'and clear, with gentle surf. There were many families with multiple kids. However, the beach accommodated every one perfectly. The following comments are not for publication, only as information/recommendations.I gave the property a five, although, the interior of the condo was obviously dated. Cosmetically, the condo needs updating. However, all appliances worked as advertised, there was nothing I needed in the Kitchen that wasn't available. Overall, going forward, I plan on again vacationing at the Majestic Sun.

Pretty clean for the most part. Only issue is that we noticed a small, what looked like drilled hole in our door right under the door handle that we go in and out of. You could visibly see inside our room. Told the host about it and they came and covered it up, but this was very disturbing since it was a trip with my kids and girl friend.

Black mold on the ceiling and on the shower curtain of the master bathroom.

We will not be back. Condo was dirty and black mold was on the ceiling and on the shower curtain of the master bathroom. I developed respiratory issues while on vacation and we left on Sunday morning due to this.

Great value for the money

Absolutely great location and value for the money! While the condo is slightly outdated it was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, master bed comfortable and lots of clean linens and towels for our use! My only suggestion is having more trash bags, and washer pods since washing wet clothes is something that needed to be done often with 3 kids. We will stay again! Thank you!
