Great old town place

We loved this apartment in the heart of Old Town. The only downside was that it was very hot and it was hard to keep the windows open at night because of the noise (there is a very popular restaurant across the street). If the windows are closed it’s very quiet, but in warmer weather it’s tough. Overall a very lovely apartment in a fun location.

San Sebastian

Nicely located in the old part of town. As a consequence a lot of night life activity. Impossible to sleep with open window but acoustic insulation of the windows was very good. Old buildings with corresponding impact on tidiness… If someone is not looking for a very calm location this is a very good place to stay.

La ubicación, que es perfecta, así como el estado del apartamento, renovado y cómodo. También la reducción de ruido de la doble ventana, que hace que, aún desde el primer piso de una de las calles centrales de la parte vieja de la ciudad, se pueda dormir tranquilamente sin a pensar notar el ruido de los bares y tavernas. Nada totalmente necesario. Pero podría estar bien añadir un par de tazas Mug para los desayunos, así como unos básicos de aceite y sal en la despensa, y un escurreplatos.

¡Magnífico!

Alojamiento que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días magníficos. Cocina y baños bien equipados calefacción y televisor en todas las habitaciones. La ubicación es inmejorable, en plena parte vieja, cerca de los bares de pintxos e ideal para ver y vivir la tamborrada de cerca, como ha sido nuestro caso. Bien insonorizado, teniendo en cuenta dónde nos encontramos y que el edificio es antiguo. La alcachofa de la ducha no es la mejor, podría cambiarse, y algún armario tenía alguna balda de dentro rota, por lo que podría repararse.

Great place in the centre of the Old Town

Was a great place. Super quiet with the windows shut. So many Pintxos bars just out the door and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment had everything you needed and there is a lift. Would stay again

Excellent place

Very clean and spacious apartment, ideal location right in the old town, amazing atmosphere and restaurants directly outside, lots of people in the street on the weekend, but double windows work pefectly to keep the noise out. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the speed of the wifi since it's too slow for video conferences (and I unfortunately had to take care of some work during the stay).

Amazing apartment in the perfect location.

Everything. We will definitely come back and stay in the same apartment. We did not get a feedback to our e-mail sent prior to arrival. Everything else was perfect. Maybe a discount code / vaucher for previous/returning guests could be implemented?

Very comfortable apartment in a great location.

The location was magnificent! The double glazing and shutters meant that there was absolutely no noise despite being on a very busy pintxos bar street. Overall great facilities, comfortable beds, lots of crockery. Perhaps a water jug would be handy for hot weather. Also suggest an extra fan for hot weather
